My stay at W Bali was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the resort’s vibrant atmosphere, warm hospitality, and stunning beachfront location created an experience that I will always remember. The design of the resort is breathtaking—modern, stylish, and full of character. Every corner feels intentional and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, offering great views and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The service at W Bali deserves special recognition. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay perfect. Their attention to detail and personalized approach truly elevated the experience. The food and dining options were also fantastic. From breakfast to late‑night dining, the selection and quality were excellent. The atmosphere at the restaurants and bars was lively yet relaxing—a great balance. The pool and beach areas are absolutely stunning. Whether you want to unwind, enjoy a drink, or take in the sunset, the ambiance is unmatched. The entire property has a unique energy that makes you feel both refreshed and inspired. It’s a place where luxury, comfort, and creativity come together beautifully. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali and will definitely return on my next trip

The facilities, design, cleanliness and size of our room - we stayed in the Ocean facing room for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect!

The spa baths and ice plunge pools are within male and female bathrooms so they are segregated. Not a big deal but just meant I couldn’t enjoy the experience with my husband.

Amazing Resort for girls week away!

Had a fantastic stay recently at the W with my teenage daughters. Breakfast was excellent along with the coffee and service from the staff. Very relaxing way to start the day. Golf cart service to main road very handy as we walked alot. Pool service was also great and didn't have any issues finding chairs or pool beds. Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

I thought the day spa prices were very excessive compared to other relative resorts. Was also surprised that our room wasn’t serviced daily and had to ask for replacement of water twice in our 5 day stay.

Everything was so good but a bit overpriced and they need to recheck facilities before giving the room.

It was an unreal and mesmerizing experience! I celebrated both my honeymoon and my birthday there they beautifully decorated for both occasions, sent us free cakes, and even celebrated with us. The breakfast was so delicious and truly worth every penny. Overall, everything was just amazing!

What I didn’t like: 1. One of the lights in my room kept flickering. 2. The iron was not working properly, and I had to replace it. 3. The hair dryer stopped working. 4. The bathtub hand shower was not working. Other than that, my overall experience was 10/10!

What you would expect from a W - but mixed levels of services and very expensive.

Great location, nice rooms.

Building work was going on, I know there is no getting away from this as hotels need to continuously update etc. but the hotel should inform guests and do 'something' for the inconvenience. We had upgraded to a more expensive room that literally looked down onto this building work. The service was also mixed, some days the staff were excellent and other days there seemed to be a complete lack of management and customer awareness. This hotel is also insanely expensive for food and drinks compared to similar 5 stars and I'm not sure it warrants it just because of the name.

The fact we were kicked out an accused of some really poor behaviour that was not us not only the villa had been broken into and security had seen the a person looking over our door and didn’t tel us until checkout we had stray cats in the villa and inside the room

Top quality for top price

Amazing, safe (own entrance, very secure) resort in central Seminyak, close to all there's to see in the city center. Room was top notch, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious (half the room? amazing.). Beach is not the best, but for the amazing beaches Uluwatu is generally better. Pool area, amazing.

Everything is quite expensive, from the breakfast to the dinner options. It matches and follows the quality, nothing to say there, but it would be considered VERY expensive in any Western resort capital. They really push for this "24h spa", while outside of the treatments, the "spa" is really just a warm jacuzzi with a regular steam bath: luxury is not reflected into the general spa's offering.

Attention to detail in almost everything they do at the W - great location, beautiful pool and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Food was excellent - from breakfast to poke bowls for lunch and dinner at Fire is a must. Rooms were faultless and a nice gym too.

Only one small concern - smoking is allowed everywhere. Perhaps some smoke-free areas would be appreciated to avoid having to put up with passive smoking on occasions.

Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool area—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to unwind. Service was good, all the staff very friendly and helpful. Our suite was very clean and facility very good as expected. Overall we had amazing time there. Location of the hotel is simply perfect.

Frequent electrical failures, triggered by standard usage of devices like a phone charger or hairdryer, necessitated repeated calls to an electrician. A disturbing message in the bathroom, stating 'Keep going I enjoy watching,' created a sense of unease and violated my privacy, preventing me from using the facilities comfortably due to the clear implication of hidden surveillance. Furthermore, the ventilation system was inoperable, and despite my repeated attempts to contact the reception desk, I consistently encountered unanswered calls and unavailable service. Considering these significant shortcomings and the distress caused, I request a full refund and cannot recommend this establishment.

Upon arrival, the property failed to meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and functionality. The in-room amenities were inoperable, with persistent electrical failures occurring when using standard appliances such as a phone charger or hairdryer. A disturbing message was found in the bathroom, which implied surveillance, causing significant distress and inhibiting normal use of the facilities. Attempts to contact reception were consistently unsuccessful due to the lines being perpetually engaged or out of service. Despite repeated notifications, the malfunctioning air conditioning system remained unrepaired throughout the duration of the stay, further detracting from the overall experience.
