This hotel is a hidden gem. No crowds, perfect service, perfect location, perfect food. Everything single thing with this hotel is perfect. I even thought it would be a kids hotel, but there hardly any kids here. This is also the best place to stay if you want to surf, relatively beginner-intermediate, the surf break is 100m down the street. Also perfect placement for the clubs which also are down the street. And if you calm relaxing you don’t hear anything from the clubs either. Two things I would say are a bit annoying was the rooftop bar music, which played the same 10 songs over and over again everyday morning to evening. Maybe switch it up sometimes. But yeah that is seriously the only complaint I could think of. Just absolutely perfect.

This is my second time staying at Holiday Inn Canggu. The way they treat a returning guest was so impressive. Pak Dillah the assistant front office manager is so welcoming. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. Suci, Febi, Arie, Vira, Nana, they all so good and Proffesional. They have the best Chef at Roomah (the restaurant) all the food are so delicious and served with pretty presentation. The room is always clean. What a memorable stay I had in Canggu and believe it or not, we are definitely coming back. Thank you so much.

The hotel was comfortable, easy access to canggu downtown and beaches. The room services provided was good. Especially the few boys by the name of Yusof and Ayu etc who bring the food to my room when I requested the room service. In room restaurant, Heni was well attentive to me and my wife. My wife love the restaurant sea food fried rice very much.

This was an amazing stay with an ocean view from my balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The service was top notch. The infinity pool at the top floor had a swim up bar with a fabulous view of sunset. The amenities including the restaurant and activities that were offered were fantastic.

the staff never took a deposit from me and then would run over every single time for payment. we got laundry done and they brought a CARD reader after we yelled at them for not bringing our laundry 3 times. also, their massages aren’t even on proper tables— extremely hard to breathe. the amenities make the hotel nice, but the staff completely undo what the hotel makes up.

My friend and I stayed for 8 whole nights in this lovely hotel and we loved it. Great rooftop pool with bar, good gym and the most helpful and kind staff. Every other day you can join morning yoga, which is great! Breakfast was also good with a ton of different indonesian and western optiong. The hotel is close to the many amazing restaurants and things Canggu has to offer. The hotel concierge also helped us book a day trip to North Bali with a privat driver, which we really enjoyed! Canggu is a very busy place, so we really enjoyed having this quiet oasis where we could relax in between exploring. I can only recommened staying in this amazing hotel

We had a wonderful stay here. Feby, Bagus and Ari were extremely hospitable and friendly and made it feel like you were coming home each time we came back to the hotel after a day out. Pros: Great food in house. Almost every dish we had was at least a 7.5/10. The beach is a short walk away, hotel is relatively new. Super helpful and friendly staff. Cons: Surrounding vilas sometimes have a DJ that blast music (It is a party area after all) that can be heard with the doors and windows closed.

The rooms are fantastic, awesome rooftop pool. It's in a fantastic central location. My only frustration is their restaurant staff never know how to get the payment done for any food. Like just charge to the room or take payment... Other than that it really is a fantastic hotel.

Rooms were clean and all was working. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant food was nice. Gym was adequate. Only an odd quirk, the aircon blower was on the floor and it's guarded by metal grilles which made it cold to the touch when it's stepped on.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was so friendly, very few places in the world you can travel to where they are so accommodating and nice. We had laundry to be done on a time limit, they got it done 2 hours before the regular time. We had dietary restrictions, they made sure those were met without any hassle. Only thing to mention is the front of the property has no logo indicating the hotel, so it’s very easy to miss. Otherwise a solid, reliable base to stay at while visiting Bali. 10/10 recommend!

The pool area and buffet breakfast and walk ability to the beach is the best part of this new hotel. There are still finishing touches being made to the new build but that doesn’t impact your stay. The room was small 32sq m but lovely modern appointment and the cross flow ventilation of the architecture was beautiful. Very modern great wifi and room service. But the pool is what I paid the $350 p/nfor. I got an ocean facing room on level 2 but unfortunately my balcony outlook was a vacant block with rubbish dumped and a car park. Yes I could see and hear the ocean but even though this was out of the accomodations control I was disappointed. Would have preferred to save the money and get a cheaper room. The bed was most comfortable as was the choice of soft and firm pillows. Everything here was high end as you’d expect from the thick towels to the room design and amenities. The pool bar had good vibes and delicious food. The sunset was great from the roof. The pool was a delight to swim and I loved being able to swim laps endlessly as it was so long. Well cared for and no chlorine smell or feel. Pool maintenance was top notch as I saw testing each day. A negative was no street entrance You had to walk down the road entrance to get into the hotel but they were building a street entrance as I was there. Noise from the street travelled up so when you had the very small balcony opened you could hear ocean. Lots of choice for earing, shopping amenities close
