Self catering apartment ample space for 2 of us although 4 person occupancy would have been small. Pleasant staff adequate equipment, nice little garden. Quite far out from restaurants and shops although little stony beach close by.

There was no air conditioning which was a problem as temperature was high 30’s - 40 during our stay although there was a fan

Good for a short stay but dont expect too much

There is a nice view from the balcony. There is lot of available material for cleaning downstairs

The room floor was very dirty when we entered. A full clear was necesary also in the toilet. The lake beach is close but the access to the beach is far from ideal needing to cross a very busy and dangerous road. Definitely not friendy for kids and family The noice from the construction site was starting very early The reception is only open from 10 to 11, and even if in the site says you can send things by email, they still require you to go there at least twice. From 10 to 11 is very inconvenient and stoped us from starting the day early.

Location is amazing. The lake is just across the road. It was a very chilled place. We were allowed to have our dogs with us

The WiFi could have been better and we would have liked a change of sheets (but I probably could have gone and asked for some). That the mattress for the bed is actually two single mattresses.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer durchschnittlichen Residenz mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr freundliches Personal. Genügend große Parkplätze in der Residenz vorhanden, sogar einige in der Garage. Alles war sauber dort! Schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und eine schöne Umgebung. Man hat 2 Balkone an der Ferienwohnung. Vorne bei der Eingangstür und hinten beim Schlafzimmer. Das ist schön!

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nur spärlich. Etwas mehr Töpfe und Geschirr und noch ein Toaster, hätten es schon sein können. Der Herd ist klein und hat nur 2 Herdplatten. Das WLAN funktionierte bei uns in der dritten Etage praktisch nicht. Das Signal war einfach zu schwach. Dadurch, dass die Hauptstraße direkt an der Residenz vorbeiführt, kann man leider nicht mit offener Balkontür schlafen. Es ist zu laut Nachts.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Würde ich nochmal buchen.

Die Lage war traumhaft. Frühstücken auf einem großen Balkon mit ganzem Blick auf den See in der 4. Etage. Bequem zu erreichenmit dem Aufzug. Das Studio-Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte alles, was man so braucht, um sich ein Essen zubereiten zu können. Das Doppelbett war bequem.

Das Hotel war nicht ganz zentral gelegen. Mit dem Auto war doof, da nur sehr wenig Parkmöglichkeiten im Städtchen vorhanden waren. Zu Fuß, alles weitläufig. Ist aber alles machbar.

Super Lage zum fairen Preis

Die Lage ist perfekt: Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Seeblick hat, dann gibt’s einen traumhaften Blick über den Lago Maggiore. (Man muss aber wissen, dass vor dem Haus die viel befahrene Küstenstraße verläuft.)Ein paar Schritte über die Küstenstrasse gelangt man direkt zum Strand.Wer nicht selbst kochen möchte:Restaurants an der Promenade in Verbania-Suna sind fussläufig erreichbar. Vor dem Haus Bushaltestelle nach u.a. Pallanza oder Intra. Sollte man nutzen, wenn Markttage sind oder man eine Schiffsfahrt machen möchte, da in den Städtchen zu wenig Parkplätze.Supermärkte schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar.Ansonsten: alles sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Am Haus selbst genug Parkplätze bzw. Garage.Kommen gern wieder, mille Grazie🤗

Appartement bien placé pour rayonner autour du lac majeur et accès plage (cailloux/galets) très facile

L’emplacement permet un accès direct à la plage et aux différents sites de visite. Une belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes.

Nous savions que l’appartement était proche de la route : RAS. En revanche, les 2 maisons limitrophes ont des chiens qui aboient jour et nuit sans discontinuer : très pénible !

Gut getroffen

Gute Lage, wir mieteten das Studio. Die Straße ist zwar vielbefahren vor dem Haus, uns hat sie nicht gestört. Letzte Nacht haben wir mit offenem Fenster in der Küche (also im Nebenraum) geschlafen. Die Küchenzeile hat etwas wenig Ablage, wir wußten uns zu helfen. Wir merken uns die Adresse und würden sie wieder buchen. Man ist schnell mit dem Bus in der Stadt. Der Bus hält in der Nähe vom Lidl. Unser Auto stand die ganze Woche in der Garage.

Nichts zu meckern! Wir wohnten im 1. Stock. Alles in. Ordnung.

