The staff was very friendly and the property is so beautiful

Limited mirrors. We were sleeping at V1 and the only mirrors there are the bathroom ones for 2 bedrooms. I would suggest you add long mirrors, a mirror in the small bedroom and an open wardrobe in the small bedroom

The beds were comfortable. Generous size living room

The showers were not good. They should have fixed it. Water coming out from hose, hot water was not going out for awhile..we had to wait. No mirror in the small room

The staff were lovely and attentive and the room was very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend the driver Nengah

The bed was really comfortable and the staff went out of their way to fix issues. We got an expired cola zero in the restaurant that also had bugs on the top (from the fridge, tells you a little bit about how long it has been there). The staff gave us free drinks and dessert on the house as an apology, which was very nice. They also fixed a lovely floating breakfast for a small cost when we asked. We did not have an issue with mosquitos since we kept the bathroom lights off all night. The hotel is nice enough and we had a good stay, but do not expect luxury. Breakfast included was nice, the dragon fruit smoothie bowl was really good!

It is moist and mouldy and the open-air bathroom stinks. The curtains had mold on them and the decorative pillow was so smelly I had to remove it. The furniture is starting to fall apart because of the humidity. Construction woke us up at eight every morning. The pool was heated and completely in the dark, no natural sunlight at all. We could hear everything the people above were doing through the open bathrooms.
