In the heart of busy Seminyak. A little piece of zen heaven surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing was too much for them. The apartments are luxury suites and every attention to cultural detail is made. The individual plunge pools and the main swimming pool were wonderful. The place is even better than the hotel pictures give it credit for. Strongly recommended

We loved everythingggggggggggg about our townhouse and the staff. I celebrated my birthday with them and they catered to me hand and foot LITERALLY. From the in house full body massage and flower bath to the exceptional job the staff did on my flower pool, not to mention they morning of my bday they gathered all the staff and showed up to my door with a cake singing happy birthday I thought that was the coolest. Overall 10/10

My parents and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at this lovely townhouse. - The location was ideal, being in close proximity to the beach, temple, shopping center, and beach clubs. - The room was spacious and comfortable. - The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, demonstrating great accommodation and communication skills. - The breakfast was delicious and generous in quantity. - The complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations was a convenient amenity. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality.

An excellent choice for a stay in Seminyak. Location is in a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the beach and 10mins walk to the busy seminyak square area. Townhouses are very spacious and tastefully furnished and the breakfast served in your room is very good with a decent range of choices. The main pool is a good size and is a nice place to relax. Above all the staff are excellent, super friendly and accommodating.

My second stay in this property. Everything was amazing from check in process to my complimentary trip back to airport. Their staff is super attentive, bf options are delicious and it’s an amazing personalized approach which is common for boutique hotels.Our villa was specious and quiet.each detail was in tact .Location is near by to all shoppings and walking sites.They made our stay comfortable and pleasant

Cicada was a great location for us in Seminyak. It was tucked away on a side street so it was quite, but still a close 10-15 minute walk to local shops and cafes. The staff and service was amazing, we highly recommend staying here!

Super quiet, spacious, comfortable and homey - with excellent pool and in-room (your own dining room) breakfast ever day. Car service one-way to most of town, money exchange and excellent (& inexpensive) laundry. Airport pick up too. Will be back !!! - would be great site for a family reunion. Stayed over xmas holidays and really enjoyed this home away from home - villa-like feel (almost) but at “residence inn” prices.
