Very brand new hotel in a great location near the beach 🏝️, cafés, and many restaurants. The hotel also has a gym, which is a plus. There were many options available for breakfast, which we really enjoyed. Customer service was amazing — all the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
We booked through Agoda and were only informed of the room type upon arrival, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were given a Deluxe Room, which was quite small. It had a small balcony, but unfortunately no chairs.
The biggest downside was the noise. Early mornings were very noisy due to nearby construction, which we were not informed about beforehand. At night, noise from the Vault nightclub made it difficult to sleep. Because of this, we didn’t get good rest and woke up several times during the night.
The hotel should inform Agoda and guests in advance if there is ongoing construction and significant noise, so expectations are clear before booking

Kamar tdk besar,kamar mandi besar krna maintenance sempat air panas masalah,ada window tp view nya taman kecil indoor,breakfast alacarte krn resto yg nti di lt 3 belom siap,hotel nya agak masuk dr jln utama, lift berfungsi sampe lt 2 aja , utk ke pool naik tangga biasa, klu smua blom siap kenapa hrs di jual ?breakfast nya biasa nya aja meski model nya cantik2 dan staff berusaha memberi pelayanan terbaik

This is a gem in Canggu. Within a 15-20mins walk, you have great eateries, clubs, cafes, pharmacy, barber, massage, etc.
The hotel room is of good size, well-equipped, super comfy bed, well-equipped toiletries.
Service by hotel staff front front desk, spa, restaurant is top-notch.
Highly recommended and will stay here again.
