recently had the pleasure of staying at Aqua Villa Bali, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—especially for families. Our experience was made truly wonderful thanks to the warm hospitality and the exceptional staff, particularly Julie. During our stay, my eldest daughter unfortunately fell ill. I want to emphasize that this had absolutely nothing to do with Aqua Villa or the area around it. In fact, we believe she likely picked up something from a previous place we stayed at in Legian Beach, which was unfortunately not a good experience. We ended up leaving that place and coming to Aqua Villa, and it was the best decision we made. Julie was absolutely incredible. She called in a wonderful local doctor and nurse who visited us right at the villa, making it so much easier for me as a single father to take care of everything. The entire atmosphere at Aqua Villa was peaceful and supportive, and it allowed us to recover and get our bearings in Bali. In short, Aqua Villa Bali provided a relaxing and caring environment during a challenging time, and I am deeply grateful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Only thing I can say is the hot water you may have to wait a while for but if that’s your problem well maybe you shouldn’t be in Bali

overall was ok for price. moved to new central London villa, much nicer, cleaner modern and comes with breakfast for che
quiet location. pool was great and so was the staff
dirty bed on arrival. safe not working and problem with door lock. small ants in bathroom and hot water goes in and out hot to very burning hot. tv sometimes looses reception.

Location was good
Our room got flooded due to the rain, the staff could not move us on the first night. It was very dangerous as I slipped on the floor. Only the 2nd day they moved us to another room. The villa made no effort to upgrade us or any sort of compensation.

Nice place
- The room was clean. - The staff was very nice. They help us rent a scooter for a few days and after all our trip go to the airport.
- The location of the hotel - Without a scooter, there is no way to go out

The staff and facilities were lovely. It was very private and I felt super comfortable there. Stayed for a week doing work and found the wifi to be good as well
