Second visit. Unlike last time, the staff who assisted us with check-in — especially the male staff — were much more friendly and helpful. However, when we were leaving after check-out, the experience was the opposite. Even though we had three pieces of luggage, no one offered to help move any of them, so I had to carry them myself. I am also unsure what the female staff in front of the lobby were doing, other than opening the taxi door. As for the room, I brought my own shower filter and had to replace it three times during the stay.

Amazing experience !! Our 44 years anniversary it was memorable!! Starting with a great service of Geg Dwii supervisory at the reception, all the staff we encounter during our stay!!! The Cheff st the breakfast buffet tall and heavy gentlemen and a supervisor!! We will have no doubts to come back or tell friends to go there!!! Our villa was spacious, luxurious, and perfectly designed for both comfort and style. The food and drinks were outstanding, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or at the restaurants — every bite was a delight. The vibe is both vibrant and relaxing: you can enjoy the lively energy of Seminyak or just unwind in your private oasis. This resort delivers the perfect balance of luxury, fun, and relaxation. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Bali — can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel located in Seminyak. I stayed with my 2 children aged 20 and 18, and we had a great time at W. The hotel is on the beach, but you can’t swim in the sea along this coast line as the waves are too strong. We were upgraded to a sea view room due to my Marriott Bonvoy membership, a really nice touch. Has a great pool, with bean bags to relax in the pool. We had a few issues with breakfast, everything was resolved and the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. All the staff are amazing at the hotel, we were well looked after. Highly recommend the sea view room, we had one on the 5th floor, great views and you can hear the waves from the room. They have golf buggies to drive you to the main road from reception, another nice touch.

This was a gift for my daughter and fiancé for their engagement and the hotel staff went above and beyond in making this stay memorable for them. They decorated the room and even supplied a cake with well wishes written on the icing.
