Loved everything about this hotel. The room, Staff, food, location, service, all amenities were excellent!
Just a suggestion, it would be good to have a lift access to the waterfront breakfast area

Great spot. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms nice
Food was terrible. Had room service. Didn’t think you could stuff up a club sandwich but was inedible. Did Sunday all you can eat lunch. Quality was poor. Food didn’t taste fresh and/or not good quality

Everything is available, quick is feels like home.
The hotel staff and are at exceptional level.
Hotel management and safety are really really above and beyond, even when I forgot my sunscreens, I have received and email after my check out informing me, this shows how these people are trust worthy.
Lastly the staff trust me when I say the staff all staff from the pool to the restaurants up to housekeeping and reception and SPA will make you feel at home, never seen such a perfect service.
Two small things:
1- Windows sunblocks need little bit of amendments as light escapes through with sunrise.
2- windows soundproofing is poor as you sleep with waves sounds everyday.
