Value for money , need to improve in cleanliness .

Prompt room service, staffs were friendly and helpful . Location was in the centre of the town - seminyak many good shops and restaurants surroundings.

There is no card to indicate room service not needed , it would be easier if the card hanged at the door knob.

It really is a hidden gem ! I have nothing negative to say about it ! Staff very attentive and the breakfast options are perfect for anyone . Pool and entire grounds are amazing and clean !

Wornout furnitur and dull bathroom lighting.

The pool area was fabulous. Well maintained and beautiful.

The local area had lots of lights and place to enter for food but not nice enough to entice me. It seemed a bit rough and aimed at more boisterous age group. I dined at the hotel food offerings which werre probably the bestchoices I could have made. Overall the hotel seriously needs a malor update. The room furnishings werewell past useby date.lighting in the bathroom area was very dull and needs to bemuch much brighter. I did find the older femal office staff to be less welcoming than my usual experience. Actually bordering on rude at times.for the low price i would recommend for the pool area and most of the less aged office wotkers.

Budget friendly accommodation in the hearth of seminyak

The pool is great. I like that is deep and i can swim in it. The restaurant and the nail spa are great additions to it. The place is quiet, considering the location. Location is great. The restaurant is good, although there are slightly better options near by. If you want a budget friendly accommodation that is not a backpackers party place, you should consider this one.

Tv does not have free access. Should be considered for longer stays. The bar should be refilled every day, as it is a cheap choice to keep hydrated. Food should be able to be ordered to the room and not only in the restaurant.

The room was simple, clean & comfortable. We absolutely loved the gardens, pool and location! We will definitely recommend this stay & we would definitely stay here on our future holidays to Bali 😊

The only thing we would recommend altering is the housekeeping of the room each morning to a later time, we found it too early (9am) if it was around 11am that would be perfect! Especially after a big night out in Bali

Great location Good sized room

In desperate need of maintenance. Only clean to a point ( point of wiping down but no cleaning) Door lock gave me serious concern. It's easily opened with no substantial locking mechanism. No safety lock and can see through at edge. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE Mould and dirt in bathroom and next to beef ( can see where they wiped) Pillows falling apart, which is a bit rich since they have a notice up about replacing if any damage I don't think the summary reflects this place. There is a 'communal ' kitchen... ummm. It's not listed as a backpackers. There are cheaper places in the area where you get much more - like a Door lock.... and not murder scene vibes Needs a deep clean!!

Very dated in need of refurb

Centrally located and yet very quiet. I had a good night’s sleep. The place was really big and there was a nice pool area.

This place could be good but our room needed a facelift. The rust on the dish rack was appalling. Bathrooms need ripping out and starting again. Bed linen in extra room was grey and awful. I felt like I’d been transported back to my backpacking days. I should have insisted on changing room but we decided to stay one night and leave. It was expensive. I got up the next morning early and went in search of other hotels and came across Maison by C. Half the price, great breakfast. My best find in Seminyak. We extended our stay here!

If you want to be in the heart of it, then this is the location. Keep in mind it’s noisy at night.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot to like. As soon as I walked in the room, I noticed a funky smell (coming from the bathroom). I did let the office know and they sent someone straight away to check/clean. The smell was set in and cleaning didn’t make a difference. I will say the staff were friendly and did what they could to help.

I wasn’t a fan of the noise coming from the bars/clubs right outside. This was enough for me to check out after 1 night when I’d booked 5. Pool isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures.
