Modern, clean, beautiful and very quiet oasis

Quiet oasis, beautiful facilities and very helpful staff. It’s further away from the nightlife, shops and eateries however they can drop you off on their buggy around Seminyak which is wonderful. Otherwise Grab taxies are extremely cheap and convenient. The private pool is a lovely bonus after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping 🙂

Clean and comfortable, not far from Main Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our first morning we ordered breakfast through the Villa but it arrived cold and inedible. Following days we had breakfast in the many places close by. The Villas are little dated and some maintenance needed around the external gardens, villa pool and bathroom. The fridge died and after 2 days a new one was provided which was too big for the space so it sat out in the kitchen area. Not a good look.

We loved everything, the villa surpassed our expectations - it was absolutely amazing, the location is fab - a short walk from the centre and the beach, the staff were fantastic - we will Most definitely be returning

Absolutely everything, the staff were amazing and so accomodating. The room was comfortable and clean with no faults. Location in Seminyak was perfect, so many great food and shopping places around and only about 5 minutes from the beach. If you stay definitely make use of the in room massages it’s an absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience. The rooms get re-cleaned every day which is so handy. If you ever need anything the staff are onto it straight away! You can get in room breakfast every morning which we did once but then decided to venture out around to closer cafes on the same street for some variety!

Clean, comfortable and great customer service !

The staff were so friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable! They sprayed the room every day to make sure we didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes. They offered to take us to the airport on our last day and were always making sure we had everything needed. Will definitely come back again - also best location !

For Seminyak it was good. For the price I would expect a lot more

The room was very lovely

We had to pay for breakfast and there were only 2 options. So you pretty much eat the same thing everyday . We accidentally broke a glass and got charged a hefty price to replace it. We hired a motorbike from the villas and were wrongly accused of having an accident and damaging the bike, they even sent me photos to my mobile phone. Not to mention we rode past 4 staff when we came back from taking the bike out any time of the day. When we went to speak to them and ask what was going on, suddenly it was all sorted out and we didn’t need to worry and it was never mentioned again

One of the best villa in Seminyak!

We enjoyed the separate living/kitchen area and the bedroom with ensuite toilet! Kitchen was well equipped! We didn't have butter and so we called reception to ask if they have any, and they delivered! The pool was also clean for a dip any time! During housekeeping, the villa staff ensured they clear all the fallen leaves in the pool. At night, they also do their rounds to spray insect repellent in the living and bedroom. Their buggy services also sent us out to the nearest convenience store to get some groceries for cooking. Exceptional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again! One of the best villa near retail shops, eateries and convenience stores.

Would be good for housekeeping team to check with the reception if guests are in the villa or not before entering the villa to spray the insect repellent in the evening. One of the evening while we were resting in the bedroom, we heard someone trying to open our bedroom door (thankfully we locked it), and it turns out to be housekeeping. That was the only unpleasant moment we had during our 4 night stay here.

Perfect location. Staff were amazing. Villa was beautiful, modern and so relaxing. Having a buggy to take us out daily for breakfast, lunch, shopping and dinner was so cool. Effortless! Made the holiday memorable.

Amazing 🤩

Everything. Absolutely beautiful place. Staff were lovely. A pity we were only there for 1 night. Definitely will be booking this place again for a much longer time next time. They even have a courtesy cart and drop and pick you up to where ever you need to go around locally. Loved this!! Property is so well maintained and super clean, bed was extremely comfy also.

The villa was really clean and modern and the staff were so friendly and engaging - they just love kids and were always keen to engage with them.

The only thing I think they could do better is to have breakfast included.

The villa is very neat and tidy. It has everything you need for your stay. Close walk to the mall and beach (10-15min) the villa also has a shuttle to the square. Around the corner from the villa there is a well stocked supermarket (Pepitos) where you can get most of the stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There’s nothing to not like here. Just a small design flaw in the shower where the water does mess the bathroom abit, but nothing too serious.

The villa itself boasts a fantastic location, offering easy access to the vibrant Seminyak area while also being just a short drive from the beautiful beaches. We were particularly thrilled with the complimentary rides to Double Six beach – a thoughtful and much-appreciated bonus that made our beach days even more enjoyable. Food lovers will be in for a treat! The breakfasts and dinners we enjoyed at the villa were nothing short of phenomenal. Each meal was a culinary delight. The villa's pool was a stunning oasis, beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We honestly cannot fault a single aspect of our stay. Even the little things were taken care of – the team proactively addressed any potential mosquito issues, ensuring it wasn't a concern for us at all. Our villa was a haven of comfort, with incredibly comfy beds that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Beautiful villa + professional and friendly staff

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. Staff were fantastic and the service could not be faulted. Only one thing would be the shower doesn't drain fast enough and it sometimes pools water in the bathroom, but that did not take away from how amazing my stay was. Beds were comfy. Room cleaned daily. Staff even dropped off Jenga and Uno games. Would highly recommend

Worst Villa experience ever

This stay was far from quality or basic cleanliness standards. Please be aware that there are bugs constantly coming into your room and bathroom, centipedes and others. Despite our numerous calls to staff to control the situation this was a daily issue. Staff bug spray bomb the rooms with heavy chemicals which left an unpleasant smell in the room which gave you a headache, still this did not control the bug issue. Additionally this is not a private villa, you have staff working on surrounding roofs daily, they have fully visibility over your villa. Not private be warned. Breakfast is terrible. We checked out a day earlier given the situation and on checked out we were blamed for taking a bathroom glass “I mean wtf”.. also be aware that any friends or family visiting after 12pm will be charged as an extra period even if they are only visiting. Management staff, not trained. We asked for refund for last day and they rejected after letting us wait in hot lobby for 20 mins. I hope this review helps with your villa search.
