Location was excellent. Right on the lake. Lake view was incredible. Excellent WiFi even on the fourth floor.
No tea or coffee in the room. Also no seats, so had to sit on the bed. Breakfast could have had more choice for hot food.

I loved the Europalace Hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and always very helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in lake view rooms, and waking up to the stunning view over Lake Maggiore was a big plus. The location is also excellent - just a 3-minute walk to the ferry station , which makes it very easy to explore many beautiful destinations around the lake.
Also, the hotel's restaurant "La Cave" really stood out - it was honestly the best place we tried in town, from the service to the dishes. While some of the dishes are on the pricier side, there are also very reasonable options, so you can enjoy excellent food whatever your budget.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay there again.
Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like.
The only small thing was the breakfast buffet — it could have had a bit more variety from day to day.
But overall it was still very good, and the cooks were super nice and helpful too.
