Stunning location, great service, plenty of pools and thoughtful touches like staff lighting mosquito coils and drawing curtains and 6pm. Amazing bed and pillows, loved the outdoor shower. Drinking water provided at the taps is so appreciated. Staff were fantastic at requests and provided discount massage voucher because of neighbouring construction noise.

Chunky paving around the property meant you had to watch every step, difficult with such beautiful surroundings!

First time in Bali and this was the first pace ive stayed... i was completely surprised how good it was. This place is amazing and really big! There were mainly honemoon couples so first day was fantastic but unfortunatlety the next day they were also noisy Russian kids running around and spashing water which spoiled my stay a bit. I wish it was adult only place. It would make more sence for what it is. Anyway, on a positive note, the staff were amazing and very attentive, my villa was to die for and food was pretty good too. I got obsessed with nasi goreng. They also serve afternoon tea which was very cute, i got pandan crapes, ginger cookies and pandan green tea which was amazing. Breaky was great too with plenty of ala carte choises. There were 4 pools in total and also they offer some free activities such as yoga or making balenese drink but i was too lazy to attend. Overall i had amazing time. I recomend staying minum 2 nights to fully enjoy it like i did. Almost forgot, i used the spa too and had 90min massage and body mask. It was reaaaaly good! And a bonus, there was a neighbours cat roaming around, me and other guests love it. That was super cute addition

Unsupervised kinds running around without parents was probably the worst. A very small suggestion, during check it i was not explained that there are 4 different pools nor a big suvenir shop and nice big launge area hidden at the very back and i only discovered it when i wanted redeem a free bracelet and was taken to that area. Maybe a map of the place would be helpfull? Or just a proper run down of the facilities .otherwise it was suberb stay.

Our Jogno Suite was spacious and really beautiful. Our breakfast has many options with good coffee!

I had a few solo nights of my Bali trip, so booked a suite here last minute & thank goodness I did. What a dreamy few nights/days I had disconnecting, reading & enjoying the calm beautiful facilities.
