It was amazing!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Customer service was 10/10. Food was pretty good. It was also my friends birthday trip and first time out the country and they made her a cake to help celebrate her special day which I thought was very sweet. Happy Birthday was also spelled out on the bed when we arrived.

That the shower didn’t have a door. We could feel the cold air come in without it. I think they should consider adding doors.

Amazing staff, hotel completely exceeded expectations

Absolutely everything, we had a few properties in mind and we are so glad we chose this one, it had everything we needed and the staff were just amazing! The gym, the pool, the restaurants all amazing and exceeded expectations

The Location and the bed!

The resort needs maintenance. Water pressure in the bathroom, toilet and shower was very low. Workmanship is poor in the room. The shower heads and bathroom pipes had a lot of hard water stains need to clean. The toilet seat underneath had stains.

Exceptional stay with outstanding service

I had an amazing stay at Secana Beachfront and would absolutely return. The reception staff truly stood out — there are no phones in the rooms and everything is handled via WhatsApp, which worked incredibly well. Messages were always read promptly and any request was attended to quickly, whether it was help cancelling a reservation or arranging housekeeping timing. My loft was huge and beautifully designed, with a very posh, modern feel. Despite the size, everything was extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was done daily and towels were changed regularly, which I really appreciated. I also loved that the power sockets are universal — such a thoughtful touch for travellers. Every room has a water dispenser so there’s no need to buy water. Dispenses hot and cold water. The on-site gym is huge, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. I also took a Pilates reformer class on site, which was excellent and a real highlight of my stay. The service went above and beyond: they remembered my birthday and surprised me with a huge slice of cake, which was such a lovely gesture. All my deliveries were received at the front desk and personally brought up to my room by the staff, making everything effortless. Overall, a fantastic experience with attentive, thoughtful service and a stunning space. Highly recommended.

In terms of the facilities, it is quite good.

the resort overall was quite good. good rooms for families. Was quite clean and the staff are very helpful. The rooftop pool is quite good to swim in and sit around. The staff do everything possible to make your stay as good as can be. The gym is very impressive.

The rooftop restaurant was a let down. The food was edible though a let down in terms of what was put on the plate. Some items like pasta seemed okay, though seafood was more breadcrumbs than calamari. I like a cocktail, etc.; he staff need to know more regarding what they're serving. I'm being critical on this as I expected more.

An ideal retreat from the lively hustle and bustle of the Canggu area.

Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. All of our meals were wonderfully presented and tasted great. We stayed in a Deluxe villa which was enormous and was private and quiet, very peaceful.

The rooftop dining area was closed for renovations for part of our stay which wasn't ideal, but understandable. The bottom floor of our villa has some water seepage through the laminate flooring, it was the rainy season however, so also understandable.

Beautifully designed property. Very modern and fresh interiors. A home away from home. Very comfortable and everything you need to feel at home but with top notch facilities like a fantastic gym with juice bar, a gorgeous rooftop bar and cafe. Our villa was also beautifully designed and stunning with a lovely perfect pool. The service from all front office, housekeeping, gym ans bar staff was fantastic!

Nothing! It was fantastic and I would definitely stay again! In fact if I was gonna stay in Bali for a while I would consider a monthly rental there as they do long stays too. A few small things were broken or not working like some plug sockets but it didn’t really bother us as it was such a large villa. Also the minute I told them they immediate offered to come and fix it. It’s a massive complex so it stands to reason ongoing maintenance is required.

Super comfortable stay with the family in a well appointed resort with great facilities

This was te perfect setup for a family getaway. The 3 bedroom townhouse still villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the resort facilities were fantastic, staff helpful and the breakfast started our day off perfectly. I'd like to visit Bali again soon and will most certainly stay here.

Some hooks on the balcony to hang things to dry and take advantage of the wind. The ground floor is shaded so things don't try as well.

Amazing resort

Great resort, beautiful rooftop pool and restaurants, very good gym, and excellent wellness areas like cold and hot pool. Staff were amazing. Very close to Finns and nice quiet area. There are good restaurants around the location as well. The shuttle from Finns stops right outside the resort. The resort have their own shuttle service, too. The loft was very spacious.

