A real life fawty towers hotel ! .

Location .

Toilet was broken when get to room , when people come to fix it 6 hours later , door is left open room has many mosquitoes inside . No staff work here everything done via what’s app . Very disappointing stay here , pay upfront for what ? Such bad service .

Enjoyable staff lovely very friendly

For me location was perfect as my travel companion's were a 2 minute walk away. I would recommend Zoi's restaurant next door very handy for breakfast, and meals if you want. Beach just up the road with nice eateries, and beach lounges. Supermarket next to zoi's was being re done but supermarkets and shopping are just around the corner. Room basic, shower hot and good pressure, a/c and mini fridge, clean towels every 2nd day, comfortable bed.

I would not recommend.

It had a nice bathroom. It had a nice outside area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor location - every main area requires a 5/10 minute drive. Communal “kitchen” is clearly unused and not suitable for use anyway. There were bedbugs, which we reported on the first night and were told it was not bedbugs, but instead parts of the ceiling (like the grout) coming down.

Amazing stay next to the beach in Canggu

We had a problem with the room, and they gave me immediatly a new, bigger room, where I could stay all the time. Very friendly an warm hearted people. I stayed very good. By walk 3 minutes to the beach. Also Internet worked perfect. At the end when the taxi came I asked him if he could change money, he had no change but he paid the taxi bill, so generous! Thank you for your polite beeing! Wish you all the best

Nice place to rest.

I like that it was a spacious room which was well-furnished with a wardrobe, safe, TV, desk and nice lamps. I stayed for a few nights as I was attending a wedding. It is very close to the beach where there are a few bars but also a grab bike away from most other places. It is near to other amenities like laundry services and a 7 eleven style shop just a few metres away. It was a good place to relax before the rest of my trip.

Great location, comfy accomodation

Location. Minutes to the beach, food, shops. A mini mart at the top of the lane, open 24 hours. Clean, spacious and comfortable studio apartment with everything you need. Great aircon. Netflix on the tele at the end of the night was a nice treat to chill and unwind too. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller looking for a quiet accom or break from the hostels without breaking the bank.

The safety deposit box needs to be bolted down securely to the frame. It's just there, loosely sat on the shelf with the screws inside. Could easily be picked up and taken if the room was broken into or left unlocked.

This is nothing else but a backpackers place, but a very expensive one. We have checked out after 2 days. The WiFi wasn't working for the first 2 days. Self check-in, so you have to carry your bag up on a narrow outer stairs. The room opens from the common living area. Bathroom was dirty, so was the outdoor kitchen. Construction works next door, very noisy. Although close to the beach, it is not a nice beach at all and is far from everything else. We had a very different idea of what a 'beach house' is.

Misleading photos- old and dirty. Facilities not working. Ended our stay early and moved to another hotel.

It’s close to the beach.

It was filthy, and very old and run down. The toilet didn’t work and the shower looks like it’s never been cleaned. You can hear everything going on in the neighbours rooms. The photos are incredibly misleading. The towels are so old too. The place needs a serious face lift if they’re going to charge that price per night.

Dirty floor (white tiles showed hairs and dirt when we checked in), dated, bath and toilet were heavily stained, bathroom door broken at bottom. Needs an upgrade, pictures look pike they were from long time ago.

so not like the pictures! its old and dirty. the walls are so thin, you can hear everything of the neighbors. in front of moterbikes parking- and the noise started at 6am. I left the place after one night, although i would stay for 3, that says a lot!

Hello Neighbor!

The location was excellent. It was literally 100 meters from the beach. The minimarket at the front alley was a plus. The room was clean.

The wall between room was so thin. I can hear my neighbors breathing. :-) I was talking on the phone with normal voice and the neighbors was banging on the wall so many times. It wasn't very nice. She could just come up to my door and knock the door to let me know. But well...like i said the wall is so thin.

Local, bohemian, touristy all in one stretch

Just 100m walk to the beach through a small road, which appears to be beach access point by the local community. Some hawkers selling food and drinks during late afternoon and evening. Nice local ambiance. Another 100m along the beach there are many relaxing beach front restaurants and bars. Beanbags thrown on the sand...

The blanket can be slightly thicker instead of a thin sheet.

Nikiniko is a lovely little beach hut room situated right by the beach which was very convenient and close to other shops and restaurants, perfectly located between Canggu and Seminyak. The owner was very helpful in answering our queries and helping us to arrange transport and laundry service. The room was comfortable and clean.

Most satisfactory. In fact we stayed an extra night!

Breakfast wasn't included. The location is good. 50m along the driveway, turn left and the beach is 100-150 metres up the road. There's a corner mini market at the end of the driveway which is useful if you want, say a bottle of water for on the beach. Having a supply of hot and cold water in the communal landing area was great. In the mornings were able to fill a pan with very hot water and bring it to the boil (on the gas hob) to make a cup of tea!!!!

We were staying in the rainy season (and it didn't disappoint!) The wind and rain were coming from all directions and there is obviously a leak from the roof which caused the floor to get wet in certain areas. This DID NOT spoil our time at the guest house as we just put a towel down and by morning the water was gone, due to the heat. The owner provided clean towels the next morning!

Pleasant

The property was on a quiet road near the beach but the pictures are way nicer than the actual rooms. My room that booked had a bit of a problem with the aircond and toilet but they resolved it right away. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful!

Super cute rooms in a great location. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a power point on each side of the bed, a safety lock box and lovely air conditioning. There was the cutest little puppy we got to play with when we arrived!

The only problem was with some insects being attracted to the light from our room and crawling under the door. It wasn’t a big issue as we just used a towel to block the gap under the door.

Great stay for beach lovers who want to stay in a quiet area but still close to more busy places.

location was great, super close to the beach, quiet area close to both canggu and Seminyak. The room was nice and clean and the common kitchen area was great for when I didn't want to eat out. mini market just down the road so super easy to buy food and snacks.
