Ruined vacation by extreme construction noise the whole day.

I had my vacation ruined by having to listen to extreme construction noise the whole day from both inside the hotel and in the property next to the hotel. The noise starts at 8 and keeps going until the night, so you won’t get to sleep, relax or work inside the property. It’s not even worth using the pool because of the extreme level of noise and workers going in and out of hotel. The hotel does not inform you about the ongoing construction when checking in, and refuse to give any refund or discount afterwards for the inconvenience, so you will trapped to stay there. (I suggested a solution for a discounted price for the inconvenience but the blankly refused). Some extra points to note: The kitchen in the room is basically a joke, with almost no way of making anything other than boiling some water. I had to argue with them for 2 days just to get a proper pan, where they first kept telling me to buy it myself. In the bathroom the bathtub was leaking and not retaining water, so you can basically not use it for more than a few minutes without refilling it, but then there will be no more hot water left. The sink also leaks water all over the floor. (They tried to fix the problems in the bathroom but did not really help). The aircondition also really struggles to cool down the room, but if you put it all the way down, then it will eventually cool the room down enough.

Hidden gem in Canggu

This property is a little sanctuary in such a busy destination. A total gem and the photos for not do it justice. It's so lovely, very comfortable and conveniently located.

Very quiet location with a nice pool and large secure courtyard that was easy to access for scooter parking. Great location in Canggu, close to lots of restaurants. Good sized room with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

The ad showed a urge swimming pool included but I was surprised that my room wasn’t allow to use that pool, only a small one at the front. No TV available, old premises and furnitures.

Nice pool, great location, good value for money. Comfortable beds, nice shower, cooking and fridge facilities. Would stay again and recommend this if your wanting to stay in Canggu area.

They charge 2% tax to pay with a Monzo card which does not charge extra fees, hard to explain to me. No TV in the room if you want to watch it. I stayed for new years eve great location for Atlas Beach club and bars, which is an absolute rip off and terrible service. Good place to stay though open all night. Nothing bad to say about it really.

One note: the mattress would be great to upgrade. But it's not a big problem, everything is ok 👍

Overall clean and big room with a small kitchen. Hotel looks well maintained.

No daily cleaning although it's not a super cheap hotel. We weren't informed that the main entrance is closed at night and had to look for an alternative entrance which isn't obvious btw. Renting a scooter was not possible.

I liked the kitchenette, so I could have breakfast at my own leisure. Fridge, gas job and utensils provided. 2 pools, one right next to my room. Friendly staff, “Madewi” 😎 Good value.
