Overall a good stay, would recommend.

Nice place all together, lovely rooms and bathroom. Nice staff, good location.

It’s showing a bit wear and tear, specially in the bathrooms. You see the photos and it looks brand new, which I think it is as well. But it’s a bit different when you’re there. Probably needs a bit better maintenance.

Nice and comfy place to stay at Canguu for a couple of days if uou like to party :)

All was good inside the Villa territory- the pool and common area are amazing, the room is comfortable and clean, I love the rooms terraces exactly at the pool!

They have a huge and noisy construction on the way to the beaches and this way is closed now for a long period because of the construction, so there is no other way to the beach side as just to go far enough around. Also it is pretty noisy at nights up to 2 am because of the parties around.

perfect stay

I had a wonderful experience at this villa. The property was very clean and well-maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. It’s located in a good area, which felt safe and convenient for getting around. I really appreciated the reception area with staff available and security present at night, which added an extra sense of safety. The villa is also gated, providing privacy and peace of mind. Finding the location was effortless, especially when using Grab or Gojek, which made transportation very convenient. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible!

Our stay was short, but we absolutely loved it! The staff were brilliant – so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The pool was AMAZING, especially in the hot weather, and being allowed to relax by the pool even after checkout made such a difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything we needed. Next time, we’ll definitely be booking our whole stay here!

Bed was super comfy, medium firm. The pool was nice! Staff were super helpful.

Location is close to the beach and beach clubs

I had high hopes for this place given the price, but it ended up being a major disappointment. The room had no hot water in the shower, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all, and 3 out of 4 pillows were stained. The body wash dispenser didn’t work, so I thought it was empty until I opened it myself and found product inside. At night, the reception offered to move me to a different room — at 2am, which was obviously too late to be helpful. I reached out politely afterwards hoping for a refund, but management responded by denying everything — claiming the hot water worked, the AC was fine, and that there were no stains. It felt dismissive and uncooperative. I’ve stayed in much cheaper places in Bali that were far better. I paid over £100 for two nights here and my next place (which is nicer) cost less than half that. Also, minor but sad — the koi fish in the pond seem neglected. Every time you walk past, they swarm up like they’re desperate to be fed. I’ve never seen koi behave that way in a healthy environment.

The room was very nice, spacious with a big comfy bed and tv. Friendly and helpful staff. In a good location not too far from the beach or town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

There was an odour in the bathroom but this was fine as long as the extractor fan was left on.

Room was spacious and modern. Pool and shared kitchen area were great. Easy to walk to eateries nearby. Staff were very helpful. Close to beach clubs but the rooms were quiet and we didn’t hear any noise

Our rubbish wasn’t changed until we asked on the fourth day. Daily room refresh would be great, especially to get rid of rubbish and restock toilet paper

Amazing location, new property, great host and staff

Newly built property, very spacious and meticulously designed. Loved the rooms, the swimming pool and other common areas. We also got a chance to look at the 3-bed villas which we would have booked if the group was 6+. The staff were amazing, very polite and courteous and very much looking forward to help with anything. They also spoke enough English so language and communication wasn’t a problem at any point.

They are using a septic tank for sewer system and the rooms would smell at some point in the day, the staff came and cleaned our rooms ~2 times a day to ensure we were comfortable, but they have a few things to get fixed.

Het ontbijt moet je een dag vantevoren doorgeven voor 5 uur smiddags. Wij konden echter pas inchecken om half 3 en dit werd ook niet gezegd bij het inchecken (je moet dat zelf dus vragen, want staat ook nergens beschreven). Vervolgens hadden wij de dag erna dus geen ontbijt, want het was niet mogelijk om dit nog door te geven om 8 uur savonds.

Kamer was prachtig! Mn beste vriendin was jarig en ze hebben mij geholpen met mooie versieringen. Als je de deur opent, zie je letterlijk het zwembad voor je! De werknemers zijn onwijs lief en helpen je met alles wat je nodig hebt! Ik zou hier zo weer komen! Locatie is ook perfect

Très déçu je ne recommande pas

Emplacement calme, à 7mn de la plage (via un terrain vague mais probablement que cet accès ne sera rapidement plus possible car un chantier commence) Cuisine dispo pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner (mais vu le prix des resto on ne s’en ait jamais servi) Chambre agréable Il y avait un chaton !

Très mauvaise insonorisation (on entend tout des autres chambres : TV, discussions des voisins… et ronflements. L’enfer) Manque de service : pas de bar ni de restauration même basique (sauf petit dej à commander la veille). Le personnel à l’accueil est sympathique mais pas du tout proactif. Il n’y a personne pour mettre en ordre les transats, remettre du café, vider les poubelles, ranger les serviettes (le ménage dans les toilettes communes n’a pas été fait pendant 2 jours, il a fallu le demander)… c’est à nous de faire la vaisselle ! C’est très mal géré. Grande douche mais il manque un rideau Coussins pas top Loin du centre Les photos doivent mélanger celles de l’hôtel et d’une villa adjacente ce qui biaise complètement le rendu. Je m’attendais à un standing bien supérieur. L’ensemble fait plus location d’appartement qu’hôtel
