Poor quality for money.

The location is unbeatable.

I could hear almost everything, people throwing trash, guests screaming on the hall etc. You can hear everythng throw the door and windows. The bathroom could have been in a better condition. Poor quality for money.

Noise & Comfort Issues

The staff were friendly.

The sound of the fountain music lasting until midnight made it hard to fall asleep. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective and was too noisy to use. There was no fridge in the room. The bed was very saggy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, which affected my condition the next day for traveling.

The hotel is right by the lake and has a beautiful view. We ended up staying in 2 different rooms because we stayed an extra night. We had a triple room and a lake view room. They were both really lovely and very reasonably priced for the location. The staff were really helpful moving our luggage from one room to the other. I can absolutely recommend the hotel. It doesn’t have parking, but there is plenty of parking nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was again very reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful stay, wish it could have been longer

The location was wonderful, our room with a little balcony overlooked the lake, where you could watch the local markets set up and sell their goods in the piazza, breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us welcome, no matter how many silly questions we asked.

Small step into bathroom stubs your toe. It would be helpful to know how to get to Verbania. We took the train not realizing that you only get within 8-10 Km of town and when we arrived at the station there was no one there to help with taxi etc. ALL the hotel owners in Verbania should get together and figure out how to get folks there and out again. Not free though. Bus to airport worked fine but was 25 minutes late. That morning the front desk person was 10 plus minutes late opening up and seemed a bit dishelved. We were catching a flight from Malpensa but had built in some

great position in town and in the lake front. clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the lake.

after a 28 hour flight and 4hr drive I really wanted a good shower but the drains were blocked and 1 minute shower if I was lucky before the shower would have flooded the bathroom. Same thing the next day.

I love the place and the staff incredibly friendly but unfortunately the room the soundproofing was really bad, I could hear all noises from guess outside the room and I don’t complain that much about it but it was a lot of noise, but for the rest everything was just perfect.

Hotel Novara was exceptional. Not only was the location and rooms amazing for the price but the staff was also very kind and helpful. In fact we forgot my wedding ring in the room and the cleaning staff ran behind us to meet us in the street and give us the ring before we left the hotel.
