Great value, cute villa close to everything

Very cute but spacious rooms, beautiful pools, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to main road. Very good value, would stay again.

Possibly supply a kettle in the room as they provided all the coffee/tea but was then told had to go to the communal kitchen area to get the kettle to use there, not so easy for elderly to get down the stairs early morning for a coffee, didn’t ruin the experience but could definitely save the hassle for customers. A clothes line or foldable rack outside the rooms would help to dry wet clothes.

Unpleasant

Pool and location

My room had a leak in the ceiling and my suitcase and clothes were ruined from the water dropping onto it. Curtains were broken. Towels and bed linen were not changed (had to ask multiple times). I requested an early check in which was confirmed by email (between 10-11) arrived shortly after 1100 and the rooms were not available as they were still occupied.

Property great, service poor

Lovely grounds. Very quiet and serene. Reasonably priced for the grounds and room but lose big points for service. Most staff were friendy enough but zero English spoken.

I asked for a 10am check-in and was emailed confirming this. When we arrived, we were told sorry there was miscommunication and the room would not be ready until 2 pm. Staff had no idea about the early check-in, apparently. I paid the same price as my friend who supposedly booked the exact same room as me on booking.com. When I saw her room, I could not believe how much bigger than mine hers was. I questioned the staff about this 3 times, twice via email, and once with one of the staff at reception. My emails were never responded to, and the girl at reception said she couldn't comment apart from they are the same room, same rate. The only problem with that response is... I have eyes, and this was not correct. You should not be charging the same rate for both rooms. Please dont tell me they are the same size. Again, i have eyes, and hers was at least 2metres wider than mine. When rooms are only a few meters big. 2 meters is a big difference!! Housekeeping was abysmal. I stayed 4 nights, and sheets weren't changed once. After the second night, I went and asked 3 different people if they could change the sheets and give me new towels. As the towels were wet and left on the floor to be replaced. The staff instead just hung up the dirty ones again and did not replace them. I stripped the sheets back and again asked them to change the sheets. I came back later on in the day, and they had made the bed again but still not changed the sheets. I asked a few more times after that for them to be changed, but I gave up hope in the end, and they were never changed. Rock hard beds, but I know this is common in many parts of Asia. Grab bikes had massive trouble finding the place each time.

AVOID - DISGUSTING- left after my first night

Picturesque but complete impractical

The bed sheets were disgusting containing what looked like cum stains and pubic hairs. The bedroom door doesn’t look and the door doesn’t close properly. All the window shutters aren’t full sealed off so the room was infested with mosquitos and insects. Disgusting place which I left at my earliest convenience after a night of being bitten from head to toe by insects and mosquitos.

There are many other options in Bali

The space was beautiful and peaceful, and the room was clean and spacious. The front desk helped me carry my heavy bag up the stairs to my room. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Main Street where there’s plenty of food and shopping and massage places. It’s 10 minutes by motorbike to the beach.

The walk from hotel to Main Street is quite dark and not paved. There are bats at night, which I was a little nervous about. The front desk person offered to pick me up from Main Street if needed, but it was actually quite a short walk. The sink tap was not working properly. The toilet didn’t flush properly. WiFi Pw is not provided in the room, so you need to ask for it. Finally, maybe the man at the front desk didn’t understand me well, but he was overly concerned about whether I was scared in my room, which I wasn’t. He messaged me on WhatsApp saying there are no ghosts, which I didn’t ask. As a matter of fact, for a solo female traveler, nothing is scarier than strange men. So there’s that.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unfulfilled Promises

We had a very frustrating experience during our 3-night stay. Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with our room and immediately informed the staff. Since the hotel was fully booked that night, we were told we could switch rooms the next day. However, when we followed up the next morning, they went back on their word and claimed once again that the hotel was full, refusing to offer any alternative. In the end, no solution was provided, and we were stuck in the same room for the entire stay. Communication was also a major issue. The on-site staff could barely understand or speak basic English, and when problems arose, we were referred to their “manager,” who turned out to be a WhatsApp customer service contact. Unfortunately, this person was extremely unprofessional and impolite, adding to our frustration. To top it off, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay—no towel changes, no cleaning service whatsoever. Would not recommend this place. There are far better options out there where guests are treated with basic respect and cleanliness is taken seriously.

