Perfect stay in Canggu

Perfection

Perfect location for Finn’s and Atlas beach clubs, walking distance. Gym, sauna, ice bath and pool were amazing we used them everyday. The room was spacious and comfy. Staff were extremely helpful! Spa was also great value.

Fantastic spot with friendly staff and clean rooms.

We had a really lovely stay here! The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to beach clubs and really easy to get around.

The only small issue was that the shower tended to overflow a bit, but apart from that everything was great. Would happily stay again!

Location

The steam room was very dirty and smelly and also the ice bath was dirty water. Beds not comfortable , and clearly things not maintained the chair on balcony was broken and when I sat on it I fell through and hurt my back reported to reception it wasn’t fixed nor where we offered any compensation.

Overpriced for what you get The laundry prices are ridiculous. I usually pay 10-30k/kg, they charge 55k/kg and 200k PER PIECE for handwash. The beds are super hard The staff is super friendly but not really helpful at all. Most things you ask they just say "management says not possible"

Great experience

Room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, while the staff was very accommodating and kind. The water dispenser in the room (with free replacements) was a bonus, and the deilvery service from the rooftop restaurant (Mama Bali) was very convenient, allowing you to order via the website/whatsapp directly to your room. I appreciated that there was a note apologizing for noise from the construction site nearby, along with a pair of complimentary earplugs, but fortunately there was no noise at all from the construction site so I did not need them in the end. Did not get the chance to use the gym or swimming pool, but they seemed to be in good order.

One of the best properties for price to value for sure.

I had over 3 weeks at this wonderful property , kind and welcoming staff in a location close to all that you would want in Canggu. It's a great deal given rates and service, pool and gym, and also a nice enjoyable rooftop with great views including ocean. Would go back for sure.

I think the cleaning , while already good, can improve in details sometimes; and the food at the restaurant on rooftop. I would also say a softer mattress and pillows would be appreciated.

Great hotel if you get the right room.

The room are very spacious and the pool/wellness area is great. The rooms are very clean and the staff helpful.

My room 203 was right next to a huge noisy fan. Initially the staff reassured me it would turn off later but it stayed on. I asked to change rooms but apparently the hotel was full. Eventually, I changed rooms but for one night but then have to move to another room for the my second night. The staff was trying to as helpful as possible. Also it's so hard setting the shower temperature (in all 3 rooms I experienced). It's either too hot or cold.

Very amazed at how great this place is

I was amazed by the facilities that were available at the property as i had not expected this. The room was a lot bigger than I thought, and location was great. During my time in Bali, I stayed in many hotels and this is the only one that provided hand soap. The shops provided were also vey good quality compared to the bigger hotels.

Restaurant was empty each time I went and the staff were not very attentive as I had to request their attention to take my order even with nobody else being there. Massage from the spa was a little painful. Sun loungers were used up during the day but still areas to sit on the rooftop.

Overall good.

The pros: The pool area, sauna and ice bath were a big highlight and kept in good condition and we used everyday of our stay. The villa has a big sign at the start of the gang and easy to find. The robes were also awesome to use going back and forth from pool area. Gym had everything I needed and was kept in good condition.

The cons: I I found the mattress to be uncomfortable as it was very firm and additionally the room came with only 2 pillows that were both very thick and tall, so I have left with a sore neck. I did request an extra pillow at reception but they said it was not possible. There was also a problem with odour coming from the bathroom, any time the shower was switched on. Maybe not enough ventilation, but I think it was the water itself. No problem with the showers by the pool however. I think feedback wise it would be nice to have the possibility for an extra pillow. Also in general I think 11am is a bit too early for a check out. Just general feedback, but otherwise no complaints.

Great accommodation, would recommend!

Great accommodation with excellent amenities. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is central, right in the heart of Canggu, but it's very quiet in the side alley.

There were no beach towels available, which I would have expected for a property so close to the beach. No complimentary water bottles - At least one bottle of water per day could be provided in the room.

Amazing stay - will visit again

Exceptional... Positives: - Super clean - Spacious - Great location - Ice bath / pool - Amazing staff who go the extra mile - The gym is exceptional for a hotel - they have protein shakes as well - Did I say super clean? - Great wifi - after I had checked out they allowed me to take a work call from a room as I needed peace and quiet for an hour - They have an amazing podcast room ( almost started one) and a recording studio - if you're into that. Negatives: Nitpicking here : - Exact location a bit difficult to explain on Grab - the management needs to define it more accurately on Google maps - The marble slab in the bathroom which holds the shampooetc needs to be fixed and not movable. Mine fell (thankfully not on my leg) and broke - the staff were amazingly helpful though.

Enjoyable

The apartment was chic, well designed and pristinely clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need - with everything in crisp condition. The apartments were cenrally located which made getting around really easy, but they are secluded enough to be quiet. Great place!

The locking system of the room was faulty. The key card wouldn't work, the pin given wouldn't work and eventually had to get the master key.

Nous avions 3 chambres mais l’une d’entre elles sentait l’humidité peut-être due au climatiseur Sinon notre chambre était équipée d’un ventilateur de plafond donc cela nous a suffit

Es war mir ein Tick zu teuer, der Pool hätte öfter gereinigt werden können und es hätte die Bettwäsche einmal gewechselt werden können, ich war eine Woche dort. Die Sauna war leider nicht heiß und das Hamam war außer Betrieb, was sehr schade war.

Die gesamte Einrichtung ist ok, es liegt gut und Abseits vom Trubel und trotzdem zentral. Personal ist sehr höflich und nett.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß bekommen, ohne wirkliches Tageslicht. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber schlecht belüftet. Das Badezimmer hat keine Entlüftung, weshalb nach ein paar Tagen alles stank. Die Handtücher usw. Wenn man die Klimaanlage und den Deckenventilator nicht einschaltet, wird die Luft im Zimmer schnell stickig.

Schönes Apartment in hübschem Hotel in toller Lage.

Sehr gute Lage. Fussläufig zum Strand. Ruhig gelegen. Hübscher Pool. Spa mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Nettes Apartment. Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht.

Das Zimmer hatte einen winzigen Balkon, auf dem schwerlich eine Person sitzen konnte. Die andere Hälfte hat die Aircon gebaucht. Der Ausblick war es allerdings auch nicht wert. War aber nicht dramatisch.
