The Taman Ayu Seminyak 10 Minute walking to the BEACH

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the pool was very nice. The second room we got after complaining about our first room was very lovely, the room got cleaned every day and we got complimentary bottles of water every morning.

The first room we got was nothing like the photos illustrated at booking.com (superior room) the bathroom was very small, dirty, no separation between the toilet, sink or shower and it was very old, outdated and weathered so we were very disappointed. But after putting a complaint in they upgraded us to a better room. The resort is in a very busy street with a lot of traffic it is also right next to a night club which has music going till 4am in the morning. Behind the resort there is also a lot of noise going on from a building site

Location was great , staff were lovely and rooms and beds were lovely and big. Good pool also👍🏼

My first room had a leak in the bathroom when there was a big storm- but the hotel changed my room the next day so sorted . Would prefer black out blinds/ curtains as the light was strong in the early hours . About noisy at night but to have such a great location there is no way round that 🤷‍♀️

Prompt room service, staffs were friendly and helpful . Location was in the centre of the town - seminyak many good shops and restaurants surroundings.

There is no card to indicate room service not needed , it would be easier if the card hanged at the door knob.
