Excellent room in a quiet area, closeby to everything.

The accommodation has everything you need and the street is very quiet, even with neighbouring construction. The room was very spacious which made our stay very comfortable.

You just have to remember to flick the hot water switch for a warm shower. We could also hear constant movement from the room above us due to little soundproofing.

HIDDEN LITTLE GEM THAT YOU MUST TRY

Upon entering their simple but inviting reception area you are greeted with a lovely smile and ladies in traditional Balinese attire, you are welcomed to your stay at this beautiful little place once checked in our bags were carried to our immaculately clean and modern room. The linen is crisp white and the bed is so comfortable when I went to bed I was immediately asleep but let not mention they give you two pillows each not just one like most hotels in Bali. Complimentary bottled water water was a nice touch too. The pool is in the centre of the building and is stunning surround by all the beautifully maintained greenery. We only stayed one night here as we couldn’t get into our usual favorite accom until the next day. Perfect little coffee shop out front with great coffee and I’m a serious coffee critic. It’s located on the Kerobokan side of Seminyak which is the area I prefer but you wouldn’t know you were anywhere near Kerobokan Jail at all but hey if you go for a short walk you get to find out what Shapelle’s Bali home was really like! To sum it all up Perfect! You need to stay here.

Theft in a dirty, isolated room.

Nothing

The hotel is dirty, far from everything, and infested with insects. As if that wasn’t enough, money was stolen from the safe in our room. The staff was arrogant, assuming I wouldn’t take action, and offered no solutions other than suggesting I file a police report. I did so, but they provided no help or support. On the contrary, while I was at the police station, they intimidated my wife and our two children, aged 4 and 8. Their tactics didn’t work. Indonesia is a beautiful and just country, and I’m confident the authorities will take the necessary steps to catch these thieves.

The staff are amazing and friendly. Relatively good location, away from the crowds but still close to everything. The pool was okay, there is an excellent coffee shop right next door which is a bonus.

windows on the alley, we got the room facing the stairs and the entry, so a lot of people coming and going by our window, we had to keep the curtains closed all the time

The property was comfortable and quiet. The staff was absolutely wonderful!! There was a restaurant right next door. Also I was able to rent a motorbike at the hotel. very convenient!

Very good value for money

Super friendly staff, good coffee shop right next to the hotel, easy to get gojek, rent a bike service. Free water refills and a communal kitchen available. Daily room cleanin service. Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture, good for working as well

You can look straight into the rooms, maybe some window decorations, so can still keep the curtains open while in the room, that would make it perfect

Good location - great coffee shop next door. Staff was always helpful.

Very little parking day or night. More bikes in the lot than people booked so usure if they let other people use the spaces. Had to park on the street often. The place is very noisy all of the time - crying babies in the hall, barking dogs next door at 3am, people slamming door at all hours of the night. Did not not sleep through one single night in 18 days without being woken up by something loud and unnecessary. People kept stealing my ice from the shared kitchen freezer. The staff don't really know how to clean a room properly. Spent 18 days and asked multiple times to clean the bathroom floor but nothing ever happened. The bed was not very comfortable - very hard ( we found this to be true of most places in Bali though ). I would not book here again.

Comfy bed, strong AC, spacious room, quiet. Good location if you drive. Not much within walking distance if you're a tourist. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Let us check out late.

Personnel très accueillant et gentil. La chambre est spacieuse, l'emplacement est top (proche de Seminyak) ! La piscine très agréable. Peu de personnes présentes dans l'hôtel à cet période.

Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner un peu faible en quantité (une boisson chaude et un porridge ou un bol de riz / oeuf au plat)
