Location. And the staff were great!
Really weird musty smell. And the bathroom had little loose rocks along the edge.

Love staying here because the hotel has its own unique vibe. Their Golden Retriever is super friendly and playful, probably the real star of the property! Not many accomodation have a cute pet that genuinely makes guests feel this welcomed during check-in.
I understand the hotel can get quite busy since it’s a popular spot in the area, but the parking arrangement could probably be managed a bit better during peak times. I rented a scooter with a surf rack, so parking was occasionally a bit tricky though it didn’t affect the stay too much.

Great location and the pool area was great. Reception dogs were awesome!
The welcome drink and restaurant were awful. The room was dark and cold with mould growing on the walls. Housekeeping didn’t come unless requested and still had to remind them.
