The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, free massage and the acitivities. There is also a coworking table which was open even at night. Also, the amazing breakfast 10/10

It was conveniently located in Canggu if you like the area, stepping on to the main road though is busy.
The bathrooms were kept tidy and irregularly freshened up.
I kept finding ants in and around my bed despite the housekeeping staff removing them once, it’s quite loud and there was insufficient space on the top bunk to store your baggage adequately which should have been better thought out. It’s also down an unlit road. When I asked the reception if it was safe, they replied, careful of the dogs, sometimes they bite. Didn’t bite me but also did nothing to put me at ease. For the price it is, you can get better value elsewhere. I checked out after 2 nights of a 4 night stay because I didn’t enjoy this place.
