Cocroaches, possible bed bugs

The place iself looked like a good standart for Asia (not like a pictures though) Location was good.

Everything is very dated and not clean. Bed sheet and towels has got stains. In corners there were multiple webs, noone bothers to clean it. But the WORST was the HUGE cocroach in my bathroom. Got a panic attack and didn't know what to do. Was 11pm. Found a member of staff by accident (they are normally never present so didn't feel safe especially during the night when doors are always wide open and anyone can entry) and that lovely man came to help me. He have searched my bathroom and my room just in case but the cocroach was nowhere to be found. He came through the very old ventilation (there was no net, this could have been prevented). I was so frightened that I couldn't sleep all night and was scared to go to the toilet.. In the morning my skin felt very itchy and regarding the dirtyness of this place, I would't be surprised if there were bed bugs or mites. If you are scared of the insect like me, AVOID!!

It could be cleaner and better maintained. It’s small and when people walk in and out you can hear everything from the rooms. Some of the showers had no water pressure and water wasn’t hot.

Great central location in Canggu. Comfortable stay, a hot shower is always a bonus. Good value for a couple of nights.

Even tho my room was delux it was quite terrible, the painting was coming off the walls in many places, it was dirty behind the bed, there were NO plugs next to the bed available. the only one there was was for the wifi router that I couldn’t unplug other wise would loos the internet. Overall the room looked very poor. As it was windy, the windows were cracking during the night making quite a loud noise. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough, there were hair everywhere so I asked the stuff to clean it properly. In the swimming pool there was floating a swimsuit that obviously stuff didn’t cared to get out as it was just floating there for both days I were there.

Disappointed

The staff were really hard to get a hold off. The shower pressure was basically none existent and the air condition did not work at all and it was so warm. There was a lamp but it had broken. When we asked to get the air condition fixed and a working lamp they said they would fix it but they never did. :( it also wasn't very clean and they didn't once come in to empty the bins or fill up with toilet paper.

The other worker (who worked as a cleaningperson) gave us awesome service, when we wanted to cancel the reservation. He was very helpful and understanding. Thanks to him! We were refunded for another night that was cancelled, which was nice.

The worker at the desk didn’t make us feel very welcomed during the check in, and he seemed not to care about their customers at all. The whole experience of the hotel was shockingly dissapointing. The room was honestly disgusting, it was completely molded and you could see it from the walls and the floor, and also the smell of mold was very strong. The sheets had wholes on them, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and there were not even soap to wash your hands with. The pool was dirty and full of leaves, and the worker didn’t see it as a problem.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Canggu. Staff was super friendly, also the communication via WhatsApp worked really well. Good value for money! Pool are looks really nice. Bed was comfy.

we had a standard room and they are very small, this wasn’t an issue for us as only there for a few nights, just something to be mindful of if you were staying longer I’d probably get the bigger room. received messages asking if we were checking in then asking when we were, it was about 6/7pm which is hardly a late check in. when we arrived to property nobody on reception, had to try contact staff for about 30 mins in order to check in which is odd after messaging us constantly asking when we were arriving. staff barely there, phone number to contact them if you need which we did on two separate occasions for no response which was very unhelpful

Okay for few nights

Location is very close to many restaurants and bar but you won’t hear any noise at night

Bathroom was really in a bad shape: sink small and leaking, shower not powerful and with limestone. After the shower, bathroom gets superwet. Definitely not safe. Check in was also a bit of a pain: first they chased me to have the reservation confirmed (although already confirmed via booking), then we had to wait a good 20min to enter our room as we did not find anyone at reception.

Great location. Right on the road for batu beach. So many restaurants and bars close by. Staff really nice. Pool is great and the living area is really nice to chill in with sofa etc. Bed is comfy.

Really good location and the pool was clean

The staff sent us about 10 different messages on 4 different numbers/media's asking me to confirm the booking. Which I did but then continued to get more messages asking us where we were and that they would have to cancel our reservation. We checked in at 7:15pm (hardly a late check in?) when online it says they are open till 11:30pm to check in. This was alot of added stress and bother which we haven't received from any of our stays and we have been traveling for 3 months! All a little bit unnecessary in my opinion seeing as they had already made contact with us on the day of the booking ? The room was also slightly on the small size and we were defently given the smallest even though we were there for 4 days...

Amazing location.

Great location!!!!! Nice rooms, one of us had a slightly bigger one with a bath which was worth the upgrade.

It can be a lot better

Cheap with great location. Cats on property are nice & friendly, give them a scratch :)

Luckily for me I had my own small pillow as I wouldn't sleep on existing ones. Sheets and pillowcases really need a change. With that change room would be good enough for better rating. I also didn't like AC right in front of my room so even with a closed window it was hard to sleep. I tried with cellphone music on but it didn't overcome the noice.
