Decent small resort good value for money.

The cottages around the pool are lovely and good value for money. The bed was huge and very comfortable. It had a large mosquito net around it thank goodness. The restaurant staff is gorgeous and they serve the best thick and creamy tomato soup I’ve ever had.

It can do with a bit of a refresher, it’s a bit tired looking. The mosquitoes were insane in the room. We were given an insect spray to spray the room but even then we couldn’t get rid of them. No filtered or bottled water was provided. When asked we were directed to the shop down the street.

Good value for money and nice and quiet with plenty of drop off room.

Service was quick and friendly and staff were mostly helpful

The ants moved in to our room and the cleaners didn’t get them out well. Fresh juice was pre squeezed and in the fridge. There is a cat that hangs in the restaurant and is quick to jump on your table if you are not watching. The fridge in our room was tepid and had no adjustment and no milk is provided for hot drinks.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Awesome stay!

Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, the bed comfortable and clean. the staff were extremely friendly and caring! Kashantee village definitely exceeded our expectations! The food was amazing, and definitely value for money!!! The location was great for us! Close proximity to the beach as well.

Bad experience, wouldn’t reccomend this stay

Good location, quick walk to the beach. Tasty breakfast. Kind staff.

We had several problems, mainly with the hygiene. First they gave us a downgraded room, but we managed to come to an agreement. The room they gave us after smelled like sewer… It was horrible and we had to sleep for one night there. After we complained they tried to light a smelling candle to fix it… After that they placed us in a villa for 2 nights and then they placed us in a different room, where we managed to stay for the rest of the stay. Overall the rooms had many flaws, and the sheets weren’t the cleanest. Some animal pooped outside the hotel room and they didn’t bother to clean it while we were there. Overall the only bad experience with hotels we had while we were in Bali.

I was more than impressed with the accommodation especially for the price

I loved the distance between all bungalows, the staff were traditional Balinese & aim to please. The bed was really comfortable, it was nice & quiet. Could have the pool & swim up bar to yourself most of the time. The meals we had were delicious. Breakfast was ordered from the menu (all of the usuals) and less waste. We would stay there again

Looked pretty

The pool gave the whole group hives. It wasn’t clean the toilets keep blocking up. Asked for refund and found somewhere else to stay, however hotel yet to refund the money they said they would been over a month.

Excellent service, nice location, ok room

Very pretty property with manicured landscaping, attractive restaurant and reception area and a nice location away from the noice of canguu but very close to the beach. There’s a spa directly across from the property that I highly recommend, the food was good, service was excellent

As many other travelers have noted the tiles on the pool desperately need to be replaced, although this wasn’t an issue in terms of using the pool. The water was too warm however to be refreshing. The room itself was ok, our fridge didn’t work, the toilet flushed sometimes and the AC was leaking. Staff came to address the AC quickly though.

Second time we have stayed. It’s super lovely, great rooms and the whole place is really gorgeous. We loved the location and how peaceful it is - but nice and close to lots of places.

Lovely little place if you're looking for hotel relaxing

Beautiful property. Very helpful reception staff. Located away from the busy parts of town. Close to the quiet end of the beaches and some lovely beach clubs.

Loud lizard noises kept us awake at night. Distance from central seminyak required car/bike transport -> if going anywhere by car this meant adding 1/2 hour to 1 hour to plans if going during peak times (dinner bookings etc. Create a little stress due to unpredictable timing)

Fix the pool and it would be a great place to stay if you are happy to be away from the beach front.

The bungalows are very comfortable. The breakfast area and lobby are antique Bali style architecture styled with Bali antiques. The overall design of the property is very nice.

The pool is in serious need of maintenance. Loose tiles everywhere. Cold water showers.

A beautiful place! Great rooms, amazing food and wonderful people! I’d definitely come back. And it’s set back from the street, so it’s nice and quiet. Yes, there are a few loose and missing tiles in the swimming pool, but that didn’t concern me at all.

Do not recommend to stay there for the amount of money

Overall the property is nice, the plants are nice too

Dirty showers, pool tiles are falling off and scattered in the water. It’s not safe to walk on these tiles. In general it wouldn’t stay there again

We can feel Bali nature here. Very quiet with plenty Green. Pool area is very comfortable. Breakfast have many choices & delicious. Staff are friendly and kind.

The pool needs many repairs to the tiles and I felt it was not safe neither for adults nor children. The Rooms air-conditioning did not cool the room enough for our liking.

It was pleasant .

The eating area was nice and the staff were great. The service was quick in the restaurant. The rooms were nice, decor was simple and tidy.

We did run out of hot water a couple of times in the shower. A lot of the tiles on the pool were loose or broken and the pool wasn't as clean as I would have expected.

Lovely Bungalows and pool area at Kashantee Village

The Bungalows were lovely and great for a large group. Staff went out of their way to provide a great experience at the pool bar and restaurant. Everyone from Gardeners to reception staff hard-working and pleasant. Special thank you to Ketut, Indra A new location for us to stay in Bali. A little more quiet but pleasantly surprised about more relaxation time. 100m walk to beach, relaxed restaurant vibe on the beach for sunset and dinner. Mari Beach Club also same walking distance. Close distance by car to Canngu. Sometimes traffic a bit slow heading to Seminyak & Legian. We enjoyed the pool time and swim up bar with family and friends.

Nice meals at the restaurant, however at times a little slow with the delay in serving food. Breakfast included in our accommodation price. All made fresh A la carte with good variety of selection. Pool tiles loose in pool and management awareness to repair. We did not let it effect our time in the pool.

A great vacation, exceptional value for money and a lovely personal approach

The size and intimate nature of the hotel is perfect. The staff knew who you were by the second day and were very friendly. The food in the hotel is excellent. The rooms were lovely in style and the beds were huge and very comfy. We had three of the garden villas which worked really well with teenage and adult daughters to allow them their space. The pool was a great temperature and it’s close to the beach and beachfront restaurants. The restaurant service was excellent and choice of food was very good. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping. They got to know our routine and would wait for us to go to breakfast and would have our room cleaned before we got back. This wasn’t a one off, they did it every time. I know it’s a small detail but this kind of care was echoed throughout the service of the hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and quality of the hotel.

These comments certainly aren’t things I didn’t like but merely observations. The pool tiles need attention. They are not sharp or anything but loose. The bedroom air conditioning units are probably getting close to needing to be replaced and the toilet in our room would run water a lot, probably quite wasteful. The sunbed cushions either need a good steam clean or replacing. It would have been nice to have a pool bar attendant at the pool bar all during the day so we didn’t need to beckon someone over. Nothing can be done about this but I wish it was a closer walk to the food street. It’s about a 30 minute walk but I had a five month old in a pushchair and the streets aren’t very pushchair friendly, a carrier would have been better for me.

People were super nice

Cleanliness and we didn't get water in the shower for the first night. Rooms were a bit warm even though we had the AC on max. Poorly lit rooms.
