The staff are amazing, super friendly and the cleaning service is daily and immaculate. The premium villa was a good size & it was nice to have a kitchen and a huge bath! There was an abundance of hot water too! The gardens are beautiful and the pool water was a good temp! The free gym above the sports bar was a win & had so much equipment! Thank you 🙏🏼
The villa was a little dated, but you come to expect that in Bali - it’s part of the charm. The shower pressure wasn’t great but the hot water made up for it! The door to the kitchen closes very loudly but it’s a detached villa so no sign of waking the neighbours up :)

The location and the beautiful gardens and friendly staff. The rooms were all you need for a value for money get away. And dont forget the use of the gym in the Winx bar.

Location and rooms are big size of the rooms and i had big bath tub.
Very old property and needs maintenance. Not ideal for young families. I was travelling alone so was OK but i wouldn't recommend young families. Too noisy for kids to sleep during night as well.
Further we were committed free shuttle from airport but when i contacted them, they denied any such offer and asked to reach out to booking.com but booking.com said it is properties responsibility. Such a dodgy way to run the business.
