Excellent hotel in the center of Seminyak. The room is spacious and super clean. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. It has a good variety of indonesian local cuisine and international breakfast selections. The fresh squeezed juices and made to order omelettes are the best ! The staff are very attentive to our needs and often went out of their way to make us feel very welcome here. Special thanks to Anastasia and Ekasri for being so helpful during our stay.

I was not happy with the delay in check-in due to having a virtual card number being different (due to security reasons) to my main card. Numerous times I requested to speak to manager but continued being delayed. Luckily I found my copy of booking.com which showed my original card number, only then could we proceed to check in to the room.

It was a walking distance to all the restaurants I wanted to visit. I would say a perfect location for anyone wanting to explore Seminyak and surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and greeted with a smile each time. I had room service on my first night and the nasi goreng was amazing.
I had such a hassle checking in because I booked using my virtual card. So even though I presented the card on my app, showed the my bank statement (as per their request) and did a small transaction to confirm that it is valid, I was still given the run around. I had just landed after almost 24 hours of travelling, so you can imagine my frustration. They eventually decided it was good to go and I really wish I didn’t have to go through that.

Wow wow wow what an amazing hotel. So beautuful and comfortable. I love this place. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant are next level. I had nights I just stayed there over going out in Bali. Nice little gym too. As exceptional the hotel was, what made my stay so speacial were the staff. From the charming Ananta who greeted me with a big smile and made me so special from the start to the super lovely and entertaining bar staff who made my time so much FUN namely the lovely Rina and the legends Benny and Oka. These guys really get hospitality and are a real credit to the hotel and to the islsnd of Bali to be honest. Thanks a million and I cannot wait to stay at Vins Sky again when I return to Bali later this year. AAA+++

The staff were always so please and nothing was a bother. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go. We. We’re a larger group di meeting at rooftop bar or comfortable foyer very appealing. Shuttle service was utilized regularly. Breakfast amazing!
Sometimes room service was late when wanting to shower and dress for evening outing but only once. Also had 2;00 check in and arrived at 4:00 and still had to wait half hour for room access. Very minor inconveniences.

This was our second stay and we feel the bathroom could have been cleaner and some of the facilities and the common areas could do with a bit of an upgrade or maintenance. Overall we enjoy the hotel.

- We went on an ATV tour for the whole day (Wednesday) and came back to our AirPods missing, we went immediately downstairs to reception to advise as we thought housekeeping had placed it somewhere we couldn’t see. They called housekeeping and they advised it was placed on the bedside table (there was nothing there) they asked to come into the room and do a thorough search, they came in and found nothing. They said they would review cameras and speak to house keeping again. We checked out on (Sunday) a day earlier than we had paid for because the manager called us to reception (after repeated attempts from us to find the missing item) and laughed as he told us there was nothing they could do as housekeeping staff did not take anything from the room, he said that even though they were the last ones in our room we must’ve lost it 😡 we were told that we would not be compensated and there was nothing they could do.
It was during this meeting that we found out that they went through all our belongings (suitcases & bags) in both rooms booked to find the AirPods, we did not give them permission to go though our bags, they said this was done to make sure we didn’t put them in the bag. We were told if it meant that much to us then go to the police. (We were given the run around because of jurisdiction, so they were of no help).
- Rotting timber in the rooftop area, a family member fell through one and was told to be more carful. When we asked them to tape it off so they no one else gets hurt, they placed a slippery sign over it, that was later moved and exposed again within 15 mins
- Bar area under renovations, it was more like a construction site, not able to enjoy the facilities
- Pool was very dirty, water was too warm & no shaded area when swimming. Not like the pictures AT ALL.

Spa facilities and staff are amazing and friendly. Thank you to Diana for assisting on my spa appointments and to Ayu who is a wonderful spa therapist. She managed to locate my muscle tensions/trigger points.
I stayed at the Whirlpool Suite, the jacuzzi which is located outside my room is not cleaned and maintained properly. There’s green molds/stain from the water outlet which wasn’t scrub properly. I hope this feedback will let the property be aware and rectify the issue for hygienic purposes for all guests.

In general, it was a really nice hotel, good facilities, good room, private jacuzi, great. But don't hire a scooter from them. I had a traumatising experience which put a big dent in my holiday. The hotel failed to show me the terms and conditions and get me to sign, so I was unaware that I was fully liable for the cost of the scooter, and it happened to get stolen. They tried to then make me liable for the full cost of it, 30,000,000 and were constantly hounding me for days. I got them to make it 1/3 hotel 1/3 rental owner 1/3 me pay. The rental owner didn't have a gps or any insurance, and told me sob stories about his circumstances to try and get me to pay more. Then the meeting finished but again they started following me up the street hounding me, although the matter couldn't be finished straight away. The rental owner even started to pull my arm and I pushed him away, then he got crazy and angry and ran at me saying "I'll kill you!". The hotel staff had no empathy for the stress their customer was experiencing due to the situation which included a failure on their part, and wouldn't take ownership of that failure, just kept trying to protect themselves and put blame and liability on me. Worst customer experience I can remember in all my life of staying in hotels. If everything goes normal in your stay it'll be fine. But if anything happens to go south, expect to be in a world of shit, these staff only have their own backs, and like so many city dwellers they have lost their compassionate Bali heart. Very sad.

Very clean and the swimming pool was fantastic and fantastic customer service too. They helped me with the booking changes when they could have just said non refundable so very pleased. Plus the breakfast was fantastic. Overall the hotel was very plush so good value. Just don't pay extra for a room with a balcony unless you are getting their top suite.
The air con and shower head was very temperamental. No point paying extra and getting a room with a balcony just to look at a brick wall on the ground floor!! Didn't know till we got there plus our clothes didn't dry out there either and we left them on the balcony for 2 days!
