Easy ,relaxing stay close to surf and bars !

The service ,they went above and beyond ! Anna was fantastic 👏 👌 always smiling 😃 happy and so helpful ! The location was great 👍 near the beach ! There were two pools with a lovely garden, flowers and birds! You can go left to shops or right to the Lawn , Mexicola and Old Man's ,or Sand bar .! Very relaxing !🦋🌺🧘‍♀️

i wont stay there again

Location, i

I was given a Villa near the road and it was so so noisy that all night I could not sleep. No hand towels. Bathroom extremely poorly lit, specially shower. All bathroom attachments like shower handle, bathtub very old and lose. Next day when i complained they had more rooms/Villa and they changed for me but took extra money...ridiculous.

Loved staff and Pool and position

Too noisy at night. Our room was at the front of the property so sleeping was a problem. Don’t stay here is you go to bed before 11 and be prepared to be woken all night with bikes, horns and shouting all night

The most convenient location and great stay

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient and added great value to our stay. It was within walking distance to the beach—perfect for watching the sunset and close to markets, restaurants, and other amenities. We arrived early and appreciated being able to leave our bags at the front desk and use the pool facilities while waiting for check-in. Despite being just off the busy main road, the property was very peaceful and quiet. There were two large pools on site, both surrounded by plenty of loungers and daybeds, making it easy to relax and unwind. Our room included access to a shared common space with couches, a TV, and a kitchen. This was a great bonus, especially since our individual room didn’t have a fridge. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed.

The kitchen in the shared space was sparsely stocked and did need some attention, as a few of the drawers were broken and difficult to open.

Great hotel, comfortable room and lovely staff.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Had all the facilities you would want and the staff were all really welcoming and helpful. Good location close to lots of restaurants and bars but also a nice pool to relax by if you’re wanting a chill day.

Our room was at the front of the property by the main road so was fairly noisy at night BUT that’s something you deal with for being in a prime location. It didn’t negatively affect our stay at all you just might want some ear plugs.

Friendly staff, great location, good value for money. Awesome pools, there are x2 of these large pools, with lounges. The rooms are also large.

The room smelled a little mouldy, and the shower pressure was not great. The bathroom could also have been a little more clean.

Aan de hoofdweg van Canggu met veel restaurantjes, 5min van het strand. Vriendelijk personeel! Wij hadden een villa direct aan het zwembad wat wel zo fijn was voor de kids.

Djabu is a well located place to stay in Canggu, with pleasant staff and surroundings.

Having stayed at this property previously, I like the location. It is an easy walk to everything I needed. The pools are a good size and the rooms and gardens are clean & tidy. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Ana at Reception was very welcoming.

The dark timber thatched roof attracts mosquitoes, that I could clearly see in the room. I borrowed some mosquito spray from Reception, however mosquito spray in Bali is they type where you need to spray and leave the room for 15 minutes, so possibly quite toxic. Therefore I had to sleep with DEET mosquito spray on my body. The solution may be that the staff spray the room after cleaning and before new guest arrivals to help clear the room of mosquitoes.

Because you share a living area with anyone they can leave the doors open and mosquitoes get in. Also cleaners used our cupboards in the living area as a store and came in and out all the time with the door open and turned off AC when we wanted it left in

11/10 Recommend! Hannah was the BEST!

Excellent location! Can't stress this enough! Hannah made our stay 10x better- and i mean it. We got in and she was kind enough to help us with a day trip planning and coordination as well. What a blessing- it felt like meeting a friend! All my requests in the messages we accommodated- and a 3 min walk from the beach and the busiest street in Canggu which is very chaotic so best to stay close. Didn't have to take a grab bike to anywhere during our stay - 10/10

Большой красивый номер

Грязно, после уборки были грязные полы и весь отдых, все 5 дней на полу лежали экскрименты большой ящерицы. Их так и не убрали, а значит полы не моют. Очень сильно пахло канализацией. В туалете и в зале окно с большими щелями, комары попадают в номер в огромном количестве. Спать без фумигатора невозможно! Если вы с детьми, сразу просите фумигатор! Искусали до смерти. Кран на раковине в ванной комнате был сломан и брызгал во все стороны так, что если подошел мыть руки, то вся футболка будет мокрой. В номере с нами жила огромная ящерица Тукке, орала всю ночь. Пробралась она туда видимо, когда номер был на распашку открыт. Это тоже странно, почему у них все незаселенные номера открыты. Любые опасные насекомые, ящерицы, змеи легко могут проникнуть в номер и испортить вам отдых. В целом большой, красивый номер и у отеля маленькая, но красивая территория. Но есть недочеты. Мы больше не поедем точно.

There was a rat in my room.

perfect location

initially said i could move rooms or hotels as i refused to accept staying there they offered to fill the rat hole up i still refused to stay. They then offered another hotel of which then proceeded to tell me it was unvailable stood my ground as was still saying available on the website eventually i was reluctantly moved.

Confortable and beautiful right at the center of Canggu

It’s a beautiful hotel with all you need to have a peaceful and comfortable stay, just a few steps the best part of Canggu. The room was super comfortable and the bathtub is a plus. Highly recommended.

If you stay at one of the front rooms facing the street, it can get a bit noisy at night. Fortunately, the noise stops at around midnight.

Great hotel in a great location! Clean and tidy with friendly staff!

We didn’t get fresh towels each day which was a tad disappointing! There was also construction work happening behind the hotel which started around 7am each day so not ideal for a relaxing break but no fault of the hotel! As for evenings noise, there wasn’t any except from a few hours on Friday night with a neighbouring hotel having a disco but this was over by 10.30pm so didn’t affect us!

Nice spot, make sure to ask to stay away from the street

Very friendly staff, the receptionist helped us book a great tour (at a better rate compared to the street vendors) for white water rafting (plus more stops). The location was good, with many restaurants in walking distance and easy access to massage parlours and shops.

The front room is horrible in terms of noice, every night we had noise from the street from about 2am-6am as people go drink at the 7/11 after the bars have closed. They did warn us about this, but we expected the ‘noise’ would be from cars, not drunk people singing

Location, kitchen, and pools. Clean. 2nd time I've stayed there and I would highly recommend it.

The staff seems a little hopeless at times. I'm not sure if it is a language barrier or just a really easy-going way of dealing with requests. But they are very pleasant.
