UNACCEPTABLE

Absolutely nothing. Terrible.

The property is in a very poor and unacceptable condition and does not match what is advertised on Booking.com at all. There is mold in multiple areas, extremely low-quality and damaged furniture, and very poor-quality linens. The overall level of cleanliness is shocking. I did not even check in because the place was completely different from the photos and not hygienic to stay in. I immediately requested a refund, which was denied by the property, despite the obvious misrepresentation. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special day for me. I also contacted Booking.com, but unfortunately no proper solution was offered, so I lost my money for a place I could not stay in. I strongly recommend future guests to avoid this property, as the listing is misleading and the experience was extremely disappointing.

Such a pleasant stay! Polite staff, great vibes, and the vegan bar was surprisingly good with so many choices. Probably the most honest and fair place I’ve stayed in Canggu — worth every penny

Always happy to stay here

Very good location, close to the beach. I enjoyed the sunset just a 3-minute walk away. They have a cute Golden Retriever who always welcomes guests in the lobby — love it! Oh and their vegan bar at upstairs was great

I know this hotel is one of the popular ones around Canggu Beach, and many guests stay here with motorbikes. However, the staff could pay more attention to helping organize the parking area. I came back late at night and had a hard time parking my bike properly, even though the parking area is actually quite spacious.

The staff was very accommodating and kind to me when I got sick. Location is good for the beach. If they deep cleaned and replaced pillows and towels would have been a much better experience. I stayed in a nicer hotel housekeeping everyday pool bar etc for half the price.

Cleanliness. Not clean. I couldnt sleep in the bed due to the things being very dirty and used. The bathroom very dirty. The tiles need a very good clean. The pool the filtres at the bottom also very dirty which made me not use the pool after one occasion. I stayed one week. Providing guests with old towels with holes is not okay

There’s dog at the counter

The room has quite a lot of small bugs, and the air conditioner is positioned too far inside, so it still feels quite warm. I started sweating right after my shower. The bathroom also has some stains in the corners, probably from being there a long time. Overall, it’s not very suitable for people who care a lot about cleanliness and small details. Staff was ok 👍🏻

Very lovely staff but noisy area

Staff were so lovely and welcoming! They helped me with my bags and had a kind word every time I passed reception, they were super helpful. The hotel is only Five minutes walk to the beach. Various cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The onsite restaurant makes lovely smoothie bowls and coffees in the morning.

The area is a bit noisy because of the nearby bars at night time so I had issues sleeping well. There isn’t enough plugs in the room for example I had to plug out the bedside lamp to boil the kettle. The toilet, sink and shower could do with upgrading also.

Good value for money, nice experience all in all - would stay again.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Nala and Lily the 2 dogs on reception made leaving and getting back something to look forward to. Rooms were amazing value for money, especially given the location.

In a great location however, if you do want to get a bike or taxi then 95% of the time you will have to walk to the top of the street to do so - the hotel is in a no pick up zone due to it being a high traffic area. Not sure if all showers are the same but this was probably the biggest drawback of our room - wasn’t very pleasant. Hard to get to an enjoyable temperature and pressure was pretty harsh also - felt like water was only coming out of 3 of the holes. Also tried to get soft/hot drinks at the bar upstairs and was told we weren’t able to - not sure why but smoothie bowls were available.

The staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. It's very close to the beach and all the eateries. Two lovely dogs in reception would greet us most days.

The bathroom is very old and tired. The shower curtain was very grimy. The towels were very discoloured. And the water pressure was very low.

Awesome affordable accommodation in a central location

The staff were incredibly helpful and the location is perfect. It wasn't too loud but close to everything. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The free wifi was pretty good, it cut out a few times but was sufficient for a bit of work.

As you would expect from the price you're paying, the rooms were a little rough around the edges but they did really well keeping them clean and fresh.

-Location! Very close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and cafes - Their shuttle service from the airport was excellent as well!

- The construction nearby usually started around 9 to 5 (they also provide pairs of good earplugs and we had activities outside so the issue didn't bother us much). - Although the bathroom could be improved for its aesthetics, it still functioned very well.