Malheureusement, le bruit de la route en dessous de l'hôtel est insupportable. Nuit et jour, sans interruption. Sans compter les chiens de garde du voisinage qui hurlent toute la nuit. Ce n'est pas un séjour reposant. DOMMAGE. Je pense que c'est pour cette raison que le prix est très abordable et qu'en plein mois de juillet, l'établissement est loin d'être complet.

Leider hab ich mich bei der Buchung auf die Bewertung von einem ehemaligen Gast beeinflussen lassen, das Hotel hat keinen !!!! eigenen Strand. Es gibt gegenüber vom Hotel, also über die Straße einen Naturstrand, der sehr sauber ist. Aber an den Wochenenden sind sehr viele Einheimische dort und es wird schwierig ein Plätzchen zu bekommen.

Saubere Unterkunft mit Traum Aussicht

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, aber es mangelt an nichts. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat trotz 32 Grad einwandfrei gearbeitet.

Leider ist die Straße so laut dass nur mit geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen werden kann.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das ApartHotel liegt wirklich direkt am See, mit schönem Blick vom Fenster aus. Leider liegt genau dazwischen die sehr befahrene Hauptstraße. Wir wussten das vor dem buchen, jedoch haben wir nicht gedacht, dass der Lärmpegel so extrem ist. Fenster aufmachen oder auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Aussicht genießen war leider nicht möglich. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, wir haben von allen Nachbarn alles gehört. Die Abdichtung der Dusche war völlig kaputt und somit das Bad nach jeder Dusche überflutet. Es war zwar oberflächlich sauber, jedoch waren überall neben den Schränken, unter dem Bett viel Staub und jegliches kleines Viehzeug (Käfer, Spinnen usw.) die uns dann auch des öfteren im Bett besucht haben. Es gibt leider keinerlei Automat,wo man Wasser oder Snacks oder so besorgen kann, klar hat man die Küche usw. Wenn aber der nächste Supermarkt über 2km Fußweg entfernt ist und man das Auto nicht benutzen möchte, wäre es schon von Vorteil, wenn man direkt vor Ort etwas kaufen kann. Das Sofa Bett war eine absolute Katastrophe. Wenn man mit einem 4 jährigem Kind anreist, für das dieses Bett vorgesehen ist, sollte dieses „Bett“ doch nicht direkt an der Eingangstür stehen, wenn das Schlafzimmer aber ganz hinten ist und durch einen langen Flur getrennt ist, wer lässt da sein kleines Kind allein schlafen???? Wir mussten am Ende jeden Abend das Sofa Bed aufbauen und ins Schlafzimmer tragen, es war auch sowas von unbequem. Alles in Allem keine gute Erfahrung. Wir können diesen Ort leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit sehr guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, wir kommen wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, die Küche funktional eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Klasse Lage mit Strand direkt über die Straße, inklusive Fußgängerüberweg. Am Strand gibt es einen tollen Kiosk, Möglichkeiten für Schirme sowie natürlichen Schatten. Zimmer sowie Strand eignen sich super mit Hund. Die Lage ist ebenfalls klasse. Egal ob mit Auto oder Fahrrad (E Bikes Station direkt gegenüber) ist man schnell in Verbania. Liegen, Gartenanlage etc. Haben wir nicht genutzt sah aber alles sehr gepflegt aus.

Das Bad ist etwas altmodisch und innenliegend. Bei uns lief die ganze Zeit die Lüftung und hat sich nicht ausschalten lassen. Bei geschlossener Tür war es kein Problem. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft ein gelungener Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Alles was man benötigt ist Vorort. Es gibt einen Raum auf der ersten Etage, wo man noch alles bekommt was benötigt wird, sogar Kaffeemaschinen. Auch Putzmittel sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls. Sehr schöner Seezugang über der Straße. Zur Fähre sind es ca 3 km zu laufen und dann steht Ausflügen nichts mehr im Weg. Bäckerei in 2 km Entfernung. Supermarkt im Isola Center sehr gross mit Shopping mall. Parkplätze sind vorhanden wenn auch stark frequentiert.

Wie schon beschrieben ist die Unterkunft laut, da dass Ponti an der Hauptstraße liegt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago entschädigt aber für den Verkehrslärm. Sehr viele Hundebesitzer nutzen die Anlage.
