Absolutely amazing

I absolutely love the property, it’s in an amazing location. The staff are so amazing and they can fold cool towel people !! Definitely would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a villa not to far from main beach but also out of the chaos on the streets. They accommodate to all your needs. It’s my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again for a third time. Much love x

Overall good experience and good value for money

Overall had a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and assisted as much as they could. We were even given a surprise birthday cake to celebrate my husband's birthday. Received very good breakfast and was always delivered on time. Location is central therefore was easily accessible to many other places and facilities.

The staff was very helpful but their understanding of english was not great. Therefore sometimes had some difficulties in communication and we looked up google to find the information we needed simply because at times the receptionist could not understand our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay with sanata, we stayed 3 days as part of our honeymoon. The facilities and staff were outstanding. We cannot wait to return

Only thing we (i) didnt like was on our final night we had 2 geckos running the walls, inside the villa! which meant i didnt sleep very well.however....where u have geckos u wont have insects. So i cannot fault too much. Villa was very clean, and kept to very high standard.

Overall an excellent and happy stay

The property was amazing, the villa is very private, clean and well looked after. The room villa is a wonderful place to stay and explore Canguu. The breakfast was good and preferences asked everyday by staff. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Always ensuring customers are satisfied. The staff were able to arrange a small birthday surprise plan as per my wife’s request. Room cleaning was done everyday with fresh towels provided everyday. Location is perfect, just 10 min walk to cafes and restaurants. The lane has no through road, therefore pick up is easy with no hassle of traffic. No noise issues at all. M

Excellent, relaxing villa.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. The villa was luxurious, it had everything we needed. The pool was very private and inviting after a long day sightseeing. It was in a good location we could walk to restaurants. We can’t wait to go back

We stayed in the Hibiscus room. The air conditioning works well. There's no hot water problem in the shower. The staff is attentive.

The pool water could be a little cleaner. But that doesn't mean it's dirty. Drinks are served in one glass at breakfast. Maybe this can be changed.

Very nice and clean. Near everything, 5 min walk to popular restaurants and bazars. Very friendly and kind staff. Although the shower was open area, never found any insects inside.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough. Not too far away from the beach and bars (15 min walk) but very quiet location. I actually proposed as I didn't know where I'd end up throughout my stay in Bali and the staff were exceptional. Smart tvs which enables Netflix, prime Disney etc. villa had their own account in some which is major as it means you don't have to sign in and remember to sign out. Breakfast served to the villa. Beds were soft and comfy which is rare in Asia as they're usually hard. I couldn't fault anything with my stay.

Fabulous Anniversary Getaway

Village & staff were exceptional, always pleased to greet you & provide recommendations. Service was great, Villa was spacious inside. Pool & outdoor space was quaint and secluded.

Everything was just enough, toilet rolls, coffee to utensils. Could have done with a couple more at times, but no hardship & if you asked, I am sure they would be supplied as nothing was to much trouble.

Definitely recommend! Super nice villa

Great luxury experience, super relaxing, calm, friendly place. Privat pool and room with a very high ceiling, which makes it feel super spacious. But the room in general is very big and for two people for sure more than enough! Room has two airco’s which makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. There is a water cooler in the room, which is super convenient, given that you cannot drink from the tap in Indonesia. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has three options (with some additional options within those 3, like you can chose different kind of juice or bacon or sausage) They bring breakfast to the room in the morning and set it up on the table, which is super convenient. They also spray the room every evening against mosquitos! It was also our honeymoon and they arranged a very cool surprise for us (floating breakfast!) when we arrived and a gift basket with fruit.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay and fantastic value for money.

Staff are fantastic, and very accomodating. They worked around us to clean and prepare the room for the evening, which included mozzie spray. The room was very comfortable, and included a good breakfast. Bed was comfy. We were pleased to find out the owners were local.

We found the space to relax around the pool to be very small, lacking a space to really chill out. The air conditioning units were also on the small side to effectively cool the area.

The room was beautifully laid out, fresh water, great care by the staff. Did consistent mosquito spray checks daily/nightly. Felt like I was in my own little oasis. The pool was perfect for lounging in the mornings.

Simply amazing!

Amazing location, the walk down the alley was a little long but nothing to complain about. It was very nice and peaceful. It’s around 10 minute walk away from Copenhagen breakfast spot and 20 minute walk to Finn’s and atlas beach club. The staff were absolutely amazing, my last day spent there was my birthday and they surprised me with a beautiful delicious cake. The staff were the best you could ask for, the kindest people in Bali. They were soo accommodating and helpful with everything. The bed was also super comfortable. Will 100% stay again. Thank you for having us!!

Staff are friendly and helpful. My sunrise jeep tour start 2am in the early morning. And I request breakfast around 1.30am， and they really prepared for us at the right time. Appreciate with staying this Villa. Surround of my Villa cover by trees and greens, very comfortable. Highly recommended those couple and lover. One more things, this Villa provided in room service like Dining and Balinese massage (private massage). No need to go out and can enjoying more at Villa. Convenient and valuable services.

Staff, location, villa was great. I read comments about wifi or the road to reach the villa, I didn’t feel this was a problem. Grab know about the location which is not always the case in other places in Canggu. Staff was always super nice and responsive.

Nothing to mention. Few things to improve: maybe change towels more often and add toilet paper.

The property is very nice- the gardens are beautiful, the fish at the front of the property are a very friendly welcome but needs some tending to as some of it looks a bit tired- loose boards around the pool and bath, toilet runs and the sliding doors don't slide as well as they used to. Love the pool- it's really fantastic. The staff were lovely and cooked us a beautiful breakfast every morning. The property is in a nice location back from the hustle and bustle of the area.

Perfect place to stay in Bali

This was our first trip to Bali, and for the entire trip we stayed at Sanata Villa. The location is very nice- easy to book tours to explore the island. The area is great- short walk to restaurants and shops, but located at a calm and quiet road. The villa was amazing, just like the pictures, and the staff were very friendly - they were always there to help us with whatever questions we had. Breakfast is great- and they do have items that are not listed on the order list, you can just ask the staff.

The pool was a good temperature and size and looked so pretty at night. Large room and nice outdoor bath. fridge stocked with drinks and the TV had Netflix.

Location wasn’t good at all. no one was at reception when I arrived and had to wait a long time to get checked in. Outdated furniture.

Beautiful private spacious villa with huge private pool

The villa was beautiful. Really big and spacious and the pool was double the size that are usually in a single room. The shower pressure was amazing and hot. Very private. Especially loved the big fluffy bath towels.. which is so nice when you are 33 weeks pregnant to have a towel that fits around your belly ;).

Fantastic, attentive staff throughout the entire stay. The rooms were spacious and the villas were always clean and working.

Be mindful it's a fair walking distance from the main areas, but Grab seemed to find the address easily for quick rides up.
