We would come back

Outstanding staff, greeted us as soon as we came near hotel. They also have a great restaurant in the hotel- if you go there, must eat there. Food is orgasmic. Room was bright and spacious and had a fridge (looks like a dresser). Bed was comfy so we slept well. Also, place is very quiet.

Really nice Italian experience with an amazing price and quality!

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. The location is in a small typical Italian village in the mountains. Very good breakfast and the Hotel restaurant was very nice too. Plus it was the most affordable when we booked.

No AC and it was very hot when we were there. Wifi coverage not too good especially in the rooms.

Internet connection very slow, mattresses with little support to keep the body aligned ( the mattress was so soft to the point that your body would dip down into it throwing your spine out of alignment and causing pain and soreness), no air conditioning and no mosquito nets at the windows in hot room. No table to work in the room. Little choice for breakfast and ungenerous quantity of food.

Would book the hotel again!

We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way to Savona. You can get down to the lake in 10 minutes by car. The hotel was in good condition and clean. At the reception they speak Italian, English and German. Breakfast was a choice of sweet, salty and cereal. The sweet breakfast consisted of a cornetto, a piece of cake, orange juice and a coffee, tea, etc.. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again anytime.

According to Booking, the room should actually have two separate beds. This I had also registered in writing again and got a confirmation. Unfortunately, we then got a room with a double bed. The shower in our room was very narrow and in poor condition and should be urgently renovated. The parking was not very easy. The hotel has a small parking lot for 4-5 cars. There are public parking spaces, but they were all occupied in the evening.

It was an excellent stay in an old willage high in the mountain. Very special.

We stayed in the hotel apartment. It was very modern, perfectly clean, and fully equipped. We were more than satisfied. Parking was included. personnel was nice and friendly. A good restaurant is a part of the hotel.

We were not aware that we will pay extra for the cleaning and bed linen.

Relax in an Italian mountain village

This hotel has a great location in a little mountain village which overlooks the lake. From here, you can directly hike in the mountains or in just 15 minutes by car, enjoy the lake restaurants, cafes and shops and take the ferry to other towns or islands. The staff in Hotel Milano is fantastic. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. They have a very creative cook.

Wonderful experience. The hotel is new and beautiful, taken care by a really nice staff. The food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Perfect for getting away from the city, doing long walks on the mountain and relaxing. I highly recommend it!

L’Hotel Milano e Ristorante Caprinus di Miazzina è un luogo che va oltre il semplice soggiorno o pasto: è un’esperienza autentica di accoglienza e calore umano. Fin dal primo momento si viene avvolti da un’atmosfera sincera, fatta di sorrisi, attenzione e cura per ogni dettaglio. Qui non ci si sente clienti, ma ospiti di casa, accolti con una gentilezza naturale che rende ogni istante speciale. Il ristorante è un vero punto di forza che fa il baffo ai migliori ristoranti di Milano ( e noi sì che viaggiamo molto e mangiamo fuori spesso) : lo chef è strepitoso, bravissimo, cucina curata, sapori genuini e piatti preparati con passione, capaci di trasmettere l’amore per il territorio e la tradizione, ho mangiato il miglior carciofo e miglior brasato. Ogni portata racconta una storia di qualità e dedizione, servita con professionalità e grande cordialità. Camerieri meravigliosi , gentili , bravi e molto simpatici. E tante tante buone parole per i proprietari : persone di un spessore umano che non incontri ogni giorno. Grazie L’Hotel Milano e il Ristorante Caprinus sono il posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, autenticità e quel raro sentimento di “casa lontano da casa”. Un luogo che resta nel cuore e dove si ha sempre voglia di tornare. Ci sono diverse camere , pulizia impeccabile, colazione inclusa che ormai non è dappertutto cosī , ahime! , un piccolo ma comodo parcheggio, bar, ristorante e l'aria fresca di montagna. Prenotate, andate e godete un luogo speciale

Hotel molto bello e ottima cena

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita (era presente anche la cucina). Staff gentile e accogliente. Colazione buona e abbiamo provato anche il ristorante per una cena, molto buona. Eravamo un po' fuori zona rispetto ai presepi per cui abbiamo viaggiato ma è stata una nostra scelta. EE' abbastanza comodo per visitare comunque la zona del lago Maggiore tra Intra e Stresa.

Io migliorerei un pochino l'insonorizzazione delle camere perchè abbiamo sentito spesso rumori la notte e la mattina presto.