Good property with great staff near some great restaurants and beach clubs

Location was good. Not in the middle of downtown Canggu but near some really good restaurants and beach clubs. The buggy and the drivers were really friendly and helpful in particular, Wahyu, Adi, Axel and Imam were outstanding! The ice bath, gym and sauna facilities were also really good to use.

Several amenities, the roof was fabulous, the gym was good with a decent number of equipment. The pillows were very comfortable and they have pillow menu and the loft was designed nicely. The staff are the nicest people, which is not strange in Bali. very nice location. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful three story apartment with lots of space and a private pool.

The stairs within the property were very dangerous for young children, open design with no handle. I had to carry our two year old up and down, and we felt the need to lock their bedroom door over night.

From the moment we walked up the stairs, until we entered our gorgeous loft apartment ~ the check in was flawless! I requested a room that would be the least noisey and was certainly given that. Close to the lift for easy access to the stunning rooftop pool and a short walk down the amazing hallway to breakfast in the morning. I loved our comfortable bed, the included breakfast, the decor and the entire vibe of the hotel.

Perfect hotel!

We loved everything about this hotel! The loft room was stunning inside and staff went the extra mile to draw on the fridge and mirror to welcome us for our anniversary. The roof top pool was the most relaxing place ever too. A particular bonus for us was the standard of the gym that was included, it was a Hyrox style gym with reformer Pilates classes. This was by far the best hotel gym I’ve ever been in! The staff went out of their way to ask for feedback on several occasions to make our stay perfect which was very refreshing. We previously seen reviews saying it’s difficult to get to the beach but we didn’t find this to be the case. There is a path right next to the beach - there was work going on at the time so this may be why it was difficult to access in the past. Overall, highly recommend!

The service in the cafe was quite slow but this seems to be the standard in all of Bali. The toilet floor could’ve also been a bit cleaner but other than that, everything was perfect.

Overall the facilities are great. The customer experience wasn’t the best I’ve had though.

The grocer shop downstairs was great. The breakfast was lovely! The overall look of the apartment was beautiful.

The shower completely flooded after 1 shower and had to get cleaning team in. We were also woken at 11.30pm by multiple phone calls from reception asking if they can access our room to jump from our balcony to the next one as the people next door couldn’t get into their room. I opened the door in the dark to a male staff member who came in and jumped from our balcony. I asked reception about it the next morning and they didn’t seem to phased and just said sorry we needed to get the room open next door. I thought the gym classes were included in the stay however they are at an extra cost. Our key for our room didn’t work multiple times and kept having to go back downstairs to get a staff member to sort it.

The location is good. The establishment is new. The staffs are very accommodating. The facilities are good.

It is not wheelchair accessible. There is no unit that has bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. There is no elevator and the staircase has no railing. Not elderly and children friendly villa.

Pretty apart-hotel with magnificent rooms and good services

Pretty apart-hotel right next to Berawa beach and very close to Canggu, so location is pretty good and it's easy to go to different places taking a ride. The loft is very pretty, modern and functional at the same time, feels very nice to lodge in. Facilities are also up to the level, the gym is a top mark, really well equipped and able to cater for both, weight lifters and aerobic runners (saw many people not checked in the hotel using it). Breakfast is very nice, good quality food, although some people might have wished for more options and I can understand why. Very nice rooftop pool and bar area, you can easily spend a while there. Oh! And Atlas and Finns are both a short walk away. Overall very nice experience at Secana, recommended.

Great Location, Beautiful Villas

Great location, the staff were amazing and the 3 bedroom villas were beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the buggy was also great with a small family.

The only thing I would suggest is having a few kids meal options for room service as sometimes we liked to stay in at night and there weren't any options for our 4 year old. But that is being very picky. m

Everything you need in a resort, great rooftop pool, in a quiet area.

Huge rooms, excellent rooftop pool, excellent facilities, wonderful staff.

While the resort had everything you needed, with cafes and the beach in walking distance, it was in a quiet part of Canggu. A 20 min walk along the beach or a bike ride was needed to get to more lively areas.
