Very central , in fact it’s on the Main Street , parking could be an issue but we were lucky.

A bit dated, shower cubicle was small. Church bell every hour until 9pm directly behind which was extremely loud

I'd love to recommend Eden hotel for amazing Italian holiday.

From Aeroport Malpensa, I took the bus that went straight to Baveno with the stop next to the hotel(14 euro per person).I have beautiful views of church from my window. The staff of hotel were lovely and very helpful. Hotel location is perfect in the middle of all attractions:2 min from boat's ferry,tram Station, restaurants, 15 min walk distance to public beach.The embankment walk was so relaxing with views to the lake and mountains and islands .

In the evening my room smells food because of kitchen downstairs that cook for restaurant.

Marvellous in Maggiore

This hotel is a super find, right on the lake front and our room view was out the back to the old church, bell and mountains, just super. Our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was plentiful and a great selection. We were able to take breakfast out to the seating by the lakeside which was just perfect. We were touring on motorbikes and were able to park them safely at the rear of the property. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is 2 minutes walk to the ferry to the island tour which was fabulous, especially Isobella. I would happily stay here again if in the area.

A lovely stay at Hotel Eden, perfect location and friendly staff

Perfect location for access to transport ie,ferries/ bus/ train to explore the lake, hiking trails and popular lake attractions. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the stunning lakeside views. It is an authentic traditional Italian ‘family-run’ hotel which we loved, the staff were very accommodating and made our stay stress free!

Location was suburb!. It was close to the ferry, right on the water, and near the church, collonade and Granite Museum. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and other choices.

Beautiful area.

I had the most amazing steak at the hotel restaurant, the staff were excellent at the hotel and restaurant. The room was slightly hot but it was a hot weekend! The hotel location and the view from the room is stunning. Hotel is a bit worn but that didn't matter to us as we had a lovely stay.

Air con probably needs a service.

Superb

I had only an overnight stay but it was an excellent experience. The view of the lake, the mountains and the 3 Borromean islands is breathtaking! I was watching the flashing lightning in the distance at night and watching the sun rise in the morning. I had a restful and calming stay in this hotel. The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful, she let me extend my stay past the checkout time just so I can enjoy the room longer while waiting for my shuttle to arrive. When I was at the street to catch my shuttle, she ran towards me just to say goodbye. I feel so grateful I stayed here and would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Lake Maggiore.

Clean, comfortable rooms and breakfast right by Lake Maggiore

Staff was very kind and room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast terrasse by the lake is a real plus! Some of the breakfast items could be of slightly better quality but that was not a big deal for us.

Fabulous stay and a must is to visit the nearby islands. 11 euros each for a two island ticket.

Superb location, travelled by car and even though the hotel doesn't have its own parking there is plenty of free parking near by at a few locations. We had a refurbished room over looking the lake, beautiful view. Breakfast was good with a good choice available and a choice of inside or outside seating. Cafes, restaurants, ferry terminal and train station all within walking distance. Small supermarket also around the corner.

Air conditioner was quite old but not really an issue and for the price we paid not gonna grumble. Hotel has no ironing service so good idea to take a travel iron if you may need one. Public laundry next to hotel also if you may need to use it.

perfect hotel for short budget stay in Baveno

The location is great especially being able to sit at the lake for breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and made us very welcome with our four month old baby.

The property was great - as described. Very convenient to water, ferry and several nice restaurants. Parking was convenient.

The extended bedroom for two of our family members did not have AC. We expected AC in each sleeping room as advertised.

Friendly hotel at the lake

Very spacious room. Good beds. Friendly reception. There was a desk in the room, so it was comfortable for me to do some work on my laptop. Our room was not along the main street and therefore relatively calm. There was a posibility to have breakfast at the lakeside which was very pleasant. Breakfast buffet (included) was good. We were there for one night passing through, but it is also fit to stay if you want to visit the lake. Boat terminal is across the road.

Parking is not available at the hotel. But you can park the car for free at the railway station (10 min walk). Aircon made a lot of noise and did not have enough cooling capacity. Internet acces: network was fast, but the internet with acces via a welcome page was not. I could not use my VPN protection so I had to acces the internet through my phone.

Amazing location, very close to several restaurants overlooking the lake. Good starting point for walks, convenience store in vicinity as well. Room was ok, it was apparently renovated older building, so all functional despite being small-ish.

Very - very! - loud ventilation in the bathroom and total lack of power outlets - there was only one suitable for phone chargers so if you have more than one or need to charge your phone and something else you are done. Also - for a socket for PC plug I had to unplug something else...
