Our stay at W Bali – Seminyak was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I confirmed our booking, the team reached out with information about the hotel, its services and the different options available to us. When I mentioned that we were coming to celebrate my husband’s birthday, the level of care and attention was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, staff knew our names and somehow made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel. What impressed me even more was realising that this wasn’t unique to us. Everywhere you looked, staff were smiling, engaging with guests, remembering names and genuinely taking an interest in people. It never felt scripted or transactional. There is a warmth to the service here that is very difficult to teach. A very special shoutout has to go to Silvia and Winda, who played such a big part in making our stay so perfect. Being vegetarian can sometimes make hotel dining feel limiting, but Winda made sure that was never the case. Every morning at breakfast she would check in with me, ask what I felt like eating and organise whatever she could. She discovered that I loved mangosteens and then made sure I had my little “dose” of mangosteen every morning! It was such a simple thing, but incredibly thoughtful. At dinner, she also made sure Sam and I were so well looked after. If we asked whether something could be adapted or made differently, the chefs genuinely tried to accommodate us. There was none of the usual “what is on the menu is what we can do” attitude. Instead, the feeling was always, let us see what we can do for you. That willingness alone says so much about the culture of this hotel. Nanda also went completely out of his way to find jackfruit for us. Again, something that might sound small, but it was another example of staff actually listening to what guests say and then making an effort to create a memorable experience.

Mind blowing place, its the WOW place to stay in Seminyak. Highly recommend

It’s starting to look a bit shabby, small Reno needed in some areas. The black pool feels very un inviting
