Nice stay overall a bit noisy at first, but great staff made it right !

The hotel itself is really nice, but our room was right above the street, so it got quite noisy with motorbike and cars passing by. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and offered to switch our room , shout out to them for their great service!

Rooms were small and very noisy at night. The hotel was located next to a road which led to a night club and got very noisy every night. Had to go out every morning to buy breakfast from another cafe due breakfast was very limited, even though we had pre paid. The pool area was very small.

I can't complain

I like how the staff were courteous and empathetic. The front counter staff, Nanda, booked me a ride to my destination after I couldn't find the location on my app. I love the water pressure in the shower which was on point, and perfect for relaxation even when the property is nestled in the busy area of Canggu

A beautiful new hotel with warm hospitality and an unbeatable Berawa location.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived very late, and without us even asking, they kindly upgraded our room for free. I believe the hotel is quite new, the room was gorgeous, and the rooftop with a pool and bar was stunning. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the underground parking where we could safely park our motorbike at night.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Amenities were lush. Beds very comfortable. Also, perks of nearby restaurant and spa discounts was a huge plus. Very centrally located in Canggu and had our pick of coffee, matcha, cocktail spots and restaurants all within a few feet.

Most comfortable accomodations in Bali, great location!

The best thing about this place was that the couch AND bathroom were in an air conditioned space unlike every villa we stayed at. Also, we did not smell smoke from burning trash or hear people or vehicles the entire time we were in our room! Very quiet and comfortable! Location was great, close to lots of restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Great location!

Replace glass cups with plastic ones. My wife accidentally knocked into the counter and the small teacup fell and broke on the tile floor. The replacement cost was rediculously high but they waived it. I would much rather have a more solid plastic cup than an unstable glass one. Otherwise, the place was fantastic and probably our favorite of the 7 places we stayed in Bali.

Truely enjoyable stay

The staff is really friendly and helpful, there was some hiccup on our way to the hotel, although it’s not entirely the hotel fault, but the hotel take full responsibility and compensate us. The hotel bed is comfortable and the design of the hotel is my preference.

We loved the hotel. It was a nice balance of location, facilities, food and comfort. Our favorite was the free entrance to the Vault nightclub in the basement, lol. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy walk to some of the beach clubs, and in our case a private pool on the terrace. What was there not to like?

A Perfect Stay

The room and Facilities were amazing. The location had lots of restaurants and shops around but didn't feel overwhelmingly crawling with people. The staff was fantastic Ayuk and Edwin did a fantastic job checking us in and out in a seamless process. The rooms were sleek and clean with a modern feel and design. The security staff out front always helped us cross the street find our drivers.

Great Stay - Beautiful Location

Overall stay was good. The room was immaculately designed and spacious. Staff was great! Location is excellent as it's near several good restaurants. We walked to the beach too which wasn't too far. Along the way, picked up breakfast, snacks etc.

The noise from nearby construction was at times annoying but otherwise, it was peaceful. Try to avoid Block E (the block we got) for those requiring special assistance as the flight of stairs up and down can be tricky.

Staff were so friendly. We had excellent service. The pool area was great to lounge around with fantastic food and drinks. They were kind enough to upgrade us on arrival and we really enjoyed our expansive room. It was pure luxury.

Elegant and classy accommodations.

The Komu is fairly new from what I understand so everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The room was as described and so comfortable. Nice and quiet also. The facilities on the roof and the restaurant perfectly adequate and there were so many close by amenities I would definitely stay again.

My room was quite far by back but this didn't bother me too much as it meant I was away from the loudness of the main street.

Absolutely loved the staff and rooftop pool. Slightly disappointed with the private pool as it wasn’t the cleanest but the rooftop pool made up for it! Most mornings I had it all to myself !

I loved the staff, their service is top notch, very kind and responsive to our needs - even before we arrived! We had dm-ed them on instagram asking if they had netflix on the tv and they replied spontaneously! A star*! Our room was on the 5th floor, it was exactly how it was advertised in bookings.com. We heard some party noises at night but it was very soft, dint affect us much. We overall enjoyed our stay at the Komu, location is great and the security guard is very helpful each time we dropped off at the drop off point. Thank you for making our first time in Bali enjoyable <3
