The layout of the hotel had the feel of a living complex. It blended perfectly into the environment. The hotel had a relaxing vibe. The decor is beautiful and functional. I absolutely loved the menu. It is perfect for health conscious people. The staff was outstanding. They are friendly yet professional. And always there to help and go above and beyond.

They should offer better coffee in the rooms.

Good value for money

Was in such a great location and offered a lot, in terms of gym, spa and cafe/restraunt

On the first day we got a room change as I could smell and found mold. they upgraded me and my partner but the next room wasn’t much better. I didn’t want to complain as they had already upgraded us but I went home with all my clothes smelling of mold and going back to the room after a long day to that smell wasn’t pleasant.

Very disappointing stay with noise issues and missing belongings

Close to the main streets by bike, with kind and attentive waiters in the restaurant, and easy access to the pool directly from the room

After more than 24 hours of traveling, we were given a room facing a beach club with extremely loud music and fireworks, making it impossible to sleep. The next morning we were moved to another room. While changing rooms and feeling completely exhausted, I accidentally left several personal items in a drawer, including medication and other belongings. I contacted the hotel the same day and again later, but they kept saying nothing was found. In total, the lost items were worth over $250. While forgetting them was my mistake, it is very upsetting that nothing was returned, especially since we had not even checked out yet. After speaking with other guests, we learned that giving rooms facing the beach club first and moving guests only after complaints seems to be common practice. Additionally, if you want more than one cup of coffee at the breakfast you have to pay for it.

Wonderful second stay at Zin

Always picture perfect and really quiet in the Hotel, whereas thw cafe always has atmosophere because of the co-working.

I think there is a late night club nearby and the sound carried into our villa until the early hours. Think this is on particular days only though.

Beautiful, clean, multiple pools and fantastic service

Staff were incredible, big shout out to Nopya! Had such an amazing stay and it was such a lovely resort the photos don’t do it justice. The restaurant/cafe had a fantastic menu and were accomodating to any menu tweaks or changes to drinks and food. Our villa we stayed in was massive and the staff did a great job at cleaning it each day.

First time in Canngu - central, safe, clean - loved

From the moment you stepped into the reception - there was a lovely Balinese welcoming smile. Foyer, cafe and rooms were all very light and airy. Despite having many rooms it was a very intimate space, with 4 seperate pools - they would probably be a little crowded in the high season. The breakfast menu and happy hour cocktail that were included in the room tariff were excellent - best free breakfast menu I’ve had anywhere. The room was very spacious, and lower level with pool access was well worth the extra. Would definately go agree and recommend if you want to spoil yourself a little - overall, a fabulous place for a solo, female traveller.

The fireworks from the beach/and beach club went off all night - all 3 nights up till 3.30am. I think you could ask for a room facing away from the noise - that may make a difference.

Hidden gem by the sea

The property was amazing. The food was lovely and varied and none of us were worried that we would get ill. Not only that but when we had dietary requests, there was no issue altering items to make sure that we could eat them. The staff learned our names and went above and beyond to get us anything we might need. It was even possible to order drinks and food to be delivered at the poolside which we really enjoyed. The gym was basic but clean and had anything you might need. It was also free for hotel guests which was brilliant. The spa was amazing. We ended up having one treatment per day over the course of our stay. The women in the spa all clearly want to make sure that you have a good experience. The pools were clean and quiet and it really is a completely lovely place to spend some time. Gustu was great when I lost my sunglasses and made sure to help as much as possible. Housekeeping and room service staff also went above and beyond.

Top facilities, location and super friendly staff!!!

We had a phenomenal time with our 2,5 year old son. The amenities are outstanding (6 pools, gym, cafe/ restaurant etc.) and the staff was super friendly and very nice to our son. The food was also very good. We can only recommend the Zin resort if you want to stay in Canggu.

The only thing that was not ideal was a nearby club that we could hear during the night, but that’s part of staying in Canggu.

Amazing stay 😊

Everything!It’s located off of the chaos of Canggu, 2 mins from the beach. In has everything, cafe, huge gym with excellent equipment, spa. The room was large, clean and bed comfy. We stayed in a teak room with balcony. The breakfast was amazing, you can choose off of the cafe menu which was elite. The staff was amazing, can WhatsApp them with any questions and they arranged it. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when back in Bali.

The location is close to the beach in the heart of Canggu. It is an open conceptwith various pools (every few rooms seem to have their own little pool). Also features open workspace concept, gym and a restaurant with plenty of local and healthy options

The location and facilities were both exceptional. We were so surprised when we pulled up outside to find a vibrant, buzzy bar, restaurant, workspace, and gym all attached to the hotel with a real mix of people. The atmosphere was electric! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which had the nicest vibe, and we were sad to be leaving after only two days to head to Uluwatu.

The room could have been in a better location for us as we were stuck on the corner of the pool, but it wasn’t the end of the world given we were staying such a short time

Noise: not from clubs around, but there is lots of passage in the corridors (sign telling people to be quiet at night could maybe help), automatic zen music in the facilities, lots of work from the staff who uses talky walkies which get easily noisy.

Rooms getting a bit tired. Shower didn't drain well and not well cleaned. Bed was too hard. Toilet didnt flush well. The power to our room cut off on 5 separate occasions, mostly in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. Music and bass noise from Canggu beach penetrates into room until late at night, particularly if air conditioner is not on to drown out the noise.

Zen paradise in vibrant Canggu

I had a wonderful stay at ZIN! I worked in the mornings and they have amazing facilities for that, and I relaxed in the afternoon: I loved the spa, all the food (it's so good!) and the proximity to the beach. Clean spacious rooms, all amenities you would expect, clean pools and the most friendly staff! I will be back and would 100% recommend this spot, both for cowork and holiday.

Ideal location to not be in the too crowdy neighbourhood - Gen Z style

Very young/modern setup, very helpfull staff and clean/neat rooms. Just far enough away from the crowd, to avoid loudness of the bars. Nearby the entry of Nelayan & Pantai Batu beach. (5min walk). Staff was also helpful with bookings when Waterbom was sold out.
