Some building work just down the road a bit. Noisy but not hotels fault. Very busy noisy road to frontage of hotel so not pleasant to sit out front

Amazing!!

Wow! What a hotel. Everything was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and really nicely designed room. Great bathroom. A/C worked super well and very silently (I don’t take this for granted, even in 4* hotels). The breakfast was absolutely wonderful too. Staff was super friendly. Right next to the shore & Promenade, ferry terminal and city center.

Lovely hotel

LOVELY hotel and wonderful staff, who couldn't do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay here. It juts elt really homely. The breakfast was also excellent and the location was perfect, mins away from the waterfront and the ferry to visit the Islands and Stresa etc.

Great location on the lake.

A lovely hotel which catered for the guests. Friendly and helpful, the staff made our stayspecial. Breakfast was good with a selection of offerings. The additional 'extras' made the stay memorable. Unfortunately the weather didn'tmatch

We can recommend the hotel , overall is a positive experience.

Perfect location , the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of food served during the breakfast.

We think that refurbishing is needed in terms of mattress in the bedroom. We complained about it the next day of our stay and they didn’t hesitate to change it .

Very very good but.......

We had a very good bed. Very good silent airconditioning. The tv had casting build in so you can watch your own videostream. Friendly staff and most of all a very very very good breakfast with everything you could wish for. Even fresh mimosa are possible.

The room has everything but these rooms are on the verge of remodeling. It was a bit outdated and begins to become old.

Thanks to Rababe from day in to day out, she was very friendly and helpful with us never felt stranger in the city, she could do whatever possible to know the area, 1000K thanks as well the staffs from the breakfast area were so nice and welcoming

The front desk staff was wonderful- so helpful in so many ways. Rababe and Alberto were particularly helpful. Also the breakfast room staff. Breakfast was delicious. The view from our room was beautiful. Thanks for making this A WONDERFUL part of our trip.

Location Breakfast

I had booked a double room and did not expect two more beds squeezed into room 52 under the roof. Together with the slanted ceiling it made moving about very difficult. I was cold in bed and could not find an extra blanket. Tea making facilities okay but 4 beds and only ONE tab of cream/milk, which was old and sour. Undrinkable! Through the connecting door I could hear every word spoken in the adjoining room 51. The safe could not be unlocked and it was too low down and the print too small to read any instructions. Four beds - only ONE drinking glass in the bathroom! When checking out the receptionist wished us “Gute Fahrt!” instead of “Auf Wiedersehn!” but that’s fine because we will certainly never return.

Perfect location, I received a video with explicit instructions on how to access the hotel and the response from the staff was prompt. There was complimentary drinking water, which I find very important, as you never know at what time you will arrive; water is always needed! The room had also a lazy boy chair with massage!!!
