The location is perfect: in the centre of Intra and a two minute walk to the port where boats will take you to the beautiful Borromean islands.
There is a free private parking nearby and a possibility to stop in front of the hotel to load/unload luggage.
The staff were cordial and welcoming, and left a great impression!
We stayed in a quadruple room with lake view - it was very large with four comfortable beds. The breakfast was varied and had everything to our taste.
I can definitely recommend this hotel!
We had a very pleasant stay so cannot think of any complaints.

Excellent helpful staff - above all praise, good breakfast, convenient location - close to the pier, beautiful view of the lake
There is a road in front of the hotel along the entire lake - it's noisy. And it is also very noisy from the music from the bars and cafes downstairs - until late at night, it is not possible to sleep with open windows, the windows must be closed.

Friendly staff. Great location in town center next to esplanade and piazza etc
Shower head broke before being used (showered with hose only.) AC didnt work (esp a burden since room was on highest floor under roof and warm). Furniture/appliances are rather dated. Mould in fridge
