I can’t believe how cheap this place is for the money. The rooms are so big and spacious, clean, modern. The staff are lovely especially Yosua who checked us in and Gede who checked us out - they were both so helpful. A few minutes walk from Finns and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Honestly there is no faulting this place.
Nothing.

The location was central, it was quiet considering. The staff were really accomodating, friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the decor was beautiful.
There was no breakfast / food options and no snacks. The location was down a dark alley at night which was a little off putying, maybe having better lighting in the alleyway would help.

The staff's friendliness and the hotel's location are its strongest points.
The rooms are older than they appear in the photos. The pristine white sheets and pillowcases had multiple yellow stains. There's a lot of noise due to construction right next to the hotel. I think they should provide disposable slippers for guests staying at the hotel, and they didn't, which is another negative point.
