The whole experience was very average, the photos sell the place but once you show up the room is worn and curtains etc. are not clean. They seem to spend more time on the lobby and public spaces. I feel this place is charging based on location, not good value at all. When it came to check out, I had two people knocking on my door not a minute after 11:00. This is too much, I had my bags at the door but this is unnecessary pressure to leave. There are other hotels that can give better value.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Soul House, Canggu! The villa was just as beautiful as the photos. Stayed with our 3 boys and they loved it too. We loved how quiet and serene it felt, yet still just moments away from all the incredible food, cafes, and vibrant energy that Canggu is known for. A short walk to the beach made catching sunsets easy. Truly the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time at the Soul House. We were a family of 5 and we stayed there over the Christmas 2024 break. I would definitely recommend the resort. It had everything we could have asked for. The people who worked on the premises all had smiles on their pearly white teeth. We plan on returning again soon.

It was a very pleasant stay at the appartment. The employees were all so friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. They even carrierd our bags, and could bring cocktails or other drinks to get the holiday vibe at the swimming pool. The pool and appartment were just like the pictures, very clean, nice and relaxing.

The property itself was very beautiful, but unfortunately we were not notified of the construction around the property. When we arrived there was a large hole being dug directly outside the property this made access to the property very difficult and dangerous. If we were advised of the construction prior to booking we may re consider our choice but overall the property and pool area was very beautiful.

The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry facilities, which are listed as an amenity by Expedia.

I stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment type- they called it Ocean View Apartment. The location was amazing that it was walkable distance to many dining places, yoga studios, spa and to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with nice Balinese decorations. They provided a water dispenser in the room so we could safe from the Bali Belly ;) Only a few downside was, there are on-going construction sites nearby the apartment and our room windows were facing the sites. The work started 7am every morning, and the workers could look inside our room through the windows. When we were in the apartment, we had to close the curtain all the time to block out them. And the alley to the apartment is very deem and not much light in the evening. Also, we stayed there for 3nights and they provided only 1 bath towel each, and no replacement was given. We asked for new towels and they told us the towels are changed once every 3 nights. So be prepared to bring your own extra towel if you need it. Overall, I quite enjoyed the stay at this apartment. I will consider to come back if the construction nearby is over. :)

Loved the position of the apartment, close to great restaurants and spas. The plumbing was a big issue though, 3 minutes into a shower and the water began to flood. It has clogged pipes, the toilet also stopped flushing on two occasions. Staff were nice enough. Asked for towels 3 times and it wasn’t till the next day that the same worker questioned oh you need towels as we were heading out for the day. The rooms were a great size. Loved the space. Construction didn’t bother too much either. The owner of this apartment is super friendly and easy to contact.

The apartments were beautiful , there was everything you could possibly need. The pool area was also beautiful. The location was excellent, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. The only slight downfall was the construction work going on next door but it didn’t affect our stay , I would still reccomend to anyone looking for great accommodation in Canggu!

Overall a decent couple of days in Canggu at this apartment, this was just to recover after long flights. The accommodation was of a decent level and about what I expected, with a clean and tidy room. What wasn't so obvious from the initial pictures was the lack of natural light, I would have maybe tried to get a room higher up if this was known in advance. The pool area is small but very relaxing and was just what I needed to unwind. Unfortunately there is further expansion work to the property happening at the moment, so there was a fair bit of construction noise. Overall a decent stay though

The location of this property is very convenient to access Batu Bolong and to nearby F&Bs. However, do know that some drivers may have some issue finding the actual location because it’s located inside a small alley. Staff are friendly and helpful - they helped us get a rental bike delivered to the property fuss-free. Unfortunately, the pool was green when we got there so we didn’t go for a dip over the course of the 3 days we were there. Room itself has everything you need and it’s pretty spacious with a living room area, and drinking water is also provided. Overall, the room could be cleaner but the convenience of the location makes up for it.

We loved our stay here so much. We only booked two nights and wished we stayed longer! The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The pool area was lovely and nicely shaded. Staff were amazing. Let us keep our bags at the property before checking in and after checking out. Will definitely be back!

I felt that the apartments were pretty perfect for me. Spacious, clean and felt safe as this is just off the main road. One day I just stayed by the swimming pool all day which was lovely. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The only inconvenience was the very temperamental WiFi connection. But tbh this seems to be a very common problem everywhere in Bali..So was nice to switch off.

This hotel was sooo pretty, clean and comfortable. It was in a very good location, close to many shops, restaurants and bars but also down a little driveway that made it super quiet. The bed was very comfortable, staff very helpful and aircon worked good. The pool was also so nice and I couldn’t complain about anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was gorgeous, the decor was fabulous. The grounds were divine, need I say more. We really loved our stay at the Canggu Beach apartments and if we ever visited Canggu again, would have no hesitation to stay again. Staff are very sweet and helpful. We have a couple of feedback issues for the establishment - We emailed to arrange an airport pickup for our daughter, I emailed four days before and did not get a response. I emailed again two days before, no response, so I organised another driver. The day we were checking in I received an email saying they had arranged a driver. Communication needs to be more frequent to keep the guests in the loop. When we arrived they said their driver was at the airport, still waiting. I had emailed them to say not to worry but they hadn't' checked their emails. Other than that, when we arrived with a driver, we could not find the property. We had google maps out, local people helping etc. We drove up and down several times but could not find it, and began panicking. The sign is very small and hard to read the word apartments. Perhaps when booking, they should let people know to go to the mexican Lacalita, and turn down the laneway. Shower pressure very bad and no aircon in lounge room. Ad says ocean view but it is more like a tiny glimpse. I assume though there was a big ocean view but the new building in front is now blocking said ocean view. Overall, a beautiful boutique place to stay, get apartment C5!

Beautiful property in excellent location. The rooms are spacious and serviced daily. There is no room service but there are so many cafes and restaurants on your doorstep it doesn’t really matter. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing around. We had a ground floor room which had easy access to the pool and was still private. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location central in Batu balong canggu. Walk to beach. Great cafes shops and bars around. Beautiful grounds and pool with as much sun or shade as you want. Apartments spacious and have everything you need. Plus a bonus of providing unlimited drinking water. Will stay again!

The apartment were great, close proximity to beach shops great restaurants, an easy walk to wherever u wanted to go A more comfortable lounge for the living area and although u don’t watch much TV on holidays it’s good to have one to watch a movie or the news, defiantly needs a TV
