Property and room was immaculate, beautiful room with pool /spa, little touches such coffee machine and extra bottled water makes a big difference. Overall cant fault the room at all. Perfect. Will definitely book again 😁

Komu is such a vibrant and stylish place to stay. I have to say, the standard is absolutely impeccable. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the restaurant experience, everything exceeded my expectations. As someone who loves art and thoughtful design, I was completely in awe. Every detail throughout the property—from the architecture and interiors to the beautifully designed rooms and restaurant—felt intentional and inspiring. The ice cream shop right in front of the hotel was the icing on the cake and such a fun little bonus! The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was serviced twice during our stay, and it always felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Without a doubt, this was one of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Canggu. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, design-focused stay with exceptional service.

The property is very well located in Canggu and the rooms are designed in a modern, stylish way.

Our room was facing directly towards Vault, a neighboring nightclub, and was quite difficult to catch any sleep until 5 AM when the crowd is gone. The crowd + music + bikes and honking didn’t stop but was quite loud especially towards then end of the night. This was an awful experience and we didn’t have enough time during the day to change rooms and offering us a late checkout felt just like a bandaid. I was casually told by the staff that they have updated my profile “to prefer a quiet room” for my future bookings like it was “I prefer loud room” in the first place… This needs serious attention from the management of the hotel as I am sure many customers faced the same issue already.
