The crazy amount of mosquitoes despite spraying bug spray and inspect repellant ruined it.

Mosquitoes. There is an insane amount of mosquitoes in this villa. For this reason unfortunately I will not be booking again. The pool is 1.5m deep all the way, the stairs to get in are very abrupt and no kid friendly. if you have little ones like it's not ideal.

Extremely happy with everything

We were extremely happy with our villa. So impressed we ended up extending our stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Our butler Made always greeted us with a smile and helped with everything we needed.

AMAZING STAY

We were so happy with our stay at Senang Villas (The Residence). We travelled as a family of 6 and this villa exceeded our expectations. Rooms were huge, bathrooms huge, beds were very comfortable, pool was the highlight - our 3 kids swam from the morning through to the night. The staff had the lights dimmed around the pool making this such a nice relaxing space for late night swims. A bonus was the enclosed lounge and dining areas as we travelled during December (Rainy season) the days were humid and we had a day of downpour we were able to enjoy the comfort of air con without the heat and mozzies. The staff were very accommodating especially Gede. He went above and beyond - even when we all got sick with bail belly. He checked in to make sure we were all ok and see if we needed anything. They also helped looked after our children when we were all sick in bed all day. I don’t think the butler service is needed all day – they felt like they were just hanging about looking for things to do throughout the day. Maybe just the morning service and then come back for turn down. If we ever return to bail I would love to stay here again if not this villa I would definingly try another villa in the Residence.

A bit more variety for the breakfast would have been better. Better quality towels if I had to pick on something

The location was fantastic. A 1-2 minute scooter ride to main strip in Seminyak. The residence estate was clean and safe. Security and boom gate, nice and clean drive way. The villa was on point as per booking.com rating. Breakfast was delicious and we loved that we didn’t all have to choose the same dish (as we have had to in the past at other villas). Staff were amazing! Ran errands for us and made us feel so welcome.

The shower had no ceiling which is nice to look at but can make it uncomfortable in reality. It meant the bathroom wasn’t as cool as the house and mosquitos came in. In saying that, the staff did an amazing job of making sure mosquito wheels were always on and the house was sprayed with baygon. Mosquito bites weren’t an issue for us.

Relaxing

From beginning to end the experience was outstanding. The villa allowed us for late check in with a staff at the property to greet us with welcome drink. All the services like breakfast, laundry, cleaning were outstanding. I would like to thank you to the staff for making this stay wonderful.

The residence is amazing place to stay for peace, great service, great location, 10 min walk to the beach

From the moment we arrived in Villa menari we were greeted so warmly by all the staff. Felt at home instantly. Such a great location as well and we found it to be such an oasis behind the security gate from the chaos that can be in Seminyak. So peaceful, couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Our butler Yunita was so amazing, we miss her and her breakfasts already. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again

Perfect home away from home for families

We stayed at Villa Senang in The Residence complex. 5 stars for sure. The villa has 4 bedrooms each with ensuite, amazing open plan living and dining with great pool. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The staff were so kind and attentive. Available all day to help. Beautiful cooked breakfast every morning. The villa was immaculately cleaned and air conditioning in every room was a plus. Thank you to our villa manager Sergio who went out of his way to accommodate extra requests, but also to all the staff - Gede, Ketut, Sulya, Made, Antok. Perfect location- close to Eat Street with two convenience stores and a great massage spa right next door. Away from the road so very quiet. 24 hr security at the complex. We will be back!

Out butler, Unita, was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she made our stay extra special.

The property was stunning and very well maintained!! The decor was next level Bali chic and the garden was lush. It was an easy walk to the main shopping and restaurant strip and a cheap taxi ride to other areas. I enjoyed the way the living room doors opened into the pool to create an indoor outdoor experience.

There was only 2 sun beds. There were three of us and we had to ask twice for a third sunbed.

We were very well accommodated during a lovely one week stay at Villa Lanai.

