The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs (we were there for our wedding).
The owners were smoking in the lobby and I have asthma problems. For me this is not acceptable. But the room was very clean and smelled of fresh air. I the end it was good.

Die Lage ist top, das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Mergozzo.
Das Zimmer roch trotz lüften immer etwas muffig, was evt. an den Vorhängen/ Bettüberwurf lag.
Der Privat'strand' was eine kleine Wiese ist, ist schon frühmorgens besetzt, wahrscheinlich nicht nur von Hotelgästen, die Plastikliegen sind quasi ohne etwas Abstand aneinander gereiht.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals liess zu Wünschen übrig.
