Confortable and nice

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs (we were there for our wedding).

The owners were smoking in the lobby and I have asthma problems. For me this is not acceptable. But the room was very clean and smelled of fresh air. I the end it was good.

Beachfront, classical Hotel with charm and very good service

Classic Hotel at the best spot on the lake with a private beach and towels are provided..Very good breakfast on the terrace, the restaurant of the hotel is excellent!

Nothing, i had a single room which was not renovated (such as double rooms / balcony) , it’s a very small bed but the overall experience was excellent!

Amazing view and amazing little place to stay

We booked in front of the hotel and had the great surprize to have an excellent room 1st floor facing the lake, absolutely gorgeous view. On top of that, the Lady at the reception was very profesional. Super bathroom. Thanks

Superb

Hotel is close to very cozy and charming city. Has nice private Lido. Breakfast on Saturday was very good and perfect value for money (in addition 10eur pp). But on Sunday breakfast options was pretty poor. Hotel is on the small lake, where water very warm because of the size, so its perfect option for late spring or early fall.

Pleasant stay near the Alps, Lake Mergozzo and Lago Maggiore.

Nice location on the Mergozzo lake, also dining on the waterside is an excellent experioence. The staff is very friendly. They have a small private beach near the hotel.

There is no private parking, you have to park the car more than 300m away.

Great location in a classic, stylish hotel

We had a room overlooking the lake with a brilliant view. The room itself was comfortable and in the end quiet, even though the crowds aren't far away. The location is great with plenty of restaurants etc. a short walk away. There's a small underground parking which is useful if you're arriving on a motorcycle.

The hotel itself doesn't have a bar nor restaurant, although they do provide breakfast.

Agréable pour une nuit

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, avec le lac et le village juste à côté. La salle de bains est spacieuse et la chambre est très bien éclairée.

Le déjeuner était assez médiocre, je trouve. J'ai également payé plus cher, pour espérer une vue sur lac et j'ai obtenu une chambre avec vue sur un grand arbre. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé, je trouve. Sachant qu'il ne possède pas de parking et que le déjeuner est en supplément.

Simple mais très agréable

Place au cœur du village et au bord du petit lac, très agréable. La vraie dolce vita. Hôtel vieillissant mais propre et très bien pour 2 nuits. Attention, on entend la rue mais ce n’est pas très passant la nuit.

Il n’y a pas de parking. Il faut se garer sur un parking public qui est cher ! 20€ la nuit en souvenir. Le petit déjeuner: quantités insuffisantes.

Die Lage ist top, das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Mergozzo.

Das Zimmer roch trotz lüften immer etwas muffig, was evt. an den Vorhängen/ Bettüberwurf lag. Der Privat'strand' was eine kleine Wiese ist, ist schon frühmorgens besetzt, wahrscheinlich nicht nur von Hotelgästen, die Plastikliegen sind quasi ohne etwas Abstand aneinander gereiht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals liess zu Wünschen übrig.
