Great city break, value for money, friendly helpful staff.

Roof top bar and pool were great, staff were excellent. Good restaurant at front of hotel. Lobby very boutique style and clean.

No coffee shop open, no almond milk available, a little mould in bathrooms. Pool chairs in ground level pool marked with stains.

I stayed at this hotel many times, this is the first time the service wasn’t as good as the previous times. No welcome drink, no one offer to take our bags to the room, no option for later checked out. My previous experience the rooms were super clean, beautifully presented but no this time.

The property needs a renovation. I paid more for a poolside room and it needs a serious update, it was no where near as nice as the pool view rooms. I had a bathtub shower and it leaked into the bathroom and bedroom. The floor boards around the pool are breaking and dangerous. Lounge chairs are dirty. If you wanted to order food at the pool you had to go into the water to order - we went a day without ordering because no one bothered to walk around to take our orders. Breakfast wasn’t great, go somewhere else. Half the food & drink items were unavailable. Don’t expect to charge to your room or build a tab, you will be required to pay each order.

The hotel room was not clean. The shower curtain is old and has stain marks. The jet spray had a foul smell. I noticed the same in the hotel public toilet near the swimming pool and when our car was parked in the basement, the same foul smell. This need to be investigated. The towel provided is old and worn out. Towels should be pure white in colour, but the one we received is a but greyish, showing it has been used extensively. If they can improve the cleanliness of the toilet in the rooms, and change all the old stuffs, this hotel will be excellent.

Lovely short stay

Central location, close to the main square and lots of restaurants, around 10 minutes to the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful there. The room itself was nice, bathroom did have mould in the shower, it’s a weird design having a window that shows straight into the bedroom. The ‘kids playground’ is misleading as it’s actually the kid club in which you have to pay for, so that did annoy us. We booked it mainly for the play area just in case of rain, during rainy season.

Underrated venue - good value for money

I loved this hotel! So central. We had house keeping every day so fresh towels and bedding. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good room service. 2 pool options!

Only downfall really is that it is right next to a night club so if you’re a light sleeper from 11pm-4am you will most likely hear it, if you’re a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine!

The staff were the best from the outside guards to reception to the cleaners , everyone was amazing ! The room was always cleaned daily with fresh towels always waiting for us . We ordered room service and food was so good! 😍 but the best part would be the infinity pool and the spa massage . Never had a good massage like the one we had there .

The property was in the centre on a busy road , easy to get to the restaurants etc .

There is a nightclub next door with really loud banging music till 3am . Couldn’t sleep because of it , even with earplugs . Our room was tired and had a window with an awful view of a wall with grass .

The cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the breakfast, the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also it’s near a lot of shops, clubs, restaurants, massage salons, and hookah spots.

I didn’t like the massage I received. I think it could have been better…. The upstairs pool area needs new longe chair covers. The hot tub wasn’t hot.

Very nice but noisy

Amazingly spacious and nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. Really impressed- great location and super cheap.

There is no sound proofing so all noise from the outdoor corridor can be heard in your room. There was also roof noises from the aircon units and some noise from outside as it’s a busy area. If you’re noise sensitive it might not be the place for you. The staff were so kind to relocate me as I had a drunk man sitting outside my room all night on his phone.

Both pools were lovely. Great bar access. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Room was nice and clean with a big bathroom. The hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep well. It's close to restaurants, clubs, selected shops, and money exchanges. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some different cereal options would be good for breakfast, and don't put 5 tea bags in the tea. It's way too strong. one is enough. The beds in my room squeaked (not a huge problem for me as I don't move around much, but it could affect other guests). Only issue with the pool is that we can't charge drinks to our room and we have to have our money/cards on us while we're swimming.

I was disappointed with my stay because the hotel did not feel clean, and there was a noticeable smell in the room. What I disliked most about the hotel was the lack of cleanliness. The room felt dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout my stay
