A nice little hotel in a prime location

We stayed for four nights in this neat little hotel in a very central location. The room was clean and impeccably tidied everyday, and the AC worked like a dream. We also got good tips for restaurants and events from the staff.

If you're a light sleeper, please take into account that noise from the street carries into the rooms. Then again, the streets fall quiet pretty early.

Very good location in the city centre, but still very quiet and cosy. Excellent staff, very active cleaning, everything was as expected. Breakfast was served peofessionally and the lady taking care of the sevice was extremely kind and service minded. Thanks Matteo and all the others for very good guidance and help.

Everything was on the expected level or even better. There is nothing to be unsatisfied with.

It was easy to hear the neighbor on the phone talking, this was a bit distracting yet it must depend on your room and the volume of somebody talking. :-)

Very good

One member of staff, Matteo, was particularly helpful and accommodating. The location in the middle of the old town is superb. Unfortunately, the mattresses were a bit too firm and springs could be felt. Didn't try the breakfast, as there were plenty good cafés just around the corner with better value-for-money.

City Hotel in Verbania

City hotel direct in Verbania downtown with all the basic amenities for a 3 star hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, ideal for a short city trip

The hotel is located around 4-6 walking minutes from the next parking and there is no possibility to park in front of the hotel for luggage drop off/pick up There are no lifts at the hotel.

Friendly tasteful hotel in the centre of Intra

I liked the artistic decor, large bathroom and the location right in the centre of the pedestrianised area. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing regarding the hotel. I had a slight problem with the taxi ordered for me by the hotel (I had been ready to use another taxi service recommended to me who knew the convent I was traveling to). I was given a price guide at reception but it turned out the driver mistook the destination and had to drive around to find it, then charged me extra. I'd be happy to stay there again though.

Nice Hotel with atmosphere in the old town of Verbania, few minutes away from Lago Maggiore and city center. Beside of this very quiet. Very friendly hotel staff. Our dog was also welcome.

Great location, clean but very small rooms and early check out

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff, a great place for breakfast just besides and right in the middle of main pedestrian street downtown. Pet friendly

Rooms are quite small, barely fit with our small dog. Bathroom also small and uncomfortable. Check out is very early (10.30) and could not accommodate even a 12 h check out. You cannot get there by car, a 7-10 min walk needed and stairs in case you have big luggage take into account. No 24h desk, after 19.00 door opens with code

A perfect place in Verbania

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, hotel situated in the middle of the old town of Verbania. Easy to park the car for free 6 days a week at the nearby city market square.

Just a small issue with the air conditioning. Cooling fine, but a minor water dripping problem.

Very central location, you are in Intra town centre, a few minutes walking from the lake and main amenities, staff very helpful and friendly, room has all the facilities (fridge, kettle, safe, TV)

Room was rather small even for a single, bed quite stiff and there was a noise of a machine motor in the backyard going on constantly

Nice place but remember not to open the window!

The staff was nice helping me bringing my luggage to the room. The room is very comfortable and clean, the hotel is right in Verbania downtown.

The room is a little too small and the window opens on an inner courtyard which is very dirty and smelly -- better not open it! To be fair, there are some other rooms in the hotel whose windows open on a very pretty garden. There are no room numbers and this can be very confusing at first.

- Matteo and his colleagues were extremely friendly and helped us a lot with checking out if our flights and trains were running (due to strike). Grazie mille!! - Perfect location in the city center, but still quite, as the rooms are situated at the courtyard - Simple sweet breakfast with good coffee was perfectly fine

Great little hotel, with excellent staff in the centre of town, make sure you arrive before 7.00 p.m

The staff were great and could not have been more helpful. My room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town close to the lake but thanks to the park behind the hotel it is still quiet.

For a business trip the reception closing at 7.00 p.m. would not always be convenient. The breakfast was a little basic although the owner did go shopping specifically for my dietary needs which was very nice.
