Location was good close to best busy places in Seminyak. Value for money. Villa was big and the toilet was amazing! You can cook this much better if they provide a bigger cooking ware but still manageable. Garden, pool and the villa are amazing!

The pool was good, although way too deep for kids.
Stained bedsheets and towels, there is no Spa so they should change the name of the hotel and take out the spa photos, it’s false advertisement. There is no restaurant, the photos are not accurate, there is a totally loud sportsbar instead of a restaurant. The manager was rude when I pointed this out and said we could cancel and get 50% off. I said I’d rather he fix the things that could be fixed, like getting clean and stainless sheets and towels. He said I wouldn’t be happy regardless and that I’d just keep complaining, which I find incredibly rude. My son and his girlfriend ended up moving to another place the second day there, it was difficult finding another place for all of us as it was Xmas/ new years.
