Cheap- and fine as long as you plan to spend limited time in the room.

It’s close to everything - and fairly quiet given the location.

The room was really damp and smelled damp- everything felt damp if left in the room- especially the bedding. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and had mould. The sheets had marks and stains on them.

Good accomodation balanced price & quality

The room looked nice and the bed linen was clean. I book a room with balcony but I received another in groud floor with view to swimming pool, after requested the change the room was changed to the balcony one. Nice staff willing to help. The hotel entrance is less than 100 mts. to the main road, near of restaurants and bars. Nightlife area easy to access.

The shower was not clean enough, the shower pipeline was dirty with oxidation. This was the only, but very important aspect to improve.

A great stay overall – friendly staff, perfect location, with just a few minor issues in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and just like the photos. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming – always smiling and ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs just a short walk away. It can get a bit noisy at night due to the nearby clubs, but it’s nothing too disturbing and definitely worth it for the convenience. We’d love to come back!

The only downside was the bathroom – it could have been a bit cleaner, especially around the shower area. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. We’d still happily come back!

Hotel located in good location. The rest is ok: pool nice, staff very friendly.

Linen is very old, our bed sheets came with a lot of stains. Towels are yellow and grey. It’s not a big issue . But for some people it’s important. Door make from glassware, sound protection is zero. You can hear a bit of noise from outside, but doesn’t make a lot of trouble for sleeping.

-The accommodation itself is beautiful – stylish and well-designed rooms. -Lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing. -The location is great, directly at the beach. -Everything was clean and well-maintained

-During May/June, it was overcrowded with partying Australian tourists, which affected the atmosphere. -Prices are quite high for what you get in the area. -We had a payment issue: we paid in advance via a private payment link, but the property didn’t register it correctly and told us we had to pay again – which was stressful and unprofessional.

Found out plenty of dirty out of the shower drain and all room smelled HORRIBLE

Good location, very close to the beach and many good restaurants close by (some of the them quite expensive in terms of indonesian standard prices). The bed was very comfortable.

After check in and going for lunch, we came back (it only pasted 1h after checked in) and a huge bad smell came out from the room (we booked room 5). We found out that a LOT of dirty came out from the shower drain and it really smelled HORRIBLE the whole room. They cleaned it quite fast but the oddor/bad smell kept for few hours… the did not gave us any other help as all rooms well already booked. They told us a technician was working on the tubes recently but did not notify us. It is a really bad experience, since you expect everything cleaned and good smell after seeing a cute place to stay with a cute swimming pool… this was our last accommodation (and it seemed the lost fancy we booked) and it has been the most DISAPPOINTING. Definitely there are plenty of other choices, please do not hesitate to to book another accommodation as there are plenty of in Canggu.

It’s near to the beach and clubs but down a quiet side street so very peaceful. Beautiful gardens so tranquil! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Shared kitchen very useful too.

Fantastic short stay

We had an amazing short stay at La Sari Village. It’s only a small hotel, the pool area was lovely and quiet. We had food at the hotel everyday, was delicious and very affordable. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The location was great, a very short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. Will definitely be back.

On the second floor you can hear the ocean!!! The location is really good, near to the ocean, and for the people who want to clubbing also near to the hot spots! Everything 2-4 minutes! I really enjoy the pool!

Tranquil Stay close to the Batu Balong Beach

Wonderful location, close to Batu Balong beach - a lovely cosy well run guest house with a charming Balinese garden and pool. Has a great fridge with drinks at shop prices to save you a sweaty walk and a decent hearty breakfast. Service with a smile.

It is a little bit close to some of the bars and the music can be noisy late at night. However, I didn't notice it that much and ear plugs are available at reception.

Super convenient and close to everything

The staff at La Sari Village are very nice. The best part is the location and convenience. Everything you could need is all within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Beach, surfing, yoga, restaurants, you name it, it’s all really close. I appreciated the spacious room and the desk that allowed me to work remotely. The biggest negative was the loud dance club, bar noises, and fireworks that would happen until 2am or so. I wore ear plugs to help manage the noise.

An oasis of quiet in the middle of Canggu craziness.

The staff, grounds, pool and room were excellent. The woman (Carina) who checked us in and was our main source of information was fabulous. Having both bath towels AND pool towels is a nice amenity. Close to bars, restaurant and the beach.

I you are not into the night life, then this town may not be for you. But La Sari is far enough off the main street that it is an oasis away from the commotion.