Great location. The most friendly and helpful staff - especially Romy, Sergio and Nural. Very comfortable facilities and all modern conveniences including mineral drinking water dispenser, smart TV’s and a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker. WiFi was strong and reliable. We were very well looked after during our seven day stay. Can’t wait to return :)

A great villa for a family.

The pool was fantastic and the perfect temperature. The villa was well maintained and cleaned each day. The breakfast was delicious. Could not fault our stay here.

Outside deck can be slippery with wet feet, we put a towel on the bridge for our 3 year old and this helped.

Great stay, would recommend

Great little property close to everything. Budi the villa s butler was lovely, great cooked hot or cold breakfast every morning. He was so accommodating and kind. Very clean and tidy. Villa was a bit basic. No smart TVS so could not steam. BYO shampoo and conditioner/ soap, poor quality. The beds were hard but surprisingly comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Otherwise great place and very good value. Would definitely recommend this villa. The manager of the villas was not much help, other villas we have stayed in, the manager is able to organize anything and bends over backwards to help. This was a little different. We also organized a car from the airport through the villa and they charged us 500k. 2 taxis were only 200k on the way back. Villa cars are very tired and run down. Overall though excellent experience.

All the amenities were good and clean. Nice pool and location. The Air Con and kitchen facilities were excellent in both Siam and Amala Villas as we were 2 families.

In Villa Amala, there was no smart TV in any of the rooms or the living area. Our friends stayed in Siam Villa which was excellent and had smart TV everywhere.

Beautiful villa located centrally!

We stayed in this villa on the last leg of our trip to Bali. The villa was beyond stunning. We were greeted by Sergio and Romi who were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much! They even bought a cake for my friends birthday which was such a lovely surprise. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay as there is security at the entrance to the villas. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is close to the centre of Seminyak with many shops/restaurants and bars nearby. We also celebrated Nyepi in the villa, it was so peaceful and a wonderful thing to experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality

A wonderful holiday.

Breakfast selections were fantastic. Villa was well equipped and comfortable. Butlers were amazing - Hani and Komang. Location was perfect.

Another couch/armchair would be good - sleeps 6 but not room for six to relax. Two very tall teenagers and two parents was also a squeeze on the couch for relaxing. Disappointing miscommunication about check out time - one message said 3pm and another said 12noon.

Villa Amman - spacious, traditional villa in a great location

We stayed in Villa Amman (4 bed). The location and size of the villa was good. There were 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was a good size and temperature. The garden was beautiful and kept tidy at all times. The staff were friendly, attentive and very accommodating - Komang and Made. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa Mgr was also very responsive - Mrs Nurul. Overall, we had a great time here.

The villa could do with a little TLC as some elements were a little worn (e.g. bath towels). I personally didn’t like going outdoors to the toilet / shower in the master but some may quite like this (I’m a wuss). Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area around the pool instead of on the 2nd floor - it seems wasted up there.

beautiful well maintained villa in a central location with a large pool.

We stayed in the Villa Jepun, three bedroom for 5 of us. A beautiful villa with a large pool for a family of 5, great location, well maintained and the staff were always exceptionally helpful. One of our guests is in a wheelchair and they were able to provide a chair for use in the shower, they ordered taxis for us and arranged airport transfers and when some guests got struck by bali belly they arranged for doctors to come visit immediately. Hani was our chef and she did everything she could to help nd cook delicious breakfasts.Can’t wait to be back!

Great villa with nice private pool, good location, short walk to Seminyak Square. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with cold aircon and comfy beds. Also nice rooftop relaxing area.

The friendly service of Hani our house cleaner and cook. The fact staff met us late on arrival to hand over keys and make us very welcome.

Not good value for the price point but staff there are great.

The Villa comes with a maid/cook daily. Hani was ours and she was great, nothing too much trouble, a really lovely girl.

Most things to honest. Didn’t like the model itself. Uncommunicative prior to travelling and detached whilst their. Place cleverly photographed and outside space and pool much smaller than expected. Bit careworn and in need of attention and some odours that need dealing with.

We stayed in villa Siam. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The pool was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