Love this place, great staff that are very helpful. 2 nice pools with great lounging areas. Nice having a kitchen. Like being in someone's house. It's small. For ne that's a plus.

I loved my stay, I extended an extra day. Probably would have stayed longer but it was booked out. 2 pools, a kitchen plus 2 lounging areas . Right in the heart of seminyak but very quiet. 100mtres off the main road. Close to lots of restaurants & clubs plus local warungs

Beautiful villa in great location - overall a great stay but could be more organised

Didn't have breakfast or stay too long to get the full picture unfortunately. The villa itself is beautiful with a private fish pond and outdoor bathroom and toilet.

- Access to Cove is confusing for drivers & google maps, and partially unpaved. Easily resolved i'm sure - The bedroom light switches are hidden from plain view behind curtains that are on the opposite side from the bedroom entrance. You'll need to walk in the dark, tracing the walls to find these. Light switches at the bedroom entrance would be great. - Only 1 bottle of water to drink and use in the bathroom (for 2 people) - There is no lock to the bedroom/front door, only on the entrance to the villa. - Wifi was only provided when specifically asked - be great to see a QR code or similar on entry. - While a minor point, there were only two towels in total, meaning you wouldn't have anything separate for washing hands , bathmats or the shared pool. We were given one more towel when we asked, from a secure cupboard - The remote for the air conditioning was missing. Once we spoke to the staff, they recovered it from another room on the property and happily handed it over. It would be nice if this could be left in the room. - There is a door from the shared area that connects to your private open-air toilet. If you didn't lock this in advance, there could be an issue with people walking in. The walk to the toilet from the personal villa entry point is only a few meters longer, so this entrance is unnecessary. - There was a ladder leaning on the other side of the wall from the neighbouring villa, which was unnerving as it was within view of our open-air shower with no screening - No soap provided in the showers, only shampoo which we had to use - There was considerable soap-scum in the showers, which suggested it's been a while since it was properly cleaned. - The bathroom and sinks were generally grimy and hadn't been cleaned - There was a random garden shed left open in the villa corner with the lights on (all night) that had lots of furniture piled in. Be great if this was closed.

We arrived at night and the bed was really dirty, I told to one of the staff but he informed me that they will change tomorrow. The bedlinen and the mattress were full with stains and maybe blood too. Nobody speaks english.

Huge lovely villa that could have a lot potential.

Lovely property! The place is magnificent and has a lot of potential. Pool is huge!! The staff are all super nice and cleans the room thoroughly everyday. You can tell this is a place that has been taken care of.

The minor things do make up some hiccups of the trip. When we arrive the staff were not aware that we were coming despite me sending a message on Booking to inform the check in time. Seems to be a miscommunication issue with the booking system. Hence the place was not 100% ready. We took a cold shower in the middle of the night and had to buy bug repellent ourselves. Breakfast only consists of a coffee and Nasi Gorang. It is probably better to eat out.

De keuken had weinig voorzieningen, de toaster en gasvuur werkte niet. Er zijn wel enorm veel horecazaken in de buurt voor weinig geld dus de keuken heb je niet zo hard nodig

Locatie is op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Mooi ingericht, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden.

Grote kieren bij de ramen en geen klamboe waardoor heel veel muggen. Buitenbadkamer is mooi maar als het regent wordt je nat als je naar de wc moet. Ligbedden bij het zwembad waren stuk en het zit hoekje onder de vogel poep. Houten vlonders rondom het zwembad hebben uitstekende spijkers.

Établissement très propre avec beaucoup de confort Les chambres sont parfaitement équipés : peignoir , chausson , sèche cheveux , savon , shampoing , brosse à dent ect… il y a un grand dressing pour y poser ses affaires , je me suis senti confortable dès que je suis arrivé les espaces communs sont propres les chambres aussi.

La vue depuis la chambre au premier étage, chambre très spacieuse avec un grand lit confortable, les deux jolies piscines, super atmosphère et le personnel très accueillant.

La fenêtre au dessus de la porte qui laissé passer la lumière le matin et l’isolation phonique si les voisins d’à côté sont bruyants.
