I liked the stay

The hotel is very modern, the room is greatly designed. There is a restaurant where you can have a breakfast, a lot of useful facilities nearby (laundry).

The construction site nearby can be a bit annoying, but they tried not to be too loud

Very Disappointing

Stains on the walls. The towels given look like they were falling apart. Spiderwebs on the ceiling. Have to keep the curtains closed so the workers next door can't look inside. Can hear guests below doing anything and everything. Stains on the bathroom floor. Shower head didn't function correctly. Food is sub-par at the most. Definitely not worth it for the price displayed. Would not recommend.

Carpark is far away from the resort. Toilet with bad smells.

The room size is very big and comfy. The breakfast they provided are amazing as well. There's no lifts over there but the staffs are very kind for helping us to send our luggage to our room.

The toilet has a very bad smells since the first day we checked in and after the staffs came for cleaning, it's still there and we don't know why. The resort carpark is too far away from the resort.

Horrible.

I didn’t like that there was a damp smell, mould on the walls, the aircon barely worked and left a smell. The bathroom is outside and the door isn’t air tight so bugs can get in. There is also no natural light.

It was beautiful

It wasn’t clean. Sheets had food or something dried on it couldn’t rub it off and bathroom needed a good scrub. Soap scum all over the shower. I cleaned it before l used it.

Very close to Finns and some other good beach clubs in the Canggu area

Dont know where to start, the staff was alright, its more a management issue. The bathroom was stinking because there’s limited ventilation and its open so easy for mosquitoes and flies to come in. The roof had some leakage and some algae stains, the bedsheet had holes and again some black spots, food below average, all four days they said the smoothie bowl is not available, no matter what time you go for breakfast. They only give 65 ml milk with the coffee and do not give extra milk. We did not even get butter with the toasts. There was no shampoo, shower gel or hand wash provided to us! After raising multiple times they provided the same in three diff bottles, god knows what that was! No refills of coffee and tea or sugar for four days! I have never experienced this bad hospitality in Bali ever! I am a frequent traveller to Bali and this was so far my worst experience. There was hair in the kettle and mould on bedsheets. They even had the audacity to tell me not to post bad reviews!

Would not recommend

Loved the honeymoon decor that we paid additional for. We loved the room and bathroom,location was good nice breakfast options nearby and can get the free Finn’s shuttle. The staff were lovely.

The last two mornings the water wasn’t working and on the last morning early from 4am there was an awful sewage smell in our room we left asap. We opened all doors but then there were so many mozzies in the room. Every morning you are woken by singing around 5am before the sun rises and directly opposite our balcony was a building site which noise started from 8am every morning. My husband had a coffee and said it wasn’t very good from the restaurant.

Pleasant stay, more than what you need whilst staying in Canggu.

The hotel was in a good spot, plenty of nice restaurants around nearby. The room was comfortable and had everything required. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Overall, worth the money you pay for it. It is a nice hotel and gives a comfortable clean place to stay.

Towels and bed sheets were stained, could tell they had been cleaned as they smelt fine but stains were a little off putting. We had a leaking A/C on arrival but the staff sorted that while we went for dinner. Had ants in the room but with an outdoor bathroom it is expected to have some bugs here and there.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff went out of their way to fix issues. We got an expired cola zero in the restaurant that also had bugs on the top (from the fridge, tells you a little bit about how long it has been there). The staff gave us free drinks and dessert on the house as an apology, which was very nice. They also fixed a lovely floating breakfast for a small cost when we asked. We did not have an issue with mosquitos since we kept the bathroom lights off all night. The hotel is nice enough and we had a good stay, but do not expect luxury. Breakfast included was nice, the dragon fruit smoothie bowl was really good!

It is moist and mouldy and the open-air bathroom stinks. The curtains had mold on them and the decorative pillow was so smelly I had to remove it. The furniture is starting to fall apart because of the humidity. Construction woke us up at eight every morning. The pool was heated and completely in the dark, no natural sunlight at all. We could hear everything the people above were doing through the open bathrooms.

Perfect villa with perfect location

I love the services given by the staffs there. They were all very accomodating and willing to assist with our requests and overall the villa was really lovely and spacious. Nice place and location as well!

The housekeeping could have given more attention to details as some of the towels were not provided like the hand towels, the hand soap, soap in the kitchen and all those have to be requested to the housekeeping team. I would also advise for the towels to be renewed as they were all grayed and stained already.

Their interior design in the room as well as the open areas including the stairs and the swimming pool.

The location is a bit away from the busiest area of Canggu, like 5-10 mins by grab bike. The reception was a bit slow with check in and out.

Very luxurious apartment. Lovely staff and safe area.

Wow! The family 3 bedroom apartment is pure luxury. It has three stunning en-suite bedrooms and a lovely private pool. The location is nice as it is out of the busy road. Room service easily available via phone order. Lovely and kind staff that can’t do enough for you. Very tidy and clean apartment. Nice to have a water fountain that has both cold and hot water.

Was a good stay for the price with very friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was very nice and well maintained. The location was very central with nice places closely.

The only thing that was a less great is that the room had quite a bit of mold, in the bedroom and bathroom, and also in the curtains. This also made the room sell very stuffy.

Peaceful, beautiful and ideal location.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife during our short time in Canggu and we enjoyed our stay. Hospitality: Every staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room: Clean, beautiful and spacious. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I was very satisfied with our room. Location: Tuck away in a small alleyway so it is more "peaceful". What I love the most about this hotel is its location which allow us to travel to most of Canggu famous attractions on foot. Price: Very cheap for such a nice hotel. Reading the other reviews some people complaint about noise and mosquitoes but we experience none of those. We sat on our balcony in pitch black throughout Nyepi night and we did not get any mosquito's bite.

Food not so nice, had no choice but to order from hotel during Nyepi.

Very visually appealing, very nice comfy room, great pool, nice hot waterfall shower, and friendly staff. I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go.

Lovely staff, definitely not for us

Beautiful garden and great mattress, staff super lovely

Open bathroom with upper floor, heard people laughing, showering and vomiting.. no chairs by the pool so nowhere to sit, read or relax,no alcohol served, only beef bacon( alcohol and bacon ok if prior knowledge) . We have been to Bali so many times probably 30 in total and never sick, but terrible Bali belly at villa. Probably a better location for younger people who are coming and going not trying to relax at accommodation.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was clean, staff were really nice and the restaurant food was amazing! The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so peaceful as they had music playing in every possible area. It’s also located very close to the party strip where the clubs and beach clubs which was ideal, and no you can’t hear any music or noise from the hotel.

Great location walking distance to main shopping street.

Wifi is very bad no wifi in room. Need to walk outside in the hallway to get reception. Pool is very small and there are no lounge chairs and no sun.

Overall, a good stay- would reccommend to anyone, once construction is finished!

Good location, easy access into the centre from here- without it being too noisy from the traffic. Loved the breakfast, one of the best parts of our stay here. They also organised airport transfer for us (extra charge) which made our travel there that much easier. Staff were friendly and polite.

The construction, we were not told prior to our stay there would be construction right in the accommodation and also around the hotel, it was fairly disruptive.

Friendly staff and nice rooms in a pretty good location

The ongoing construction noise and site surrounding the building make it a highly disappointing place to stay. The incessant hammering and drilling create an environment that is far from tranquil, making it challenging to find any peace and relaxation. Moreover, the construction site overlooks the pool area, causing an average noise level of 85 dbs, which renders it virtually unusable for guests seeking a quiet and enjoyable poolside experience. Until the construction is completed and the noise subsides significantly, I would suggest considering other options for a more pleasant vacation stay.
