I highly recommend this hotel! It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would definitely stay here again.
The Highlights
The Location: Perfectly situated. It is right in the heart of the center, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. Plus, it’s only a 3-minute walk to the surf beach!
Facilities & Service: The resort is very clean and well-equipped. Room service was consistently fast and delicious.
The Team: The entire staff was professional, heartwarming, and went above and beyond to fulfill every request.
A Special Shoutout
A huge thank you to Dody, the Barista at the resort’s coffee stand. Not only does he make incredible coffee, but he is always up for a great conversation. Thank you, Dody!
Verdict: Aside from the spa equipment, everything was great. I’ll be back!
Room for Improvement: The Spa
I have to mention one negative point in hopes that management will address it. The massage room was a disaster.
Instead of a professional massage table, you lie on a regular bed without a headrest. This makes it almost impossible to breathe and creates an unhealthy, uncomfortable position for a massage.
It is a shame because the masseuse was clearly skilled and very kind, but the equipment let her down. Please upgrade to proper massage tables!
