My family and I had a really lovely stay at Kusuma Guesthouse. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived and they stayed consistently helpful the whole time. I loved the garden area and the pool, both added such a calm feel and gave me somewhere to unwind at the end of the day. It was close to restos, spas, money exchange and minimarts.

We stayed for 7 nights, the sheets were not changed at all throughout the stay. It wouldn’t normally be an issue but it’s kinda nice to get into clean linen every few days given the climate.

The staff was wonderful. The place was very clean and in the perfect location. I really enjoyed the patio setting outside of my room with the sunset sky view. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, every thing was great. If anything, I wish they had a Netflix-enabled TV but to be fair the listing never promised that and they did however have a flat screen with cable.

Stove in kitchens are dysfunctional. Stove is not good enough to keep fire up while some wind blow. We gave up 3 times to cook because of broken stove parts, poor stove ability, and running out gas. Besides, kitchen rack is already lots of rust. If you care for hygiene, you wont feel to use plates and bowls place there Wood chop board is also already molded. Plastic chop board also bad condition. So we got our own chop board. Room at first floor is moldy smell even during dry season. No windows inside. Poor fan in bath room is not enough to dry up. I will re-feview if management improve.
