Piece, love and care

The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. I love the layout. The pool is peaceful and the breakfast is so so yummy. The location is great close to the beach and easy to go in town by bike. The staff were my highlight. From the driver to the staff were all so kind and helpful.i was solo and this was the best to stay if you don’t want hostel all the time. Highly recommend

Beautiful stay in Canggu

The design is very nice and the vibes are good. You feel good by being in the space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The common area was very cute and perfect for breakfast but seemed frowned upon to hang around in the second part of the day. The was no couch either on the 1st floor (where we stayed).

The kitchen wasn’t stocked properly to even comfortably eat takeout food (ordered from a restaurant they partner with). The area in which the property is can be reached a bit difficulty at night as you need to cross a slippery rocky section before the beach - if you plan on being out at night/ drinking, i would chose a different location to stay in. The manager’s attitude was a bit off - she didn’t feel very genuine and seemed always on a short fuse. I think she is used to having problematic guests but I didn’t appreciate being met with this attitude.

If you want a quiet holiday atmosphere, Bed by the Sea is the right choice.

The interior design is delightful. The setting feels homey, with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar available 24/7 in the pantry on each floor. Made (Dewi?) is also very friendly and helpful, as are all the staff at Bed by the Sea. The well-marked opening hours in strategic locations make it easy for guests to access the services they need.

Everything was amazing! The location, the breakfast, and especially the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, with a special mention to Made (hope I’m spelling it right!) who truly made our stay feel personal and memorable.

Honestly, nothing. If I had to be very picky, the room had a slight mouldy smell at times, but that’s very common in Bali during the rainy season and something you’ll find even in high-end hotels. That said, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

A stunning setting right on the beach. It was very secure with security at the front gate. Very close to the beach and main spots of Canggu whilst also being far enough away to feel peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely

A well-located stay in Canggu!

The location is amazing, especially if you’re looking for a quieter area of Canggu. It is a very short walk to Echo Beach which is great for surfing and has many beach bars (our favourite is Othree!). The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked really well, and the room was bigger than expected with plenty of storage. The staff were lovely and always helpful, the included breakfast options are very nice.

Unfortunately, some nights we had inconsiderate guests making noise in the common areas late at night. While there are already quiet hours in place, a bit more signage or enforcement could help make sure everyone respects them.

Loved this place, good location, just a short walk to sunset point. Quiet, clean and good breakfast. There was no milk alternatives on our first day so the staff went and bought some which was so nice and made me feel very welcome.

Amazing place!

This was our favourite place, Madie the manager is amazing, so welcoming and helpful, anything you needed the staff were able to help. The place was very clean, quiet, with large rooms and lovely outdoor bathroom. The breakfast was made to order everyday with many healthy options. There is a refillable water and kitchen for everyone to use and to reduce plastic bottle use. We would stay here again when back in Canggu.

This was the perfect stay. The room was impeccable and spacious and I loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom with the plants! The garden pool was the perfect place to relax, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the staff and services on site were lovely 😊 The location was perfect too, beach less than a 5 minute walk. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Really lovely layout and the staff were great. The security at night were really lovely and helpful if we needed a scooter or a car for transport.

The bed in our standard double room was really uncomfortable. It was very noisy when moving around and we didn’t sleep well for the 3 nights we were there. Also not very soundproof. Could hear every door open/closing, every conversation of other guests and music from other rooms. We also had one included breakfast but when we went to have it they ran out of gas so we had to go to a local cafe instead for breakfast.

The rooms were fabulous, fitted out with the essential ammenities and super comfy bed. Staff were so helpful and assisted a lot in providing advice about travel/Canggu. Thank you Made and team for the fabulous stay, and thank you to Akiong for the transfers 🫶

The staff at the property were super kind and hospitable. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to decorate the room for me. I also arrived home at 2am one night and the security recognised me and let me into the property. The room and outdoor bathroom were both super modern too which I loved. Definitely got value for money here. And great location to walk to Pererenan beach as well as Echo beach / La Brisa. Also felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves most of the time too!

Wasn't prepared for the mozzies haha. It was fine but definitely bring a repellant / keep the bathroom door closed. I am also fussy with pillows and I felt the pillows a bit too soft so i slept with 2 - but i often have this problem everywhere lol.

Really Wonderful Villa and Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything: - Nice and cozy rooms and bathrooms - Good breakfast and staff accommodated with vegan options (i.e. margarine instead of butter, coconut yogurt instead of dairy yogurt, soy milk instead of cow milk) - The location is so quiet but still you are in 5min in Canggu - Nice pool - Good Wifi - Well maintained - Amazing room service and everyday cleaning - Old Man’s 5min scooter drive - Pererenan beach 3min walking - AND the staff is sooo amazing! Everyone was just so nice, welcoming and helpful! 🙏🏼 We stayed here for 1 month and we can totally recommend it for longer stays as well!

There is really nothing to complain about. We would only have some small recommendations to make it even better (from our subjective point of view): - Add more hooks to the rooms for hanging up towels or wet clothes/bathsuits. We were missing those. - Maybe offer something additional for the continental breakfast as it basically comprises of 2 slices of bread. We thought that Avocado/Guacamole and/or some tempeh would be nice. We would also have loved an Indonesian breakfast option! - Perhaps add a microwave to the kitchen

Perfect location. Walking distance to one of the best beaches in Canggu.

The location is perfect. About 3 min walk to one of the main beaches in Canggu. There are a few nice restaurants walking distance as well.

Breakfast was included in my booking but I was never given the instructions on how to get it, there isn't a restaurant or buffet area. There wasn't any staff during the day on the premises, you had to contact them through WhatsApp.
