Bali is best for relaxing in a good hotel

Well there was confusion over the breakfast. It was included in the price I paid, but on the first morning I was advised by staff that part of the breakfast (the cooked part, bar the eggs) were only included for 1 day and the others were at a cost. This I didn't query, but should have as it wasn't correct. So when I did have the full breakfast on offer, it was good.

Nothing really. Staff were lovely, even if they do say yes to everything you ask, even when they don't actually understand the question :) we got there in the end though

location was excellent, the staff were amazing and so attentive and friendly.

we had issues with the hot water in the shower and issues with water flow in sink, overall this is an excellent properly for the price. very clean and very well maintained. restaurant was quite good to and great value.

Lovely staff and great plunge pool.

Staff were well coached on friendliness and every member greeted you warmly. The plunge pool was a life saver in the sweltering humidity.

The room upstairs is a waste... It would have been more useful as a second bedroom for my adult son and myself and really, would have been ideal. We didn't make use of it once during our 5 day stay. Having to walk through the restaurant to go in and out is not ideal but space limits design options. Same goes for public pool.

Great comfortable stay in Seminyak with amazing breakfasts

Great hotel location in Seminyak - caught Grab's everywhere and the traffic was slow everywhere so it doesn't really matter where you are positioned!. Excellent breakfasts ~ worth paying a little extra for ~ with your choice of a la carte option (e.g. full english breakfast, indonesian breakfast, dragonfruit smoothie bowl, french toast plus a few more), plus an egg station and waffle station plus buffet options - never really had that before at a resort/accomodation... so you would order a meal which would come out super fresh (rather than old bain marie food) plus good, fresh, hot or iced coffees/espresso/cappucinnos, then you ordered the separate eggs (cooked your way) - so then while they were cooking you'd grab the buffet items you wanted and could still start eating straight away! Great bedroom, with good quality bed and bathroom and nice little plunge pool. Hot tip: I booked the standard One Bedroom Suite and my friends had the One Bedroom Deluxe Suite - book the deluxe if you want to a much bigger plunge pool (or do what I did and if booking multiple rooms, just book one deluxe between you and all share the larger plunge pool together!

Amazing staff - super genuine in service with a smile.

Staff has to be placed number 1. The place is new and I actually really loved the design in which was a lengthy flow from entry to our room passing through reception, restaurant to our room. Nicely decorated.

The rooms are amazing , pool and staff . Air con in most rooms freezing. Food was good but for some reason room service food was not as good . Only downside, we didn’t get fancy towels or the birthday surprise we asked

We spent our honeymoon in a heavenly paradise and I'm so excited to book again in the future.

- Exceptional Staff - Amazing hotel pool, having a swim up bar was a fun novelty we haven't had before - Amazing private pool, bigger than it looked in the photos and honestly so nice to dip our toes in and read in the afternoons when it was too hot or the main pool was too busy - Delicious breakfast, smaller and simpler buffet options but the extra menu more than made up for it, I think I got the smoothie bowl 4 days in a row - Exceptionally well priced - Cool, quiet, clean rooms, super SUPER comfy bed - Amazing location, very walkable to heaps of restaurants, icecream bars and massage places, and it was very cheap to get a Gojek from there to literally anywhere in Seminyak - Wonderful bathroom including your usual toiletries, hairdryer was a nice touch, rainfall shower so good with great temperature and pressure - Free bottled water and a mini fridge were perfect additions - The on-site spa was HEAVENLY, worth a couple of visits for sure - The architecture is actually so beautiful, and everything looks exactly as it does in their hotel photos

Overall stay was good.

The breakfast was good. Fruits could have been some more variety. The juices could have been fresh as they were all bottled ones. The staff were very welcoming and housekeeping was excellent.

Super enjoyable stay at Kayumas - we’ll be back!

The friendly staff were the best! Everyone was amazing, but the breaky crew were particularly helpful & lovely (and the breaky itself was top notch) the communal pool area was great. Our kids loved the shallower pool area, and we loved it too, because it meant we could kick back and enjoy some sunshine, knowing they were safe. 😊
