A very basic hotel with poor service
The location is good
The breakfast is poor, the hotel is loud and run down. The worst part are the staff that frequently ignore (on purpose) the guests who are standing and waiting to get served/ speak to them. We observed this on multiple occasions, very odd.

A decent place to stay in Intra.
Breakfast: Good decent spread. Usually refills very frequently. Room: Small in size. But, keeping in mind the history, a decent renovated rooms. Location: Very near to everything. Love the location. Walkable to the main places of Intra.
Breakfast: Same stuff everyday. Even the juice. Which was a bit boring..for a country like Italy, we expected a bit more.

The leading photo of the cloister was misleading as we did not experience it during our stay. This was a motel-like experience.

Ideal for a short stay
The location is close to the centre of attractions and the hotel offers good quality breakfast.
There was a problem with the AC in the rooms therefore we had to make do with a fan in the August heat. The room was a little small.

Great value for money in a charming monastery setting
Charming hotel and great value for money! We particularly liked: - locked and secure storage room for bicycles as we were traveling by bike -multilingual staff at the reception (German, French, Italian, English, …?) - breakfast & courtyard/garden
