Home away from home

Very central location but up a private lane, so no noise or traffics!! Gorgeous cafes and restaurants at the top of the lane, walked to the beach each morning! Definitely will be coming back to this place! Was like a home away from home, my brother joined us last minute and there was no issue! Pool was so quiet had it to ourselves everyday

Nice place to stay

Cute place to stay with a nice pool. The location is nice close to restaurants and shops and not far from the beach.

The bathroom could be refreshed. The shower didn’t run very well.

Spacious & clean, friendly staff

Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning. Perfect location: walking distance to many beaches, restaurants and shops. My friend needed a doctor during our stay and the staff were so quick to respond and super helpful - Cintya even went with her to the medical clinic and checked up on her multiple times afterwards. So grateful for their excellent service

Location

Shower needs work, towels and tidiying the room needed to be asked or begged. It was posted that late check out is allowed but a staff came to my room 11:45 telling me to get out and an older woman yelled that I need to get out due to guests are coming. I asked for atleat 10 mins extension as I was finishing tidying up but she insisted I need to get out. I felt embarrassed as she was on the ground floor and I was on the second floor. Funny thing, I went back at night to get my luggage, half of the rooms are empty.

The smell was disgusting

The room had a bad drains smell which made me very sick and my room never got cleaned the whole 5 days that I stayed. Bathroom would get flooded after a shower too.

Lovely stay

Amazing location on a really good road in Canguu and leads direct to the beach, very quiet at night, friendly staff, 2 cute doggies in the garden, really clean pool and garden area, clean room and nice and spacious. Would return here when next in canggu

The mattress was rock hard it was a really uncomfortable sleep :( we stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned so was starting to feel a lil grubby towards the end. Didn’t have any hot water the entire stay either which was a lil annoying but we’re used to cold showers now

Excellent location short walk to restaurants and the beach. Very clean. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool was clean and they had a kitchen for use and a fridge. They provided motorbike rental and laudry.

The staff is the best! Super friendly, committed and helpful. They arranged surfing classes for us, a scooter, the laundry. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean (same as all the common areas), the pool was great to cool down. We loved it, would book it again and would highly recommend it! Quiet side street, but you’re right near the main street.

Definitely recommend

Loved this stay, the rooms were big and comfortable. Pool and outside area was so nice, hosts gave their own beanbags when the sun loungers were taken! Hosts themselves were friendly and hospitable, we adored their 2 dogs who were so playful and fun. Great location, near a lot of good restaurants. Genuinely could have stayed much longer.

Stayed 4 nights and rooms weren’t cleaned at all, but they did say on check-in that there was no room clean unless you are staying longer than a week. Also no water refills.

new place, super clean and owned by a local family who did their best to make my stay wonderful. i felt welcome safe and had a great sleep (good mattress, and quiet environment). very good location nearby everything you need an a 2 min drive to the beach

We loved our stay here!! Great pool. The guys working here are so wonderful. Rooms are simple but lovely. Always hot water. super comfy huge bed. Really clean. I will hopefully stay again very soon!

Nice place, disappointing we didn’t get what we booked

it was a lovely looking place in a great location and the staff were friendly.

We paid extra to have a twin room and when we got there they would only give us the double room. Shower only had cold water and the bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance.

Достаточно тихо и спокойно красивая территория)

Забронировал по фотографиям одну комнату а когда пришел заселяться мне начали давать другую комнату хотя я специально выбирал комнату с подходящим мне душем и мне нужна была комната именно с тем душем который был представлен на фотографии так как у меня была сломана рука и мне не комфортный был душ я специально выбирал комнату с тем душем который мне нужен.. на стойке регистрации мне сказали что я якобы забронировал именно эту комнату она меньше размером и душ Лейка из потолка… а мне нужен был душь который ты в руку берешь так как мне такой душ был удобнее так как сломана рука… я открыл букинг и показал фотографии что я забронировал именно эту комнату именно с этим душем… я был после больницы и очень уставший… персонал стоял и доказывал мне обратное… и предложил мне доплатить денег что бы я заехал именно в ту комнату которую я и забронировал изначально… отель был пустой!!!! И после одного часа приреканий с персоналом я все же доплатил деньги за свой номер который был забукирован изначально и только после этого персонал начал улыбаться и спрашивать как дела и что случилось…. У них на сайте стоят все фотографии разные!!!! Я прожил 4 дня в отеле и за 4 дня ко мне никто не пришел не заправил кровать не поменял полотенца… в целом отель хороший и приятный… но персонал очень лицемерный и вместо того что бы войти в мое положение я им объяснил что вот смотрите бронь я забронировал именно эту комнату именно с этим душем а вы заселяете меня вообще в другую… на что они мне сказали вы забронировали маленькую комнату и в ней вот такой вот душ а другие номера с другим душем и они дороже… ну я тысячу раз показал что я при броне специально выбрал эту комнату с этим душем и мне нужен этот номер с этим душем… короче при въезде они испортили сразу мое настроение и отношения к ним… лицемерные улыбаются тогда когда видят только деньги…. Лучше бы так в комнатах убирались…

Super leuke knusse locatie 👌🏻

Ik was hier nu voor de derde keer na twee jaar Canggu is wel veranderd ten opzichte van twee jaar geleden maar dit verblijf is nog steeds knus en gezellig Helaas wordt er een groot padel complex tegen over gebouwd waarvan ik denk dat je inde toekomst geluid overlast van krijg maar dat zal de toekomst uitwijzen?

Ik werd op zondag wakker gemaakt met harde muziek van de gym en een gillende instructeur Helaas kunnen zij daar niet aan doen en zo jammer
