Very comfy hostel close to the beach

The hostel is very beautiful and very close to the beach. The beds are super comfy and the restaurant connected to the hostel has great service with affordable and tasty food.

I think the staff entering the female dorms should be only women. Also the floor was not cleaned daily I think. Except these everything else was great.

Great

The bed are insanely comfortable, and a proper blanket too. The rooms are clean, good storage for your things, hostel staff are lovely and a lot of near by restaurants, bars ect.

The girls showers and toilets are only divided by a mirror so there isn’t any privacy and you can see through

Worth it for the price

Easy to get transport and store by walking distance. No need to bring extra universal plug, since the USB plug in provided.

Fab hostel! Definitely would stay again.

Loved this hostel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dorms were nice and comfortable. Although I had a bottom bunk I loved the fact that they had a staircase for the upper bunks and not a ladder. Great restaurant onsite and reasonable priced. WiFi good. Free water dispenser. Very clean. The location was also good, short stroll to get to the beach. You can walk along the beach to the walkway that goes all the way along the beach bars. This hostel is currently building a pool which will be great. It’s due to open in January. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay ! ✨

I loved stay in White Penny. The room are clean, the bathroom have hot water and good pressure. The toilets are very clean too ! The bed are really comfortable. And the staff was really kind ! I recommend

Comfortable stay

The location was excellent! The facilities are excellent. The rooms are beautiful, the lockers are spacious and each bed had a plug socket with a built in adapter and USB sockets so you could charge two things at once without needing an adapter. The bathrooms were well equipped however, a lot of things were left behind in the showers and never claimed so it could look a bit messy.

As someone travelling alone, it can be quite hard to meet new people and there is no real common area for people to socialise except for the benches outside where people smoke. There were also some unexpected visitors in the room… Small ants were regularly spotted on the walls or occasionally on the lower bunk beds.

Close to Seminyak Beach and the breakfast from their restaurant is amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Sulit!

Best place for backpackers since the whole hostel is like a summer beach house so you have to climb upstairs so better not to bring luggage

Great Hostel would recommend

Great rooms, air con was super cold which was great and I liked that rather than the bunk beds having ladders there was little staircases up to the top bunks. Super close to the beach so you can walk from the hostel, and also located near loads of really great restaurants and cafes WiFi was excellent, probably the best of any hostel if stayed in in Indonesia so far.

Beds were probably the most uncomfortable of any hostel I have stayed in. I also think if the hostel had some more facilities like a pool or more social spaces it would be better.

Just not worth it

I liked the design, the place is quite beautiful. I think it has potential. I liked the cafe and the breakfast at the cafe was quite good.

The place is so hot omg 🥵 The bathroom/shower room is so hot, you’re trying to take a sh*t and you’re just sweating, wtf! Also the ‘common space’ if you wanna call it that ok the 2nd floor, is also so hot, I was trying to relax outside of the room, and I was just sitting there sweating. Just install some simple ceiling fans, this could fix the issue, or buy some fans to put out, but to just let it be hot like that is not acceptable!

Beautiful!

This is a beautiful property, close to the beach, beach clubs and lots of great places to eat including the lovely White Penny Bar & Kitchen. Staff were friendly and always very helpful. We’ve stayed a couple of times and always extended. A little bit of luxury amongst all the travelling.

A wonderful stay in a clean and cosy hostel in a great location

One of the highest quality hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities, cleanliness, comfort were all outstanding. And it’s in a great location! The staff were super friendly and you can tell it’s been well thought out — the hostel is relatively new, less than a year old, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seminyak.

It could really benefit from a social area / bar / cafe so it’s easier to mingle with other guests. With that said, it looks like that’s already in the process of being built :) so I’m sure this hostel is only going to get better with age

The property was really nice, modern and clean and the staff was super helpful, particularly Juni and Ivan! It’s located very conveniently so everything is close by and only a few minutes from the beach.

It’s still pretty new so it’s a little quiet but they’re building a restaurant at the back and the staff are always there on hand for a chat so I’m sure this is change soon enough!

This hostel was the best I’ve ever been. Everything worked well, staff was super friendly and I felt welcomed. I took a tattoo with my friend who I met there and afterwards we realized that this tattoo was the logo of this hostel. Good memories!

Seminyak’taki en güzel hosteslerden biri bence. Burada kaldığım süre boyunca evimdeymişim gibi bir hissiyat oldu bende. Çok beğendim. Hostelin aurası,konumu ve güleryüzlü aynı zamanda yardımsever çalışanlarıyla çok iyi bir yer bence. Ayrıca hemen yan tarafında kahvaltı için (anlaşmalı diye düşündüğüm) kafesi var. Ve çok lezzetli şeyler yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı veya yemek için ekstra bir yer arayışında olmama da gerek kalmadı. Konumu ayrıca baya iyi bence etrafı canlı ve ayrıca sahil sadece 3-4dklık yürüme mesafesinde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. 🫶🏻

Tek çok hoşlanmadığım yer banyodan gelen kokuydu. Temizlenmesine şahit olmama rağmen gitmeyen bir koku vardı. O yüzden bir puanı da oradan kırdım sadece.
