-great location in seminyak near shops and restaurants. The property is slightly back so don’t hear huge noise from the road.
-can hire motorbike and book tours in reception.
-reception helpful and staff really nice.
-room service was really good after a long flight
-smart tv in rooms
-rooms huge and lovely! House cleaner Sriwati and Adi were amazing and sometimes left towel animals on our bed as a nice surprise.
-breakfast was nice which is included. Omelette station and lots of choice.
-pool was nice and they offer you pool towels.
This property is perfect good budget hotel. It’s luxury, but exactly what you needed for a holiday in Bali in the Seminyak area. I’d stay there again and longer.
The restaurant music in the morning for breakfast could to be heard from our room slightly. It was a little annoying. Just needed to turned down a few points then be perfect as it’s just carries over the pool.

The location of the property
It wasn’t very clean/ things need to be updated a bit. I think it would benefit a lot by having some fresh paint and a deep clean done on the rooms, the pool was very cloudy and dirty as well. Tons of ants everywhere in the outdoor bathroom :(
