Great property close to the lake.

Great location with secure parking, pool and easy stroll down the hill to the lake. Beds were the best I have slept on in the last 3 weeks of travel. Aircon was invaluable.

Pools are never big enough for me. The breakfast was basic but adequate.

Plesant hotel for a few nights stay.

Fantastic location 5m walk to the Lake where there are plenty of Bars, Cafes and restaurants. The Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful and there is a secure car park attached to the hotel for customers . We had a lovely big balcony with our room and although we didn’t use it there is a small but inviting pool with a terrace to lounge around. Breakfast was adequate for what we wanted with a choice of fresh produce.

The beds are so hard and uncomfortable ( this could be personal choice) and the rooms are quite noisy you can hear other residents quite clearly, however it was quiet at night.

The room was on the first floor, and the window was on the car parking, so it wasn't possible to open the blinds for windows .so the room was dark every time :(

Cosy stay in perfect location

Location close to the lake and town. Superb views of lake and mountains from the 4th Floor where our room was with a balcony. Cosy feel to the accommodation. Parking good. Don’t be worried when your Satnav takes you up an apparently pedestrian road (it’s not) then right into a narrow winding street - it doesn’t last long and takes you straight to the hotel. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

We were unable to go in the pool..despite fact it was still warm. This was unfortunate as it was one reason I booked the hotel.. We were told it was too cold to go.in the pool? ..It would have been nice to have been told the pool was unavailable on booking..

Pleasant stay in Baveno

Excellent room with little balcony and lake view, decoration was cosy and bathroom very comfortable with modern shower. Excellent to have the option of free parking as well as private garage for overnight staying.

Breakfast was decent and properly made espresso and cappuccinos.Great friendly, helpful staff and an excellent location. Secure storage for our bicycles. We needed to stay a third night and they were able to accommodate us with no issues.

Nice hotel in the centre

Although we visited the Borromean Islands already after checking out, the hotel allowed us to park for free.

it was quite cold at night (end of September), but I myself did not ask for an extra blanket in time.

Exceptional

Fabulous position close to the lake promenades, public ferries and train station. Lovely clean room with little balcony. The 4th floor terrace view of the lake is spectacular. Great breakfast. Well stocked bar. Staff really helpful. Nice little pool area. Can't fault this fabulous little hotel.

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was clean and comfortable and situated very well.

The location was excellent central to everything in the town but peaceful.

Reception staff could have been friendlier, even allowing for language differences. Due to unavoidable delays at the airport we were unable to reach the hotel on the stated booking day. We did not expect a refund for the missed night but we would have appreciated a little recognition, such as not being charged for every extra cup of tea we asked for. The hotel literature in the room was out of date and gave a bad impression. At breakfast times the dining room was very crowded.

Amazing location in the beautiful town of Baveno

Located in the heart of the beautiful town of Baveno, you can reach everything (restaurants, gelato, boat to the islands in the middle of the lake) by foot, nice staff, small swimming pool is waiting for you by the end of the day and the view from the 4th floor (see attached pictures) is amazing.
